Decided to use this company rather than a bigger company with hundreds more reviews and am really glad I did!They were quick to answer the phone, quick to get their tow guy to call me and quick to get my sons car from where it was stranded back to the house on a Sunday evening.Very impressed with their prices and services and will definitely recommend them to others! 🚗

On a 16 hour ride road trip my car failed me after only 3-4 hours. I got stuck in bend OR and called these guys to pick me up. I ended up using them twice one hour apart, from where I was stuck they towed me to a mechanics and then an hour later from the mechanics to a Kia dealership.. they had discounted me on the second fee on the way to the dealership because they were very nice and said I had family with me so they would only charge me a certain amount, then they were generous and sincerely worried about my family and asked what we would do after I drop off my car at the dealership. They offered to drop me off at a hotel and they did since I had no ride or car at that point. I am so very grateful for each one that I spoke to and helped me and my family. I wish this business was closer to my home, I would definitely recommend and use this businesses service again! This business is highly rated for a reason on google! Let them help you! You will not regret it. They made my bad day turn into a good day from the great customer service and help I received 🙌🏽

I just wanted to say that Mike from Bend Towing and Recovery was a kind, calm, and super helpful resource when I called to see if he could pull my husband and daughter out of the snow when they took a shortcut home to the Willamette Valley from Sun River. He didnt end up needing to tow them (thank you, Deschutes County Sheriff Department!!!), but he gave me excellent advice on how to go about helping them long distance. I had called three other towing companies before I got to him, and no one else was willing or able to help. I am really grateful for his expertise and assistance, and his kindness! Excellent customer service (even though he didnt get an actual customer out of interaction..:). Thank you, Mike!

Such amazing service from Mike and crew at Bend Towing! After multiple trucks got stuck in the snow and stranded overnight, Mike was kind enough to show up early the next morning and get them out and moving. Not only did he provide updates to me along the way (makes for one happy mom!) he was so kind to my kids and his positive feedback for such a sticky situation was heartfelt. Mike and Kevin came and rescued my brother after he got his truck stuck in the snow up Tumalo falls. They were e on time, super friendly and so helpful. They had us in tears laughing and will be life long friends. We will NEVER call any other tow company.

Freak accident out on China hat road, lost a wheel and was left stranded. Lucky to have 1 bar of service, Bend towing was the first place I called. The response time was unbelievable. It felt like less then 15 minutes had gone by before they showed up.I’ve never had to call a tow truck before, this company turned a horrible situation into a positive one. I got badly stuck way out Swamp Wells road. Bend Towing and Recovery were able to come out when many other companies wouldn’t and get my truck out of the snow sloped road. It was quite incredible they were able to wench me out under those conditions and turn the truck around so I could drive out. If you are looking for off road recovery these are the guys to call. They will get you out.

The bend towing and recovery saved my brother today . My brother has stuck in the middle of nowhere with snow and ice, we called the Campany, Mike is the one who answered my phone, he is the nicest person in the service, he kept tracking with me and gave us huge help. It was very difficult to find the unknown location where my brother was at. But finally they got my brother to the road, recovered his car and towed it home at about 11:00pm. They are all hard workers. After towing, he also gave me some suggestions of car repair. Big thanks to the bend towing and recovery !

Bend Towing and Recovery were fantastic! My minivan broke down in the middle of Reed Market and 3rd during a busy time of the day. I called my insurance company and another towing company was assigned and they said that they would be at least an hour away. I had people driving really fast by me and yelling all kinds of obscenities. I called Bend Towing and they were able to accommodate me immediately. The driver was polite, professional and got me and my son out of an unsafe situation really fast. Definitely appreciate them and I am grateful for a quick and professional response. Highly recommended.

These guys saved the day! I got my Durango stuck out in the woods this morning. I called several other companies before I got to this one-none of the other companies could come for at least another hour.But these guys said they could come out right away and They gave me the best price rate to do the job. Plus, Of all the companies I had called that morning they were definitely the friendliest and most personable. They made me feel like I was A PERSON they genuinely wanted to come help instead of just A JOB they would have to go do (and that personable kindness goes A LONG WAY when you’ve got yourself in a unfortunate situation...)They showed up quickly, got my car unstuck with ease were just as friendly in person as they were over the phone, putting me in a much better mood for the day!I 100% recommend them to anybody stuck out there!!

I was stuck in the snow in a remote area, and no one would come and help me. Bend Towing came out and without difficulty pulled me to safety and then towed me home. I will use this company again and will always recommend them, great service and great guys.

My granddaughter parked on a residential street. Her car was gone in the morning. 50 feet away behind a tree branch was a no parking sign. Bend towing would only take cash to get her car back. $348.00. Bandits!

