The is place filled with inconsiderate dog owners who let the dog bark at all hours of the day and night. I assume they are not told to control the sound because clearly no one cares to. Literally a year of dogs barking on all 3 (both next door and downstairs) neighbor dogs barking at day and night.I have experienced multiple appliance issues with slow turnaround times to fix and no apology (Water heater, dryer)While living there it has not been a good experience.

We have lived here for about 1 year and it has been a great experience from the start. We moved from out of state and I was able to meet with Ruby during a work week while I was in town. She was great, showed me the place and gave me my options immediately. I was able to reserve an apartment that week without any hassles. She is very communicative and responds to your inquiries quickly. Any issues that we have had over the year, they were fixed immediately. They are now working with us on our move out date and have been super great! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nothing but good experiences while living here for two years. When anything went wrong it was fixed by the maintenance team right away. The main office (Ruby) always responded promptly to our inquiries and was consistently considerate and helpful, frequently going above and beyond what is required. 5 stars!

They are just leaches for money. When you first move in they are super nice but when move out comes they just want to get you out and their customer service is abhorrent. We signed a 12 month lease at the beginning of January and they made us pay 13 months of rent through January of the next year. Im no mathematician but Im pretty sure 12 months ended at the end of December, since that is a calendar year. Anyways, they - specifically Sheri - has absolutely terrible service skills. She is always passive aggressive and says things in a way that makes it seem you are not worth her time/are bothering her.An example of Sheris demeaning behavior is when we asked what cleaning service they use (implying we were getting the apartment professionally services) she responded with a basic phone number and the statement: Please note that in general, you will want to return the apartment in the condition it was given. .... its almost like.... thats the whole point.Sienna Pointe is a convenient place to live but Sheri doesnt make it easy. Also, if you dont want to hear people digging through your bottles at all hours of the night, dont live here!

While mowing the yard staff hit my bench and broke it . I was not informed when they broke it they just left it broken on my back porch for me to find . i informed management of this and they never followed up or even emailed me.

Been here for a month now, and the move in process was easy breezy. Ruby helped us from our first call to our move in, answering all of our questions and was super accommodating. I leased this apartment 100% virtually, without seeing it before and I am really happy that the apartment looks like it does in the photos online and the videos sent over. I love the renovations inside and you cant beat the easy care flooring throughout. Im also really happy about the large community dog park for my pup. Pilot Butte is walking distance which is perfect for a quick daily walk or run. All in all– my move in experience was great, which Im so thankful for because moving from another state is stressful enough. As others have mentioned, I also recommend this place for someone who might not be able to view the apartment in person before moving in. I applied to other places before Sienna Pointe and they were not nearly as helpful with finding us a place in Bend. Although we only planned on doing a year here, we might very well end up staying longer now.

Everything in our apartment is brand new and works perfectly! There is a lot of light and freshness. We love the view to the park full of trees and Pilot Butte. The management is great, very kind and helpful. The maintenance is excellent. So happy to be here, its nice and quite. Thank you dear Jewels!

I lived at Sienna Pointe Apartments before I bought my home and I really enjoyed living there. The management staff are very friendly and responsive, going above and beyond for their residents. The maintenance staff are great too, quickly taking care of anything needed. When it came time for my move they were supportive, excited for me and made my move out experience so easy. The apartments are very close to everything and are dog friendly. I was able to walk outside my sliding door onto a nice area with grass and trees, which was a huge plus having a dog!

