Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Capstone. I’ve used several others in town over the years and was always disappointed. I never felt like I had someone who cared about my situation and worked for me. I was tired of paying my money to other Bend CPA firms for poor performance, bad communication, no connection to me, and who only cater to the multi-millionaires in Bend.I began searching again last year and was so blessed to find Greg and Lance at Capstone Bend. I interviewed for a job with these folks. Not sure what the negative google reviews are about. Alicia was incredibly nice and I got the feeling the firm values both clients and staff, as well as professional conduct. Would recommend giving them a try!

For 15 years I was listed MANAGER (Shannon Falk!) of Five Pine Lodge and Willitts LLC and Lance Brant botched it badly. I noticed inconsistencies so last year I ASKED for an accounting and they hung up the phone on me? Because I like in New York and The Shannon Falk trust is in California I was forced in the worst year (a pandemic) to drive myself to California to retain counsel to FORCE an accounting? What kind of operation are these people running? Almost like Racketeering in a Crooked Organization? Do they need a R.I.C.O. indictment to produce an accounting?

It has taken over two months to complete a 401k Rollout. Unacceptable.

Sent me the incorrect documents Twice in a row. Super overpriced WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

If you like missed deductions and paying too much for it than this is the place for you. Needed to catch-up on my prior two years of tax and boy do I regret I did. Took my taxes to H&R Block and they found $1,932 of missed deductions. My advise is to get a second opinion.

We love Jason Miller at Capstone. Used to do my own taxes, but couldnt figure out some new stuff, had Jason do them, and now wish I had him do my taxes all those previous years!

Brant, Sonja and Jonsi are consumate professionals who go the extra mile for their clients. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. I wouldn’t use any other accounting firm in Central Oregon.