Truck broke down in the hills west of Sisters. They arrived on time and knew exactly what was needed to get me out. Called them Saturday am and within two hours they were hooked up to my truck and got me out. Very please with the service.

In town for work locked keys in truck and called bend towing they charged 75 bucks to unlock my truck which is a little crazy for a lockout ice ran tow companys before and we never charged more then 55, on top of it I had to help him so I absolutely do not recommend these guys 75 bucks and he needed help what a joke.... they were fast though🤣😂🤣😂

I had a terrible experience with this company. Basically amounts to extortion what they pulled. I hope you go belly up in a hurry.

Fast, friendly and very helpful even found us a hotel took us there and helped us unpack the car. I would recommend Kevin the truck driver to anyone he was great. I never needed a tow before, but if I lived in Oregon I would call this place .

One of the rudest people to deal with. We got towed when there was no sign what so ever that indicated we would be towed and they said the reason was that a tire was on grass. He hung up without wanting to explain their regulations and rules so as to prevent this again. WORST employees/customer service. They have anger issues

$350.00 to bring 1 gallon of gas 6 miles...this is the reason why I am joining the push to regulate these kinds of companies.It will happen, and we will force this company to their knees and out of business.

Bend towing was called to jump start my car for $75 but they were unsuccessful. However, my car was successfully jumped started with no other problems by a different company. Bend towing was not willing to stand behind there service and did not refund any money. Mike even hung up the phone when I asked if he stood behind his companies service.

I am extremely disappointed at the level of service and communication provided by Bend Towing. My sister is a Bend local and we spent 4 days backpacking to return to a car with flat tire at a trailhead 30min from Sisters, OR. At 4pm we had several hours of daylight left to safely get back to town.We were unable to change the tire with the assistance of several people and walked 2 miles down the road to call the insurance company for roadside assistance. They connected us with Mike at Bend towing and we were given an ETA of 1 hour. We walked back to the car leaving one of us at the road to flag the truck. Again, my sister is a local and gave the dispatcher step by step instructions including mileage and road names to avoid confusion knowing we had no service.After 2 hours we were feeling strapped for time and unsure of what to do. One of us stayed at the trail still waiting for the truck and the other walked back 2 miles to check for service again. The insurance company notified us that Mike cancelled the job because he couldn’t find it. My sister called Mike and we found out that instead of taking the step by step instructions she had provided, he assumed where we were and went to a very different location with a similar name. By the time my sister made it back to the trail head to notify me, it was 8:30pm. We had no food or water for another night, no service to call an Uber and no more daylight to safely walk back to get service. There were very few cars traveling by at that point as the sun had set. Fortunately a Good Samaritan that witnessed our distress was able to get us into the town of Sisters and we were able to arrange for another ride to Bend.Mike absolutely left us stranded. I would not recommend Bend Towing to anyone in the future.The following day we found Consolidated Towing Inc. They were able to use the exact same instructions to get the car and tow it to Bend WITHOUT US THERE.I would expect that in a tourist town so tied to the outdoors that this would be the level of responsiveness from all such Towing services.Thank you Consolidated Towing Inc. for truly assisting us.

Fair warning! If you visit their community be aware where you can park for five minutes! This is a business we refer to as “predatory towers”. They wait for unsuspecting out-of-towners to park in the wrong place and then they swoop in and tow your car.

Snow, turning to freezing rain, only waited 15 minutes for Gene and his flatbed to whisk myself and my broken truck off for repair. Dead engine is never fun, but great service made it way less painful

Worst experience ever! Don’t go to bend towing

Pro Tow I have to say is the way to go. My Daughters car was in a T-bone accident she was devastated and in state of shock. I called Pro Tow to tow the vehicle to the body shop, I was told it would be approximately 1 hour before they could arrive. In a very short time less then an hour the tow truck pulls up. The driver Mike L. who is a supervisor/manager normally does not do the towing himself, however since they were so busy that day he showed up. What an amazing person very professional, knowledgeable, personable, caring with lots of encouraging words of comfort and concern for persons involved in the accident and reassurance, all while getting the car loaded. Mike knows what true customer service and caring for people is all about. Thank you Pro Tow and especially big Mike.

This weekend we were broke down in Bend 9 hours from our home. Mike from Bend towing sent a guy right out to us (sorry I dont remember the drivers name) they were both very kind and polite. It was late at night and VERY cold. Mike and his employee was awesome and made a bad situation much better. They both were genuinely concerned about our kids being warm. Thank you! Tried to call this place to compare prices for a tow job I was going to need in the future and the man who answered was curt, rude and totally unprofessional. When I told him I didnt have an exact location from which I needed a tow, but I was wondering how much exactly two miles of towing would cost me, he hung up on me. Give your business to someone who cares about people and skip this place.
