I had a simultaneous close on two properties and the closing got delayed due to a pipe break in one of the properties. The team at first American was very Accommodating. When I did close, they were very well organized and pleasant to work with

For some reason my experience with Team Jeni was totally different than the other reviews. Communication for this remote closing was a huge challenge. It took a minimum of two emails to get a response on anything and then there were excuses. If youre swamped, tell me and Ill know what to expect. I didnt find out closing cost until signing day and even the Docusign on signing day took two tries. This should have been a straightforward closing that turned out to be a nail-biter.

We live out of state so the entire process had to be handled virtually. Everything went very smoothly and closing went off without a hitch! Would strongly recommend!
