I’m a guy and I’ve been going to work out with Blaire with my wife and I must say, it’s the best experience I have had at a gym. She is an awesome person and instructor, she holds you accountable but also is very mindful of any injuries or limitations. A gem for the bend community and all of her clients! You are awesome! Keep up the great work!

I love this place. Workouts are face paced which makes the hour go by quick. I love how everyday is a different targeted muscle group. Great group of gals!

This is THE BEST workout place in Bend! Heres my personal experience: in my past I have completed 21 marathons, several olympic triathlons, several century rides, 2 1/2 ironman and one full Ironman. In all that time, even though I was in good shape and had endurance- I never had muscle definition- which is what I actually wanted. Then I found Northwest BOD and I was hooked. Its a mix of weights and cardio- ever single class is different- so no boredom here, but the best thing- is my body is changing- I notice It and my friends and family are noticing it! Thank you Blaire for being the best trainer, for making me feel good about myself. For helping my clothes fit better, but mostly building the muscle definition I need in my 40s to stay healthy. You dont need to be an athlete to do these classes- They are for all shapes and sizes. You will not be disappointed. I can attest to that!

I have worked with Blaire for over 3 years now. Her energy and her knowledge is unbeatable. I have muscles popping out I never knew existed. Her classes are fun and kid friendly! If you are looking for a positive fun workout environment with support from other amazing women, or 1 on 1 workout with Blaire then look no further!

Northwest Bod is the best workout in town! Blaire does an awesome job of making EVERY workout different, challenging and fun. I love that it’s all women and you work together to complete the workout. Blaire does a great job at modifying any move to fit your fitness level and/or injury. I highly recommend Northwest Bod to anyone - especially to moms since your kids can come with you!

I’ve been going to Northwest BOD for 9 months now and absolutely love it! The trainers are all so kind, welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels. They’re able to modify any exercise to fit your needs and are incredibly knowledgeable if you have injuries, are pregnant and so much more - NWBOD is truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic workout that pushes you out of your comfort zone (and also happens to be kid friendly) then this is your place!

Northwest Bod has created a community of women who focus on strength rather than size. Each class is different so you never know what the instructors are going to throw at you! The music is loud and motivating and the people, fun! Women cheer each other on, rather than compete with each other. I have recommended Blaire and Tiffany to all of my friends. I love coming to class!

I love this business and so will you! Working out at Northwest BOD is unlike any experience I have ever had. The workouts are affordable and amazing and geared toward women. The workouts are always changing and consistently challenging, regardless of your fitness level. Blaire works with you wherever you are at on the fitness spectrum and is even knowledgeable about providing workouts for individual’s with injuries. The women who work out at NW Bod feel like family and the environment is always welcoming and encouraging. Blaire is a gifted trainer but most importantly she is also a woman who cares about other women and it is her mission to elevate others to be the best versions of themselves. Being a multi sport athlete, strength training and cardio is an vital part of my overall fitness. Ive spent time in and out of the gym with personal trainers as well as solo training missions for fitness. Blair and the entire staff at NWBOD encourage a professional, supportive, fun and challenging workout! The new studio space is beautiful, bright, and in a wonderful location. I would highly recommend NWBod for overall training and cardio work!

Working out with blaire has changed my life entirely! She pushes me every time I am there and I absolutely love the ladies that are their sweating along side me. She caters to everyone’s needs and has options if you are not able to do certain moves!
