Highly recommend Thompson Pump & Irrigation. We had a last minute request for water testing to close on the sale of our home and Thompson Pump & Irrigation managed to fit us in the next day. The tech that took the samples was very friendly and efficient. We were still unsure if the results would come back in time for the closing based on the standard time it takes for some of the required tests. Becky worked with us to get the results as soon as they came back and we were very relieved everything came back in time. I was particularly grateful to Becky for her patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Weve worked with Thompson for some other projects and have been very impressed each time.

I want to thank Thompson pump for coming out on such a short notice very late in the evening the day before Christmas eve. Taylor was very professional and got our well working in super cold conditions. I would highly recommend Thompson Pump to anyone and would call them back if I needed anything else! I admit that last year I had scheduling issues. TP addressed my concerns and I was serviced promptly this year.In ten years of service, I’ve always had good service technicians come out. Always very helpful

We have used them a couple times for blowing out our sprinklers and starting up our system in the spring. When I called about an issue we were having (septic and they dont do septic) and asked who they would recommend they put us in touch with another company saving us over $1,000 from our other bid. They didnt have to help us as it wasnt in their scope, but they cared enough to give us a great recommendation. I highly recommend them.

Ive used them twice now and have no reason to ever look for another company. The first time it was just a pressure regulator switch, they were prompt, professional and gave me a lot of good information about wells as this is my first home with a well. Most recently my well pump went out, thankfully the first visit had warned me it was going to happen within the year so I wasnt caught completely off guard. It turned out to be a bit more complex than just swapping out a pump, but they devised cost effective solutions to get me up and running again. Not only do I have running water again, but Im feeling more confident in my understanding of wells, they were willing to walk me through it all so I know what to look for. Would highly recommend them.

I just recently purchased an old farm house on 10 acres, (with a well) in Tumalo.On day 1....and a Saturday, of course, (right after I was handed the keys), my well had an issue. With the recommendation I received from my Realtor, I contacted Thompson Pump, and (between their warm and friendly receptionist), offset with Johnny-on-the-Spot Nathan the incredible Technician, my well was up and running within two hours!!!Over Memorial Weekend (of course, now I had to tend to a Holiday), my high pressure transfer pump went out....and (once again), the Great Crew at Thompson Pump were able to review, assess and properly address my imminent pump needs!I expect more challenges to come....with the old farm house, the well....and my on-going water needs.One thing is for certain....Ive got Thompson Pump on Speed Dial!!

Terrible. We ordered a pressure tank and an irrigation pump last summer. We were told it would be ordered and installed the following week. We never heard back from them, I finally called to see what was going on and they reluctantly showed up and installed both systems. Fast forward 6 mo. The irrigation pump quit working. They didnt care. I called them, they said they would have someone call me back. Never did. I called them again and was told the same thing. Two weeks later, weve had another company fix the problem and have still never heard back from Thompson Pump. Never again.

Poor service. They close on Sunday during irrigation season, I forgot we stop watering and growing crops that day, so when you need help they cannot. They returned my pump broken and they didnt seem to care. They must be under staffed or refuse to pay their guys overtime. There are as just as good companies out there and I will never use these guys again. Save your self the time and find people who actually care about their quality of work. Who does not check their work when they are done is beyond me. If I could give them 0 I would.

Discovered a broken pipe and called them... Fabulous, prompt service. I now have them on speed dial!

They are good ol honest- get it done- people who care about their clients. I have been using them since 1999..
