Much better than the other Planet Fitness in the surrounding area. Front desk/sales team was definitely much more knowledgeable.

Overcharges every month and then wants to charge me $100 to cancel it when it’s their error. Disgusting customer service.

There are signs throughout the gym that say No gymtimidation so it is encouraging to workout there and not worry about mockery. You can actually feel the air of the fans going so it is more comfortable to workout. Also, there are screens to watch to keep your mind off the time and data shown for the workout, which helps in meeting or exceeding goals without keeping tab of time!

I paid my balances ahead of time usually a few weeks before they were supposed to be withdrawn. They ended up withdrawing more money on the due date even though I had already paid and I got a NSF fee from my bank, they said the money would be refunded if the GM of the gym admitted that it was a mistake on their part. I called the gym and they said they would send me an email with the info my bank needed, they never sent me anything so I emailed Tristan and he said to call him to work it out but he was never available and the one time he did attempt to call me he blew up my phone while I was at work, and after that he never made an attempt to set up a mutual time of convenience for both of us and my problem was never resolved. The money that was double charged was put onto my account and paid a few of my monthly fees but that was it. Very unprofessional for them to refuse to admit their mistake, I think that’s an unfair way to treat a customer who paid their dues early. Poor communication, poor customer service, not in a great area, parking lot is terrible, just drive 5 miles down to the next PF location for a way better experience, you’re not missing out on anything.

I was signed up for this location about a year ago. When I moved I sign my form for my cancellation and just realized I’ve been paying for a membership that was supposed to be canceled 9 months ago. Not sure how this happened but beyond frustrating being I live 45 minutes from a planet fitness now.

Great place and location. So I signed up recently as I like to frequent the locations nationwide. The guy that helped me (I believe his name was nick. Tall, brown, bald ) super super helpful and friendly. Im not used to using the app or the phone to check in and he was helpful from beginning to end. Speaking to everyone the came in and leaving. He had great customer service. The place is very clean. They are always disinfecting n cleaning (a great plus). Thanks guys ( PF ROCKS!)

Great atmosphere. New updated equipment and cleaning stations make the area more sanitary that give it a clean feel.

Best of best gym.I worked out here for 7months when I lived in Fort Worth. (I am in S.Korea now)All managers were so professional, kind and seems enjoy their works.And there is a story that I wanted to applaud.When I got back to korea in 2020, I needed to cancel my Black Mambership, cause I couldnt cancel it before I left U.S due to Visa and other private reason.So I contacted them by E-mail which was only way I could contact. Fortunately they read my mail and accepted my request.I was so thankful cause I already spend more than 80 dollars as a membership fee without using it. Thank you againI really hope you guys succeed in this health care industry always ^^If I have chance to live in Fort Worth again, I definitely will get there again

This is a good starter gym. Facilities are being kept clean during covid-19 which is much appreciated. Truly feels like a no judgment area. Emma was beneficial on my first day in showing me around and getting me acquainted with the gym. Other staff members seem just as friendly. Its nice walking into a gym where the staff isnt so involved with themselves they dont pay attention to whos at the desk. KudosThe only thing missing is the sauna

Its a good gym but really entitled people go into the 30 minute express and just sit on the machines ruining the cycle for everyone.

Great gym, the staff is nice. The machines have a higher weight allowance than some of the other planet fits. Also this gym gives the option for its customers to wear a mask after the restrictions were lifted, which is great because masks are ineffective according to the CDC and its terrible to work out in them.

Extremely extremely extremely DISAPPOINTED to add this gym to a business I will never patron again! We will be canceling my partner’s membership as well after finding out that this gym would allow people to “Decide” if they want to wear a mask while inside this facility. Against health professionals recommendation and when faced with the option to protect EVERYONE they decided to avoid confrontation and put EVERYONE AT RISK! In a cesspool of bacteria and germ spreading this is SO SO SO SO disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from this location

All of the staff are AMAZING! I started out going a few months ago as a guest and have since become a black card member and now bring my own guest! Eddie and Camden rock, but everyone else is super awesome too! The other guests are sometimes bad about wearing masks/staying safe, but the staff are all quick to help make sure everything is staying safe and following procedure. I’m always super impressed with the cleanliness of the facility too! We explored other gyms after coming to this Camp Bowie location for about a month, including LA and 24hr, but nothing could meet our needs, and frankly now expectations for how a gym should operate aside from our home PF. I took my personal trainer one night and even he was impressed and started asking questions to start recommending this gym to others. The location on 199 is my second destination if I’m in a hurry as it’s next to home, and while the staff there are also great there’s nothing better than Camp Bowie.Thank you for everything you do in helping us achieve our best selves!! -Aron

I normally go to the one in Weatherford, but I wanted to see what other machines yall have here. I love the stair machine and the sit down elliptical; they do not have that at the Weatherford one. Had a great experience and cant wait to go back! 😊💜

The equipment is clean, the employees are very friendly, and everyone keeps to themselves. I don’t feel judged when working out and I’m not intimidated by any bulky guys/girls because they aren’t there! Plus there is no nasty gym smell!!!

