I have always had lovely interactions and support from the staff at Avis. Ethan at the Bend OR location has been especially helpful and informative!They have worked with me and my chaotic schedule and been supportive of last minute extensions :) The vehicles have been great, clean, and never smell like smoke!

The cars are clean, the staff is nice. They dont keep cars as long as many other rental agencies, so they are in great shape. They let me bring a rental back because it was challenging to see out of the windows, no problem. Pets are also allowed, which is great.

AVIS CHARGED ME $578. FOR A FREE 2 DAY RENTAL THAT WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE $143.10 BASED ON THE RECEIPT I HAVE IN MY POSSESSION SPOKE WITH ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES SAID THE ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED AND NOPE.I WILL NEVER RENT FROM AVIS AGAIN

These folks are always good to me. Free upgrades in bad weather, reliable, clean cars. I only wish the location in Bend was accessible by transit or walking.

Amazing experience!!! Also highly supporting to USAA members!!! Called in last min and got a very nice Chevy Impala for a amazing cheap price and fast service and wonderful brand. Just to give you an idea. Hertz wants $290 for a standard car for 7 days in Orlando but Avis wants only $230 for a medium tier car. Use Avis not Hertz.

Very friendly customer service, we rent from another Avis and find a crack on the window after drive to bend, they check for us and although they don’t have same size suv they quickly call Avis in Redmond and secure a suv for us to pick up
