Never had a problem every time there was an issue it always got resolved Id recommend these people to anybody theyre good people friendly nice to work with and answer all the questions that I ever asked.

We have had our auto, umbrella, and renters insurance policies with AllState Insurance, through the Tim Bangert Agency here in Bend, ever since we moved here some years ago now. The costs of coverage on each of these policies simply could be more affordable, and the Bangert Agency has been a pleasure to work with - responsive and thorough at every turn on each need we have had. We can highly recommend this agency and the AllState coverage.

Great customer service, nice, welcoming feel whenever I stop by, always answering all my questions plus the best price in town for my specific coverage (rideshare endorsement + full coverage), hands down $) Had to go through 2 claims with them this year, one hit-n-run and second malfunctioned gates at Broken Top Community. They been helpful throughout the whole process with these claims, Allstate paid all expenses (minus deductible), enterprise rental was easy and in the end I was happy =) Will be renewing for another term. I do have several different Insurance accounts at ALLSTATE with Tim Bangerts Office here in Bend. Everyone there is always very helpful and friendly, so no worries for me!

Dont waste your time if you are looking for a poor experience and horrible customer service + being ripped off this is agency for you I recommend shopping somewhere else and saving some money and hassle they are definitely not the best for price and coverage .

Have been a costumer of allstate for along time when it came time for them to process my claim they where very unhelpful and rude this agent is not trying to help you they just want your money there are definitely better insurance companies out there with better coverage and pricing my advice is to look elsewhere for insurance!
