I do not write reviews, ever! But I feel the need to in this situation! I had a horrible experience with Jack. Not sure if it’s because my appearance, age or occupation. I felt as if he just wanted to take my money and get me out of his office! Total lack of professionalism, didn’t even file my date of birth correctly! He did not take the time to ask me any additional questions, did not even let me know about possible write offs or things I could have used to help me when filing. Worst experience ever! It’s been months and mine are still being processed! Yet I have to pay the amount owed by the 17th of April. Even though I KNOW I shouldn’t owe that much! I did mine on turbo tax the night after he did mine and saved myself from owing over $800. I’ve always done mine myself. Decided to have a “professional” do mine this year to be “safe”.. never making that mistake again! I signed that day because I have never been to an actual tax consultant before, I had no idea I could just not sign! Wish I would have known, would have saved me time and money!
