Always great!

Be careful about using this agent. The customer sercice representatives that work in his office has very limited knowledge on how to change policies. When I called to complain that the policy was wrong, they only made excuses and when I express my extreme frustration they hung up on me and would not take my call again. There is even a longer story to this review. Just be careful.

Had a first meeting set up and we waited 13 minutes past the set time -- no hand shake and a very mild o I am sorry. All he did was talk about himself and how hard he had to work. Give me a break we all work hard. He never once asked about what we were looking to insure and transfer-- 6 vehicles and 12 properties!!!. When we left he did not ask for any contact information to follow up on and obviously we have not been contacted. Horrible service.

James is a really cool dude. He LISTENS to you first then works with you closely with your policy. I would recommend this to all my friends.
