Sometimes, you just have to go to one of the slimeball check cashing services. At least this one is clean, with an agent that behaved professionally.I was pleasantly surprised. I expected filthy homeless types lounging around on dirty floors, dirty furniture and to be treated like a criminal - there was none of that.Yes, their fees are exorbitant. It is what it is. You only go there if you have to, and I was in a situation wherein I had to. At least the place was clean and the girl behind the counter didnt have any tattoos or piercings. She looked like someone youd hope your son would bring home to meet Mama.

The gal Paloma was very helpful and kind. She walked us through the process and she never made us feel dumb. Paloma is an asset to your company. Very intelligent woman.

Dont change a thing the staff was exceptional and helping. Best experience Ive had with a loan agency ever. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I havent been able to get a loan in many yrs and did not have high hopes but I left with a smile and best of all a much needed loan. Thanks ladies your the bomb.

Karen and all the employees are so nice and generous with extending the due date on my loans. I always really appreciate them helping like that. They are awesome! They deserve a raise in my opinion

The employee ran my check through the system and demagnitized the security strip and did not pay me like she should have I tried to cash it somewhere else but it would not work anywhere else because she already technically ran it through the system but never paid me for it because she could not verify the check. So she completely screwed me out of almost 2 grand. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Paloma did really well with giving me loan service, and she was quick about it, friendly, and courteous.

I received a call From someone named Karen. She was extremely rude from the onset of the call. She demanded e information from me about a check someone was trying to cash. I let her know that I didn’t feel comfortable giving personal information over the phone. She became aggressively rude and the hung up on me. I’m feeling a little traumatized by this interaction. Would not recommend anyone using this business.

I think to get it right on the first shot would have been better.
