Easy to navigate website for sure... Quicker search for the parts you need and you get a visual allowing you to bypass the problem of dealing with the cranky and clearly off put employees. As before this if you were to call on the phone and you ask if they have a specific part you get a bit of tude. This certainly makes for a much more enjoyable experience.

Chip and b&r is amazing. I have been struggling trying to find a part and chip came through. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made it experience a breeze. Thank you.

B&R has great customer service. They dont always get it right the first time, but, they always make it right when they dont.

Purchased a used motor for my vehicle. Company did not follow thier protocol of packaging and shipping of motor. Per thier company policy it states they send a video of motor running before pulled and they also send an email to verify motor runs and is correct motor. None of the procedures where followed. Motor was shipped to installer installer installed wrong motor in which caused damage to the motor that b&r. Now wants me to be liable for having engine pulled and returned before theyll attempt to make this right. I would never use them again or refer them.

Their website is awesome for looking up parts. I used to deal with B&R a lot more when working with Honda but hadnt ever dealt with the shop in Bend. These guys and gals were awesome! Had the parts for my Ranger all ready to go when I showed up and even loaded them into the bed of my truck. Thanks guys!

No matter if I am in Eugene or Portland and now Bend! I always trust B&R picNPull for my used auto part and they have many more locations but this is the only you pull in the bend area. They can also order your parts from there other locations and most of the shipping between locations is little to no charge if it is shipped on one of there freight trucks.

Rude customer service! Part prices were not disclosed upfront so they made up pricing for the parts I pulled at checkout. Offered prices were only slightly lower than retail, even though the parts were in very poor condition. If you are looking for smaller parts, save yourself a trip and check out eBay for new/used parts in better quality at lower prices.

I was sold a differential that had not been inspected as told to me and was totally wasted on the inside. Lying to sell something is theft my deception and that’s exactly what happened. Because the vehicle sat for several months after it was installed I wasn’t aware that it was bad until after their 30 day warranty was up so they don’t care to work with me at all to solve this problem. I was a customer for the entire life of the business off and on but will Never go there again and would advise everyone I know not to trust them and their word!!!

Parts that were ordered online were not in the condition the website claimed. I get its an older vehicle, but an A part is an A part, not one that is missing paint, scratched up, and has minor dents. They did give me a partial refund, but I really dont feel it was enough to make up for the difference between expectations and reality. Also searched some additional things online later. Found equivalent parts, brand new, cheaper than what are being sold as used A parts. Ill search more first next time.***Edit*** B&R did end up crediting me money back from my experience, making it worthwhile to have shopped there. In the future, I just hope that the ratings on the parts are more in line with what their actual condition is. With them having issued some monies back, I feel that we reached an amicable solution and Im not averse to using them in the future.

I like that they are a multi-state chain scrap yard. I like that they have pull and pay in their yards. And considering its the only scrap yard and 150 MI seems like they got to have 4 * rating. Because theres no others to comparing two

This place used to be great back in the day.Now it’s hands down the worst junk yard to work with in Oregon. Going on week 2 of waiting for a part they claim their pullers are on the 3rd attempt.Really? Not to mention their customer support on the phone have no idea what they are talking about when you need something. Guy literally argued on the phone with us.If you think it’s convenient to order from them vs driving to Pick- n- Pull in the valley, you’d be wrong.Go to the valley! Half the price anyways.

I ordered a bottle of also bottle for my 2001 Audi I paid $45 and I had a friend of mine just picked it up for me and when he brought it here I was very disappointed from one junkyard to another they would let them ship out a bottle like this in this kind of condition just follow hack tracks this team is broken it has the most important part on it that was great as far as the bottle condition I would not get that bottle my worst nightmare and to pay $45 for a track bottle that looks like its been ran over a hundred times Im very disappointed

Went in with my boyfriend,had told us the day before several parts were broken and parts they said they had were already taken/broken. Went there today to find said parts that were broken werent attempted to have been taken off and only had a couple scratches. Went to check something out still on property and was told to leave by an employee when there was no signs telling us not to go over there. Several employees werent wearing masks. Reccomend to just pull parts yourself. They also do not id check people who are entering the yard unlike stated on the check in sheet

They only have a few vehicles now. Even when they had more vehicles the would destroy older vehicles too soon. Older vehicles are what people go to junkyards for! If you need something thats at a different B&R they charge you a flat $50 fee making the part not worth it.

