We have used Terminix for many years. They do a quarterly spray and maintain rodent traps. Since weve been using them, we have had no rodents; and I can count on one hand the number of spiders we have found in the house.

During our new roofing, we were told we had ant nest in the wall. I called Terminix hoping they could come out while the roof was open. The owner of Terminix came out almost immediately and treated our ants problem. Very knowledgable. We appreciated Terminix responding to us so quickly.

I own a vacation rental home in Sunriver and love out of town. I had wasps and yellow jackets. This company showed up immediately and took care of the bees and also the entire house for precaution. Later on we had a bad smell and thought it was a dead animal under the house. They came back and went under the house which was not easy. They didn’t find anything and we all decided a renter had not run the garbage disposal. No charge for being an unbelievably helpful and responsive business. We do appreciate you Terminex!!!!

We have been using Terminix for both of our nonprofit locations. At our main site, Terminix generously donated their service and have for years. In the past year, we added a second facility that they are also servicing. They have a great team. Everybody who has come to check the bate sites is always very nice and professional. Today, Michael came to check our new site and while he was there our garage door stopped working. He stayed about an hour longer to help trouble shoot the problem with me. When we couldn’t figure it out, he stayed to help me secure the door so nobody would get in over the weekend until we could get a repair man in to fix it. He was so kind and helpful. It was end of day Friday so he could have easy just left me to figure it out, but he stayed and helped and I wouldn’t have been able to do the job on my own. They are just great people and truly care. We appreciate the way they take care of us!

We had an issue with carpet beetle larvae in the walls. Jodie was able to eliminate them in one treatment. The company is very professional and we are pleased with the service.

Dustin at Terminix was rude and unprofessional. When asked why he couldn’t do the job, he used some colorful and condescending language, saying I might have not heard of this thing called Covid happening, and that no one wants to work because they are happier on unemployment. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but professionally, all he needed to say was lack of manpower. He laid in on the state of things for a few minutes before I was able to end the conversation. I get that everyone has a lot going on these days, but this was too much. I hope you can find a more professional pest company like I did!

Because of our concern that our dog might be able to remove a dead rodent from a bait trap, the owner came out on a Saturday to take care of the problem. He did what his Mission Statement states. Deliver quality service that meets or exceeds our customers expectations.

Fairly priced and excellent service. We took several bids and estimates from other companies spent 10 minutes and threw out a number. Michael Hardison spent almost two hours doing a very thorough inspection and actually found where the termites were active. They have an excellent 10 year guarantee and several months later during our bathroom remodel, Michael came back on very short notice to treat areas that were accessible with the slab floor exposed before our tile work began. Highly recommended.

Terminex is always responsive, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. I thought I had an animal in my crawl space. They came to the house within 2 hours. The representative looked in that space six ways to Sunday, but he couldn’t find anything. We could both hear the noise, but it was a mystery as to what was making the sound. He went back into the crawl space just to make sure he had not missed anything. He took the time to make sure that all my foundation vents weresealed so that nothing could possibly get in that space and he also checked every possible spot where something could get under the house. He didn’t rush and he was very sensitive to my distress. He came back a week later to see if the problem was resolved. I really appreciate the follow up and the professionalism. I give Terminex my highest recommendation!

Occasionally, I see a dead mouse and because I have a phobia I’ll call and ask to remove. Most companies would probably do it the next day or when they have time. I just spoke with the owner by phone at our local Terminix. I wanted to pass along some kind words about the folks at the Bend Office. We have had a quarterly service plan for two years now. EVERY interaction I have had with this company be it office staff or field technicians has been exceptional. They always check in with me and get my observations. I get a written report with observations, plans to address issue and what chemicals used. We were having a rodent and spider issue and they put a stop to that in a hurry. Micah was our technician on our most recent service and once again, the service was outstanding. Courteous and professional On time, and the service was completed quickly with minimal disruption. All in all, a very competent group of people.

I really appreciate what Terminix has to offer. Every other month they come out and take care of our house. Every time they are here, they ask if we have any issues that they can take care of etc. If we have a problem in between then, all I have to do is call and someone is out to help me ASAP. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We rely on Manny with Terminix in Bend every quarter for pest control. He calls before each visit and leaves a detailed review. I have also called for extra work and spoke with the owner who was helpful, kind, and personable. Sending him photos enabled him to diagnose the problem and prescribe resolutions that we could do on our own. This felt like an honest and neighborly business (a rarity these days) -- he could have easily have charged me. Im very appreciative of their help over the years and highly recommend the entire team.

He has been super responsive with our questions and seemed the most authentic and knowledgeable. He also did the most thorough inspection out of all the other gentlemen that came out to quote the work. The owner himself came to our home to help with some unwanted bugs. He was almost half the price of the competition in town, but their service truly deserves 5 stars. Not only did they get rid of them the first time, but they followed up three different times to make sure the job was done (which I am pleased to say was on round one). In the middle of winter, no less, hundreds of small black ants appeared along our dining room baseboards. The Terminix technician, Paul, treated both inside and out. He explained that part of the treatment was intended to cause the nest to collapse. Paul was courteous and professional and completed the work in an hour. Overnight the majority disappeared with the stragglers gone in a couple more days. Great service and a 90-day guarantee.

I was in the process of preparing to share my excellent customer service experience with the Bend, Oregon Terminix and saw a particularly bad review and thought Id read through it. I also read the other reviews by this Rudy or Ruby person,...all of which were negative. In fact, that seems to be the type of person that only gives negative reviews or has some problem with everyone else on the planet, so I would ignore that review.I have multiple experiences over the last 10 years with the local Bend, Oregon Terminix both at my business and my last two homes. Too keep it short, every experience was positive, every need was met, everything was not only super courteous, but super professional. We live in the country and when all our neighbors complain of rodents we arent seeing any, at all! We dont have spiders or pests in our home or office. The local owner has come out a few times and he is the most jolly, friendly guy Ive done business with and is both knowledgable and smiling at each visit. I would highly recommend their services. Jeff came out for first appt and were now on his schedule, so hell be our regular guy. We recently experienced a pack-rat invasion at our home. Terminix came and set traps and bait stations. They even went as far as to coordinate having our ducts cleaned and sanitized! I am not sure what full service includes to check the boxes correctly.We are still having fruit flies in the kitchen and upstairs. I am getting lots of red bites that get red and itchy for days. I have been wearing long pants and boots in the yard, but new bites that show up during the night.

Called these folks and for the same price as crawl space inspection from the guy I used to use, Terminex scheduled 3-4 visits in the first two weeks with full walk through and trap and bait stations placed, and filled all holes with steel wool, plus scheduled bi annual visits for all pest control plus the mice.

I thought what the heck pest control is pest control so why not save some money and switch to the cheaper guy. Even though I was totally satisfied with Terminix. I quickly learned how wrong I was, the other guy never showed up after repeated phone calls, instead we played phone tag. They really just did not treat me like I lived in Bend with them. So back I went to Terminix and thank god just in time to save my daughters 2nd birthday party from a swarm of yellow jackets that had built up over the summer because the other guy was just no where to be found.
