Emily used to be at a different salon, but since she moved so did I! Although the previous salon was 5 minutes from my place, I am happy to drive over 30 minutes to have Emily do my nails. She does a fantastic job every time! These are just 3 examples of the hand painted work she has done for me.

I made an appointment with Emily. I chose a neon 5 color nail dip. I went with a fresh slightly whimsical nail design request. We also added rainbow rhinestones down the center which catches the sunlight. She is always welcoming and kind to my lil boy who tags along with me for Mommy relaxing time. Appointment was for a Sunday its a good time to go slower and quiet in salon. Thank you so much. Its amazing how colors brighten up your day making u feel more confident.

I normally see Sue but this time I saw Mimi who is just as amazing. Been a loyal customer for the last two years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. These are my real nails that were dipped abt a week ago.

They do good pedicures and manicures are very respectful and make you feel welcomed. When we went it was slow than as they were finishing up with us they got busy. They did all three of us at the same time. So far this is the best place we have had good service. We have tried a variety of places and i would definitely recommend this place.

This place is exquisite. The staff is very accommodating and thorough. Efficient but talented with their art. We drive 30 minutes to get our manis and pedicures done religiously every two weeks!

This is the place to be if you want a relaxing nail salon experience, which is the way all nail salons should be. The mimosas are wonderful, nail polish rack always looks clean, well organized and looks like a rainbow as my daughter calls it. I came here last week with my 11 year old, and had the best time with Sue who did our pedicures. She took her time, never rushed us out and the gentleman that assisted in my daughters pedi was gentle. Last time, I had sns/ dip done, and the lady( I dont remember her name, but she sat in the front by the window) did the most amazing manicure ever! I went 7 weeks with them and not once did they crack or lift! Benbrook Nail Bar is nothing compared to this place.

I paid $30 for this. An was there for 2 hours! An told me I’ll take $5 off. This is how they left my nails. An still made me pay

When I first moved to Benbrook, I tried a few nail salons. When I went to Luxe, they were amazing! Sue is awesome and through COVID she still remembered me when they got to reopen. The service is great and the finished product is always perfect. My only salon from the jump!

I really wanted to like this place the lady at the front desk was nice and it was pretty and clean. My pedicure was amazing and the lady who did it was super sweet. But the lady who did my dip kept cutting my cuticles to the point one looked like it was gonna bleed and it stung so much when she put the activator on, she also cut the shorter than I asked and never asked how I wanted them shaped and the shape that she did do is inconsistent. I also feel like I have more dip under my nails then on top.

Sue was the best technician there, and now shes gone. Its not easy trying to find someone good in an area you live in. I was driving into Granbury for my nail and pedicures, until I met Sue!!

The guy who did my nails did awful. he got up multiple times because the receptionist didn’t know how to do anything. my nails are very uneven and there is powder stuck all around my nails and i’ve washed my hands multiple times ans it will not come off.

I have been going to Luxe since they have opened and I have always had quality service and amazing nails! Sue is absolutely the best and always makes sure everyone is happy and everything is perfect. In my books this is the best nail shop in the ftw area!

Did a fantastic job! Very gentle and thorough.

Pedicures were just okay for me and my daughters. My manicure though was terrible. Service was Friday evening and by lunch time Saturday two nails were chipped. By Sunday morning 8 nails were chipped, nails looked trashy. Highly disappointed with how quickly they turned south. Will not return for same services.

Ive been going here for year and I havent had a single bad experience, everyone thats done my nails has been amazing Ive been extremely happy with it every time. Everyone is super sweet and attentive and its just a great place overall, awesome prices as well!

I came to this nail salon because my normal spot was busy and I had two friends with me and we didnt wanna be at the salon all day. We got there at 12:30 and started off with a pedi which was good. I asked for a set of coffin shaped nails and black dip powder. I even showed her a picture just to make sure she knew the shape I wanted. The look absolutely awful!!! They are all different shapes, uneven, and maybe 2 actually resemble the coffin shaped I asked for. After she was done I had black coloring stained all over my skin around my nails. She told me to wash my hands and it wouldnt come off. She proceeded to try and get it off as best as she could but they still looked terrible. My friend got the exact same thing and there was no staining on her skin. Another person at the salon got it off as best as he could and its still there. I hate my nails and cant wait to get them taken off. By the time we were done it was almost 4 oclock.

I decided to try this place tonight for the first time, I have a nail place i go to regularly but wanted something different, i enjoyed my first experience here and will continue to return! I used sue and she did an amazing job, I have zero complaints! The only thing i can say which isnt even a bad thing is I wish they had a bigger color selection. (: other than that GREATTT!!

Salon very busy. Gel manicure extremely rushed. Nothing relaxing anout experience! Tech did not even use hand lotion. I might try again but not sure.
