I was behind one of the drivers on the parkway for quite some time. The driver had no cars in front of her but was cruising in the left lane at speeds varying from under 45 to over 60mph and swerving causing other cars to brake and try to get around her. I had cruise control set and she kept brake checking me then proceeds to pick up the phone and call someone. As I pass IN THE RIGHT LANE she’s waving her phone laughing at me as if I’m the bad driver in the situation so I gave her a thumbs down. Drivers like this should not be on the road and in a company vehicle it’s definitely a bad look. Get off your phone and stop trying to police how others drive by slowing down and speeding up unnecessarily.

I had a very good experience with Enviro Shuttle.They were recommended by the Sisters Bed & Breakfast and didnt disappoint.Not only were they they only shuttle service that responded to me from Sisters (and theyre not even based there), but they were able to follow up on all my inbound messages, too.Our driver, Kayla V., was very professional and showed up *early* for a 4:15 am reservation we made.We look forward to scheduling our rides with Enviro Shuttle the next time were in Sisters!

I RARELY leave reviews, but I received such wonderful service today that I feel it is warranted to give kudos where it is due. I had a very last minute doctor appointment today and needed a ride on short notice. I live in a rural area and am certainly more than a quick jaunt away from town. I decided to give Enviro Shuttle a try and I knew I would be in good hands the moment that Bill answered the phone. He happily accepted my ride request and arrived in short order (early in fact). I have limited mobility and as such I travel heavy, but he got me and my belongings safely loaded into his car and we were off. I was impressed at how clean his car was and it is obvious that he takes a great deal of pride with his business and values his customers. His driving was nothing short of professional - both hands on the wheel at all times, all traffic laws were obeyed, his eyes never left the road, and he kept a safe distance and pace. He was a great conversationalist too! I arrived at my appointment in a timely fashion and he was there waiting for me upon my completion. The same applied for the trip home - safe and without incident. His price was fair too, which was an added bonus. I would not hesitate to use him again (in fact, I have another appointment already on the books). He was kind, humble and showed appreciation for the business and I am glad that there is such a service available in my neck of the woods! Got a ride short notice from lapine oregon ( not the easiest to do ) to redmond. They showed up early and were great!! The ride service and conversation was too notch would recommend to call them first before anyone else!!

Even I never could use the shuttle itself I have to admire their outstanding service!I booked a shuttle from Redmond Airport to Bend,OR but never reached Redmond as my flight got cancelled three times in a row. There was never an issue with rescheduling and at the end with cancelling the appointment. Got the refund within 24 hours.Super friendly communication!

Ive used Enviroshuttle about a dozen times amd will continue to. Theyre always on time if not a little early, friendly, reasonably priced and run by good people. AND they drive fuel efficient vehicles!

I used them for a Sunriver-Redmond airport shuttle for an elderly parent. Very quick to respond via text. Arrived on time (4am!) and very courteous. I would use them again.

We have had excellent service with Enviro Shuttle. Very late pick ups in Redmond, including delayed flights(almost every one). We always have someone smiling waiting for us in baggage claim. Yesterday was Thanksgiving, and after a long travel day that started in Germany it was a joy to not have to drive, or find our cold icy car. At drop off the streets and sidewalks were ice sheets, our driver reparked in our alley to allow us to walk safely on yard to get the house. I recommend them highly.

Following the driver over Mt Hood. The driver brakes at EVERY TURN! A pain in the.... there is no turn on MT Hood that you need to brake at, just take you food off the gas..super annoying

I booked a pickup with Enviroshuttle to go from Bend to RDM two weeks before my flight and the morning of they never came. I contacted them and it turns out they forgot to put my reservation in their calendar. So, I missed my flight and had to buy a new flight for $600. I have used them in the past without issue but I wont be using them again. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need to get to the airport on time.

I was driving from Bend to Redmond on 97 doing 70 mph and one of your drivers was tailgating me extremely close. As I tried to pull into the other lane, he passed me on the right and flipped me off. Extremely aggressive driving and I would never get in his car.

Didnt catch a ride with them, but the driver behind me was tailgating, and honked and flipped me off when I had to slow at a roundabout!