Had concerns about the ECU I wanted to purchase, and that I wanted a specific one that the serial number of the part was for a GMC Denali produced roughly 400 vehicles apart from mine in 1999.Shawn did a great job investigating my concerns. He assured me the part listed on eBay bearing the serial number, and confirmed that was I could expect to receive.So far things are going well.

UPDATE: 7/7/20 I spoke with a representative who apologized and said they would process the refund within 4-5 business days. I will update again at that time.I ordered a Lincoln zephyr motor and was shipped a mercury milan motor without them contacting me about it until I went to pick it up. After 45 min on the phone, they agreed to a partial refund if I would accept the milan motor. Using that motor (higher miles too) means I have to swap the entire front timing cover and accessories costing me time and money. I was in a bind so I accepted the motor and waited for the partial refund. Its been well over a week with no refund. Ive contacted them for the third time and am waiting for a call back about the refund. If I dont hear back from them, Im filing a complaint with the BBB. If I do hear back and get a refund, Ill update this review. Until then , they REALLY need to work on their customer service.

I placed an order for a set of wheels, the first order that arrived was the wrong set of wheels. A replacement order was made, after two days I called to see if the new wheels had arrived in Bend and the person on the phone said they had. I went to pick the wheels up and they weren’t there, and on top of that they had canceled my order without letting me know. A week later and I’m still waiting on my refund. Very disappointing experience!

Clean office for the most part. Well... for a wrecking yard. Very nice people. I was surprised with the amount of employees that were there that it would take 2 days to pull a windshield washer reservoir. I now know for future how this works..

This is my second experience with B&R Auto Wrecking in Bend and a all i can say is WOW...STELLAR customer service from sales person, 1-9 KMS? (Im sorry i forgot his name and this was all that was on the invoice to go off of) Not only did they have the missing center cap for my sweet 1997 Mustang GT, they also had a replacement mach 460 front door speaker/subwoofer i needed and a new matching set of tires all for 150 bucks! I am absolutely grateful to sales person, 1-9 KMS and the young lady who help me load all the tires in my car when they arrived three days early. B&R Auto Wrecking you should be proud having these two represent your company! Please give them a raise at your earliest convenience thanks.

The front desk little girl is so rude they lost my business. She needs to learn how to talk to an adult. I bet she talks to her parents like she talked to me. So if you plan on getting any part from there just know you can also get them online and cheaper.

Sent me the wrong part 3 times and then would not give me refund. Told me I would receive a call back and long story short the guy who was supposed to call me dosent even work at b and R anymore... Had to go to Eugene B&R to get anything done.

The guys in Bend were very helpful I needed a couple of tail lights for my Van and had a short window to get them as I was only visiting. Randall took the order and made sure it arrived on time and the guys in Bend were right on it when it artived to make sure they found there way to me. Highly recommend!

Some of the worst customer service, and rudest employees out there. Sometimes you need a part you cant find anywhere else, or just cant afford to buy it new, but I always dread having to deal with these guys. Maybe if youre just a salty old dog you would fit right in, but for those of us who are just confident enough with a wrench to be dangerous they sure do make you feel stupid. At least thats been my experience, I wish I could say differently but I just feel unwelcome in there every time I go in.

Not impressed by this company’s owner! Called to sell my car. They gave me my quote. Took the tile in, only to have the owner throw a fit because I didn’t sign it with my maiden name. Spent my day off at the DMV to “correct” what was an unnecessary step. Took the “correct” papers back. Then the owner proceed to waste more of my time by telling me he knows the process of the DMV better than those that work there. REALLY! Then to top it all off, he paid me $20 dollars less than my quoted price!

I was looking for a hard to find part. They said they had one and would pull it within a couple of days and ship it to my mechanic. They made me pay up front hundreds of dollars. 5 days later ,still no delivery. So I call to ask where is the part? They tell me they thought they had the part I needed, but did not. O.k. so now what? My mechanic calls them and they tell him I can go and get my money back. So I get on my bicycle and return to b&r, and they write me a check. Even though I paid them in cash, I had to ride my bicycle to the bank to cash their check. I rode about 15 miles on my bike all told, and still i do not have the part I need. Thanks a lot for nothing b&r .