My son was relocating from Wisconsin to Bend Oregon and I told him if he found a job I would find him an apartment. We spent four or five days in Bend and he secured three job offers and I could not get a commitment for an apartment. So we left Bend with no apartment and three jobs just the opposite of what I thought would happen. That all changed when I called Jewels at Sienna Pointe. From nineteen hundred miles away I could feel her energy for solving our problem. We reviewed floor plans and decided on one that would work for my son. It was a seamless process and we were never left wondering at what stage of the process we were in. My son went to Bend to work and I loaded up the truck and headed west. When it became apparent that I was not going to arrive during traditional business hours Ruby connected with us on her own time so we could unpack right away. The apartment was better than the pictures on line showed, clean and freshly painted with modern new appliances. Thank you so much for making my sons move a success and helping him feel welcomed to Bend Oregon. Greg Tessier

Would NOT recommend to anyone to live here. New management is rude and unfair. They took basically my whole security deposit after I cleaned the whole apartment for hours. Half the parking lot is a junk yard. They’ll take every penny they can from you. The employees smoke cigarettes under your windows, you wake up too an awesome smell... The laundry mat is overpriced and dirty. The walls are thin you can hear basically everything. The place does have a roof over your head so that’s where my one star comes from. My one year lease here was dreadful.

I came into Sienna Pointe for a tour. Jewels was awesome and invited to show me around. I see some bad reviews on here but I am very impressed with Sienna Pointe. They have been remodeled and the manager poors her heart and soul into her job thats obvious. Ive heard from some pretty happy residents here.

I enjoyed my time at Sienna Pointe. My apartment was modernized, clean, and looked like the pictures online. Any issues (all minor issues-like a leaking shower head or broken washing machine) I reported to maintenance and management were handled promptly and professionally. I regularly used the nice workout space, and I walked Pilot Butte almost daily since it was in our backyard. Upon move out, management was incredibly fair and returned all of my security deposit (minus the mandatory, pre-disclosed, cleaning fees.)I moved here from out-of-state and did not have a chance to come check out the apartments before my move-in day. If you are in the same boat, I would recommend Sienna Pointe. I took a chance and I was not at all disappointed.

I’ve lived here for 1 year now and the apartments way over priced for what they have to offer. The neighbors are loud and obnoxious. The apartment smelled like urine and cig smoke. I’ve asked multiple times for them to do something about the smell and they have done nothing.

Lived there for 3 years while Patrick was the manager, however once he left and the new manager Julz completely ruined my and my fiancé’s want to live there anymore. She was aggressive and unfair in every aspect of being a good human being. the apartments are great and in a great location however as long as julz is the manager you will be unhappy with your choice. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently bought my own house and left Sienna Point about 2 months ago, bu I lived at Sienna for 3 years and my experience has been overall negative. I could complain about the rent prices, but I think that is more symptomatic of Bend. Rent was been raised around 10% a year the last 3 years and the pet fee has more than doubled from when I moved in. The apartments are nice, but not worth what they currently charge. My main grievance is the maintenance staff do not know what they are doing. The motor in the bathroom exhaust fan was going out (really noisy to the point it sounded like a helicopter was trying to take off) 6 months prior to me moving out. I called and the guy came and greased the bearings to make it a little quieter until a replacement came in. He left huge globs of grease all over my bathroom counter and toilet lid which I had to clean. Upon my move out, they had still not fixed the fan.In addition, my sink faucet broke in the kitchen. The repair man came to fix it with a new faucet and failed to anchor it correctly, so it broke again a few weeks later.Worst of all, the washer and drier situation is abhorrent. There are 5 of each unit in the main laundry room, but one of each is always in repair (no exaggeration). The dryers that are functioning do not work. The normal wash and dry cycles cost $1 and $1.25, respectively, but I regularly had to put near $3 into a dryer to get a loads of 6 towels and a few socks dry. I am not sure how old those washer and dryers are, but they really need to be replaced! As far as move out goes, I had some issues there as well. Warning: they will nickle and dime you for everything (drip pans, etc)... but again, might just be symptomatic of Bend. My partner and I spent 2 whole days scrubbing the apartment and they still tired to charge me $100 for a cleaning fee. Thankfully I had taken ~30 pictures and the manager did issue me a refund for most of the $100.Lastly, watch your AUM bill closely, especially if you are paying it to Sienna as part of rent! I paid my AUM through rent and upon move out, they tried to double charge me.
