Beautiful plants and great selection. Maybe it was my blue jeans and t-shirt, but the cashier needed to tell me how much the Japanese Maple were when I asked where they were. Its not WHAT she said, but the manner in which she said it that was so damn insulting. Attitude check needed. Perhaps if the employees are having a bad day, take them off the customer facing positions and give them a more therapeutic job that day? Just a suggestion.

I was sent to find hibiscus plants for my father and I didn’t even know what one looked like. Kate, the manager, found me and guided me to what I was looking for. I am not someone who knows anything about plants, and usually kills them, so I needed a lot of help. I was sending pics to my husband to verify and texting to ask if I had what I was looking for. Kate kept coming back to check on me. When I had made up my mind, she rallied the troops and challenged them to find the nicest one with buds still on them. After that I had other things I needed and she patiently directed me to the best options. Finally I wanted a hanging plant for me. Since I had already told her my lack of skills in this area, she helped my chose wisely. She was amazing and we even bonded over the fact that she was prior military and my family has many that have served. Also there was a young man, sorry I do not remember his name, but he had red hair. He was very respectful and carefully put everything in my car.I had such a positive experience that I will go back there again. I highly recommend Kate and her staff to assist with any gardening needs. They were so nice and I appreciated all of the time they spent with me.

If you are headed here for sod be prepared to pay a HIGH price!!! They have employees who will dent your vehicle with the forklift and not say a thing! Then the owner wont even contact you or offer to pay SOMETHING for the damage HIS careless employee did!! $130 worth of sod cost me $530!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

Lily was very knowledgable and helpful. I think your snapdragons are overpriced. They are twice the price as Plantus. I wish you carried Miracle Grow Potting Soil. I use a lot and have to make a second trip somewhere else for the soil.

The facility was very clean and organized; and the prices were reasonable considering the quality. The red headed girl was very knowledgeable and accommodating in helping meet my needs.

Lots of options, plants, flowers of all kinds to spruce up your planters.. Kait was a great help and a gem of a person working there. I will be back soon

Wonderful place!!! Beautiful trees !!! Very friendly staff greeted us quickly. Found our tree that ended up being half off . They had us loaded up and on our way home in minutes. We Highly recommend. We will be back next year.

Ive seen other nurserys way better, bigger & friendlier like Covington landscape& nurser, BloomingColorsNursery, First young cashier guy was not polite ,there prices are sometimes misleading & expensive .

Great place to shop as Senior on a Tuesday

My wife and i visited for the first time to buy a tree for the back patio. We walked around looking at trees then started looking at flowers in the green house. A guy came screaming at the top of his lungs, literally the first person to greet us, you can be back here. No signs posted at all how do we know what not to look at in a nursery? We left instantly, and he started laughing with a co worker about telling us to leave. How do you keep customers with such poor customer service?

This place is great. The prices were way better than Calloways, and they actually had more selection and variety. Their staff actually said hi to me and were offering to help me pick stuff out. They were very knowledgeable and so polite. I will be returning here for sure.

I called the store needing tree care advice on my young tree. The lady who took my call quickly gathered my lack of experience and took charge of the conversation answering questions I would not have known to ask. I left the call knowing they will handle all my nursery needs from now on and feel confident the knowledge and passion i experienced over the phone will be on display in the store too. My grandfather, a retired USMC veteran with two tours in Vietnam went in to the store a couple of days ago. He has been a loyal customer for years, and like most times he goes, spent a good amount of money. He pulled around to the back to get dirt loaded into his car. My 78 year old grandfather waited several minutes for an employee to assist him. He beeped his horn to get the attention of an employee when the owner stormed out and began yelling at my grandfather. This owner turned out to be a manager. Said employee stated he was busy in the front and my grandpa could have waited. He started throwing bags of dirt in the trunk and car without checking if the bags were sealed. After several attempts of my grandfather asking this scum to check the bags, the guy yelled more at my grandfather stating he was busy and really didnt have time for this. I hope to find out who this manager is and would like to meet up with him. How dare he talk to a veteran like that. Talk to this veteran that way. Please.

The benbrook store is awesome. They have new management. I went there a year ago and just went back on 03-19-2019 it was so awesome. Great selection and awesome staff!!

Good prices but fake. They say a 3 gallon rose is 50 bucks but on sale for half off. No one seems to want to help. It seems you are a distraction or pestering them. They are always last on my list.

Just purchased a beautiful wax myrtle for 75% off and they are going fast. I love everything we have purchased here, everything is very good quality!

I purchased sod this past weekend and I have never experienced more unhappiness at a workplace in my life. While they have great selections I would never go back there because of how mean the staff was to one another. Maybe this isnt the typical atmosphere of the nursery?

Weve purchased several hundreds of dollars in plants from Premier Nursery during this season alone, and they have been very nice. This review has nothing to do with the quality of the plants, but rather the quality of the staff. They almost behave as if they are being bothered and inconvenienced. My cashier today was both sassy and disrespectful (my receipt says Nick), all because I couldnt remember what color bag my potting soil came in. He continued to be argumentative even after I went and found a bag outside and gave him the exact name! This is not customary treatment at Calloways Nursery or Archies Gardenland. So sad this is tolerated!

Once again Tony called me for a interview with a rude tone, and I quickly reminded him how he treated me when I handed in the application. He still stands by him saying early bird get the worm and walked away. It wasnt until I asked if hes the owner or the manager that I need to speak to the owner and he HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! theres reason he now hiring sign has been out for months! Stay away!!!

I called to make sure they had a 30gal. Live Oak or Bur Oak and they said they had 2. When I got here, they didnt have ANYTHING. Big waste of time!
