John was professional, reliable and timely. His communication was excellent and it was always easy to get a quick response; he was always available, even after hours which was helpful since this was a side project and I couldn’t handle all of the details outside of my normal work day.All the plans were detailed and the contractors had no problem using them. The city approval went quickly and smoothly, because John handled all of the details. He was very knowledgeable about all city code and compliances.John’s work saved time and money in the long run and we were very happy with the end result.
