These guys were amazingly helpful as we entered the world of 5th Grade Band. Joe was so good with my kids, he set them at ease, he joked with them and with the adults. We had a great time and my kids are thrilled with their instruments.

I was very impressed. I learned to play violin several years ago, but stopped for a couple of years. I decided to start playing again, and ended up snapping a string as I struggled to tune it at home. I went in to Just Joes Music the next day to buy new strings, and was able to buy two new full sets of strings as well as a new bow rosin and a tuner. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, and I asked if she could help me learn how to restring it as I never learned (I always had other people restring it). She showed me how to do the first string, and I did the rest with her help when I needed it. This was an extra step she didnt have to do, but because of her patience and kindness, I now feel confident about restringing my violin and tuning it.

Purchased a custom length neck strap online and it fits my daughter perfectly. Joe was so helpful as we emailed measurements and pictures of her playing to figure out what length she needed. So polite, helpful and fast to deliver! Figured out the length and let him know on the 5th and it arrived here in Iowa on the 7th! She loves it, very comfortable - THANKS JOE!

Visited Joes several times over the past month to purchase accessories for my new alto saxophone. Joe and his staff are extremely knowledgable and sooooo friendly. I purchased one of Joes custom gel neck straps and it is a life saver by distributing the weight of the sax away from your spine. I highly recommend you give Joes a try.