Eddie at the front desk makes the experience. He always knows my name before I check in and is a great friendly person to deal with. The entire staff always has a smile and is eager to help.

The environment is always clean and inviting. The staff is always nice and willing to help with whatever questions you may have. As someone who was just getting back into exercise after multiple surgeries and setbacks I had tons of questions. The trainer was very patient and was always able to offer an accommodations that I needed as I moved along on my exercise plan.

I was working out on the treadmill, and the gentlemen at club asked me to put a mask on. I told him in the FAQ section that masks were only required if you werent actively working out. Said it didnt matter, but I go to other PFs and they abide by that rule. He wouldnt help us switch home gyms, told is hundreds and thousands of people were dying from covid (in reality a lot of people die from cancer, heart disease, etc), and just wanted to argue with us the whole time. What I find concerning during these times is that we are supposed to refer to what is in writing, until it doesnt fit the agenda. Needless to say we will not be ever going back to this location.

My favorite location I have ever been to, Tristen does an amazing job with his staff always welcomed and greeted when I walk in and when I walk out, that’s excellent customer service right there, keep it up you guys.

First time at this location and itll be my permanent location until I move. Seems clean and the staff is pretty nice. However, only asked when working out do we have to wear the mask and they stated Yes but online says when actively working out, the mask isnt required, but ofcourse i followed the locations guidelines.

Fully decorated looking as new building and new equipment has made this gym awesome. Highly maintained and high standards. I recommend it to everyone.

Staff are extremely welcoming and very nice. I appreciate that everything is marked as far as what equipment can be used that day. I think they rotate it, as well, so the same machines arent getting run down. Very clean, as well.

Good luck trying to cancel your membership as there is no way to do so digitally. You have to either go in person to the SAME STORE you got the original membership from, write a letter to their HQ, or sit on HOLD for a phone call for an hour plus. All they tell you while youre on hold is Youre wait time is more than 10 minutes at least most places tell me a rough estimate of my wait time instead of SoMeTiMe AfTeR tEn MiNuTeS. Dont bother calling honestly. The equipment is usually clean and the staff in store are nice enough human beings but the way PF handles anything aside from working out is EXTREMELY unprofessional and outdated. Ive tried canceling cards to suspend the monthly charge but it never works for me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM.

I love everything about planet fitness!!! I work nights so before the shutdown happened I could get in there after work to wind down. I also love to tan so it makes it very convenient to be able to work out and tan at the same location with just one fee to worry about. The staff is so friendly and they keep the place spotless! Plus they have cleaning stations with cleaning solution and hand sanitizer around every corner so that you can clean your machines before and after you workout. Whats not to love about the place??

There is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in this gym, starting right up front with the folks who greet me at the desk. Everyone is very willing to answer any question I may have and to help me navigate whatever I need to do. The equipment is excellent, there is plenty of good space, and its just a fun place to go!

It is CLEAN! Even more expensive gyms dont have this level of cleanliness. The equipment is well maintained, it is so frustrating going to a gym where the equipment doesnt work. I have never had any problems at this location. Staff is friendly, place is clean, equipment is well maintained. A+

Friendly staff, nice clean gym. Locker room is spacious and clean. I like that it has private changing rooms. Great membership options. Plenty of equipment. They play a good mix of music here too. I like the 30 minute workout section; thats a great option. Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because at the moment they dont have traditional workout classes. I do like what they offer (its almost like small group or personal training), but more choices would be nice.

Not the greatest location, but by far the greatest planet fitness in the area. The staff is wonderful as is the facility. It was the highlight of my day for a long time to be able to be a regular at this gym.You wont make a mistake in making this your home gym.

Convenient location, clean facility, friendly staff. Our tour of this place made us very comfortable and hopeful to attain our fitness goals. We went back today to sign up. $23 a month fora premium membership that includes unlimited guest passes. Looking forward to changes in 2020.

I love this gym for so many reasons!! Its super clean, great equipment, many options, 24 hours, extremely affordable and if you choose the black card membership you have access to tanning beds, massage chairs and aqua/hydra-massage. The staff is super friendly & helpful as well. It makes going to the gym feel like a good thing rather than a hassle. 5 stars!!!
