What a wonderful experience! This office is so efficient, kind, and compassionate! Im often worried about hidden fees, what the hygienist is seeing etc. The hygienist was so kind and thorough, it has been a long time since my last cleaning (5+ years) she took her time and told me each step along the way. She explained all of the x-rays and what I should expect. They fit fillings in same day to save me an appointment and then I met the Dentist. Joshua was so kind and genuine, he was personable and made me feel comfortable. I could go on and on. If you are in need of a new dentist Is recommend Ponderosa Dental!

I am so happy that I found Dr Prentice and his wonderful staff! Dr Prentice and his Assistant Kelly are true Rockstars! They work like fine-tuned machinery. Sheri and Kari are also part of this amazing team and make you feel comfortable and excited to see you, like an old friend just walked in the door. Cleanings with Kari are always gentle and exceptionally done with a smile. Today, my Rockstar Team did a permanent crown along with designing & milling a temporary bridge right there in the back office! Since they know I am working on eventually a complete “smile makeover” we chose a tooth color that would work extremely well. I have never been anywhere where I have been so welcomed and treated like a family member before. Up until coming here I had always been terrified of going to the dentis. In a nutshell, I had 4 teeth worked on today and there was no pain. Now that my mouth has thawed out from the shot, I still do not have any pain! How did I get so lucky to have found these guys? I’ll be honest…I internet stalked him for two years. Lol! And, then I knew that this doc is the right one for me!

Great visit, very clean, organized and well run. I hadn’t had a cleaning in a while after two other dentists cancelled, so I’m sure it took some extra work to do my cleaning. Lynn did an amazing job, my teeth feel very clean and it was as comfortable a cleaning I’ve ever had, despite the extended time between this cleaning and my last.

Nicest staff on the planet! Kind, caring and totally understanding of the complexities of rough housing children who are prone to breaking their teeth. The repair and rerepair of my daughters front tooth was perfect and beautiful and you would never know she has broken it twice. These folks are great. I had a routine checkup with X-rays. Dr. Prentice gave me a clear explanation as to what was going on and devised a treatment plan prioritized according to what he saw were the most urgent issues. He did not pressure me into doing anything, but rather just gave me the information I needed to decide for myself how best to move forward. I truly felt that my dental health was his first concern

Went in for a general consultation on some missing teeth and they were awesome :) Quick check-in and a very personable staff! They were very good with questions I had about prices and procedures and helped me with saving money for my lack of insurance. Will be going back there for future cleanings and cosmetic procedures.

As they advertise they are very friendly and knowledgeable. The last dentist I had to leave because they were like pushy car salesman trying to sell me a whole new mouth. Ponderosa Dentistry was very easy to work with to do only what I wanted them to do. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

I have very healthy but extremely sensitive teeth so I am always nervous when I go in for a cleaning. Everyone at Ponderosa was so great. From making my appointment, to switching over records, the hygienist was very patient during my cleaning and gave me a lot of new tips to improve my nerve sensitivity. Dr. Prentice took the time to answer all my new patient questions and concerns. I am very happy with my family’s choice to switch care.

I have never been more disappointed in any dental office.The practice sold about a year ago to Joshua Prentice. Since then Dr. Prentice has let go the lead dental assistant and the office manager. Two lovely ladies who had given more than 18 years to that office. Dr. Prentice gave his mother in law the position of office manager. My favorite dental hygienist is also no longer at the practice.The billing practice also leaves allot to be desired. My husband went in for a crown. The office demanded payment in full before the crown had even been completed. Then they tried to charge more than what we even owed. When my husband tried to dispute the charge he was told to get out.I wouldnt send my worst enemy to that office!

I absolutely loved how my dentist treated me I have 3 wisdom teeth removed plus fillers and I didnt feel a thing! Besides the numbing shot.
