Have bought two cars here within the last few years.First one was a lifted truck. I did not know I was responsible for checking the fluid in the front and rear diff.Long story short the front diff blew to pieces while I was driving 60 mph.Just bought the truck a month before.I checked all other fluids and changed them before I trusted the truck but I did not know I was supposed to be inspecting that stuff soon upon buying the car.I get it’s used but still.WHOLESALE, if you inspect a used car for resale then check everything on the car.Check the entire vehicle before selling it to some unsuspecting family that have children riding in the back seat.Now the second car I bought was a SUV Ford expedition. Have had the car maybe a week and the engine starts throwing codes saying it’s going to over heat. Wholesale tried to say that the car had been doing that since they brought it onto the lot. No big deal they fixed that, but my blinker switch started acting up, I replaced it since it’s not under warranty, however upon my inspection of under the steering column I have found that there are wires running back into different wires with electrical tape. As well as fuses being held together with electrical tape.Moral of the story don’t buy a used car but if you do don’t buy it from WHOLESALE AUTO CONNECTION.They may seem friendly until they let you buy one of there lemons and then get angry when you talk about a warranty.Terrible company would never buy a car from here again.I try to give people second chances but once again I’m getting screwed in the long run.Have put maybe 800 miles on expedition since purchase in may 2021.Just wanted to rant and try to save some people some headache since I know I am about to go down a rabbit hole with the blinkers.Again do not trust this used car dealership.There are plenty of others here in Bend. I suggest looking somewhere other then here.

MUST READ! What an amazing experience! I consider myself a “car guy” and currently own 6 cars. I am not saying this to brag, only to point out the fact that I have bought a lot of cars for the last 25 years. My latest purchase was a 2006 Range Rover Supercharged. It was actually a birthday gift from my wife. To make a long story short, we bought the car in the winter and once the weather got warmer, we noticed that the air conditioning was not blowing cold. Upon bringing it to a mechanic, they determined that the entire system was shot, compressor, condenser, blower, the works. This was a $5k fix. They always have a large variety for varying income levels and their credit union suggestion on my first purchase was a better deal than my bank of 20 years. I live in California and this dealer is in Bend, Oregon. I first found out about this dealership on Facebook marketplace. I came across a truck I had been searching for for a few months. I quickly called them and stumbled upon Cory. He was really nice on the phone and quickly began answering questions and taking the time to walk outside to the pickup while on the phone with me and answer all questions I had since I was out of state. Sold me a truck worth maybe 7k for 13k for my first car buying experience, 2 windows didn’t work and key hole was punched out said both will be fixed, that never happened. Driving home the day I got it, my sparks plugs and coil packs burnt up. They took it to their “mechanic” (goodyear) about a week and a half later to get fixed, sparks plugs burn up again like 3 days later, they fixed the sparks plugs again after I told them to get it looked at by an actual mechanic. They must’ve known what was wrong with it and were just dragging it on as long as they could so I had to eventually take it to get looked at myself and my catalytic converters were bad so they had to fix it for selling me a truck with bad emissions. About a month later both back and front brakes went out, my reverse went out about 3 months after that, and my transfer case was starting to go out after that. Luckily a deer decided to hit me and take the truck off my hands.

I was referred to Whole Sale Auto Connection by a friend. I was having car issues and originally was looking to replace the old girl with something new. After speaking with Corey and Morgan they offered for there in house mechanic to take a peek and fix what might be going on. Honestly if I could give this experience negative stars I would. At first I thought they were a couple of nice guys selling cars. There was a problem with the stereo in the car but other than that it seemed like a nice car. I was told by them that it was a great car and that it wouldn’t start the day before but their mechanic looked it over and put in a new battery and it was fine now. So I bought it with the condition that the stereo would be fixed and they would call me in a few days when the stereo part came in and that the starting problem was fixed. Two days later the car wouldn’t start so I take it to a mechanic and I’m told the main computer is damaged and it has cost me $3000 to fix. When I called Wholesale Auto to ask about the stereo part I told them it was already in the shop broken down and they didn’t even ask what the problem was, I think because they already knew what was wrong with it. They told me they’d get right on the stereo thing and they never did. That was about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I haven’t heard from them since. I feel like they knew that car was a total lemon with a huge problem and they sold it to me anyway and told me it was great. I think they either lie about their mechanic checking the car or they knowingly sell cars with major issues and say they’re good cars. They make promises that they don’t keep. I am a single parent who takes care of my paralyzed mother and to say this deal with Wholesale Auto Connection has been utterly devastating is an understatement.

I learned A LOT about how busted a car can be and still be sold as useable.The car needed rotors, struts, control arm bushings, clutch, complete exhaust replacement, timing chain case resealed, oil pan gasket...etc. Buyer beware, request a private mechanical inspection.
