Probably my favorite location as its always clean, has good vacuums, and a smooth process from start to finish. We have a monthly membership and go to all the locations in the FW and Grand Prairie area.

Great deal $8 for unlimited car washes this month. Except there are now scratches all over my hood.

This place needs to really get better brushes an figure out how to really clean the vehicles all it does is just wash off the dust an leave all the bug guts an grim still on your car. So if you want to wash your car the car wash on Bryan Irving is way better then this one an only use this one to just keep the dust off with. O an by the way my vehicle is not a extremely dirty car by far it is in the car wash every week an this place cant even take off the daily bug splat from one day to the next so all there saying is you scrub your car first an they will help you rinse it an shine it is all you get . NO I will not be back.

This car wash damaged my vehicle to the tune of thousands of dollars. It literally sanded my hood and the top of my car and completely removed the paint from the grooves in the grind marks. We have had a membership here for 8 months on 2 vehicles and all I asked was they to work with us as we understand things happen. Wouldn’t even return my phone call. To be honest, car washes weren’t exactly great either. Tire shines worked half the time as did some of the other services I paid for in addition to the monthly memberships.

No problems. Short wait. Cleaned and rinsed well. Vacs all working.

I stopped at Q Car Wash and was the last customer of the evening. They were very polite and accommodating nice facility. They also had free vacuums, and air to blow off excess water that their blowers did not remove. Nice touch, thank you Q.

The best Car wash until i Notice my licence plate was bent out the place was clean offer towls has free vacuum even one of those things to blow out the cracks! Was one of the best I have been to in years just really dont like the fact the car wash part bent my plate....

This carwash has great vacuums and compressed air. You dont get the LED/UFO lights when the soap is dispensed :/ the attendants are friendly and the property is well kept.Update: the lights are fixed!! Yay!!!

I can get a car wash anywhere, but I always go to this location because the people that work there are great. Especially the general manager. I really like that they use a scrub brush on the back of your vehicle where it is sometimes missed.

Love this place. Really fast in and out to get a clean car and use the free vacuums. Very convenient and I take my full size slightly lifted truck through with no problem.

Decided to try this place for the 1st time and it will be my last. Paid $18bucks for a good car wash and it was not worth the money. Not enough product to give the vehicle a good wash. Still had dust residue on the back of my vehicle. The blowers dont really blow enough air to remove excessive water compare to other car washes. Dont waste your money here!!

I paid for an $18 wash at the White Settlement location, which is generally more than I would pay somewhere else Car Wash left soap all over vehicle. The dryers did not dry vehicle. I pointed it out to the attendant and she asked me to go through again. Same thing soap all over vehicle, and not dried. At other car washes the attendant usually sprays off things such as bird poop as well as caked-on dirt. This one did not do any of that. I do not recommend.

*** Update (5/6/21), I replied to the owners comments and never received a reply back.*** Update (5/10/21) received a reply and attempting to get it worked out to accept my monthly plan again, appearing the system is having updating a card that was expired.Customer service here is horrible. They always have issues my with monthly plan and it has to manually updated each month. Today the attending couldnt get it to work and just sorry. I cant help you after. I wont go back here because of his unwillingness to fix the problem. I said just cancel my membership, he said he cant do that either and you have to do that online.

This place needs help it cant clean dirty cars or even cars that are already clean that just got used for two days for a little road trip. Leaves bug guts on front an the back the brushes dont get everything. They need to rethink the name its not a car wash its a car rinse only.

It wasnt very good. Didnt take the bugs off, left water spots on mirrors, Wheels didnt get cleaned. Vacuums are extremely weak, wont suck up anything but air.Im not impressed.

Staff was very helpful, wash was adequate but several of the vacuum hoses weren’t working.

I will recommend under absolutely no circumstances that anyone use this car wash. It has caused damage to my rear windshield wiper on my Ford expedition as well as damage to both tires on the driver side that go into the guide rail. They are not oversized tires and I spoke with the general manager and he basically told me you can’t prove it so take me to court!EDITIt is great that you replied to my Post but you dont provide any contact info to try and resolve this matter. Good prices but would be nice to have a couple guys drying as you pull your vehicle out. Even on the basic washes this would add a nice level of customer service.

I liked the 3 different purchase stations. It allows people with monthly membership to go through faster. It was a good clean as well. I appreciate having the vacuum area as well.

These vacuums need to be EVERYWHERE. I have been to 5 different car washes from springtown, Azle, lake worth, Weatherford, alameda Blvd and Arlington... Please these vacuums are LEGEN ... wait for it... DARY I said it!

I passed this place every day for almost 6 months until I finally switched from another location much further away from home, but closer to work.... I sure am happy that I switched! Plenty of bays to vacuum/detail/dry your own vehicle, automated drive through service (highly recommend the monthly membership) and friendly staff!

I was in the area and needed a car wash, I had never been here before but as soon as I pulled up the employees were so friendly and helped me out a lot. I had an excellent experience!! I would definitely recommend this place!

This place doesnt last long in quality. Most of the hoses I came up to were broke. Its looking more and more likely that I will cancel my top membership.

The Benbrook Q Car Wash has their water pressure so high it put permanent scratches in the shape of xs on my hood and stripped the paint off of my bumper in two places. Unlike their other locations, Benbrook has the water pressure so high I can feel it moving my car. Does their disclaimer sign give them the right to damage peoples property? Regardless of filing an incident report, there was no response from their company, even after I left messages. Also unlike the other locations, there are loud scraping sounds while going through the carwash. I found out that rubbing sound was the rails scraping the paint off my wheels down to the metal.

So my 2011 Range Rover was damaged while going through the wash. The serviceman on deck took a couple of pictures and said he would talk to the store manager. When I went back after he spoke with the manager he made me aware of this sign which he was not even aware of. Oh and this sign is after you have paid to have your vehicle washed and you are going into the process. My vehicle was in perfect condition and somewhere during the wash my bumper was dam near riped off but because my Rover is over 7 years old that somehow makes them not liable. BE WARNED. There is another care wash just a block away. Needless to say I wont be going to this car wash again.

Went in today and had an Ultimate wash. The wash broke the rear windshield wiper blade. When I went to discuss it I was told they are not responsible for it per their policy. Obviously, I was upset and during the process cussed a few times. From there, the attendant took it that I cussed him out. Which is the normal narrative spoken when ever a black man gets upset. I informed the attendant that I have a right to be upset that I just paid $30 (no refund was given) to now have to pay a deductible to get my brand new car fixed. This is a at your own risk car wash. They could have at the least offered a refund instead of 30 days of free washes. It is insulting.

Poor customer service...I asked 2 attendants twice to turn off the tire shine for my wash and both refused. Stephen even went as far as to get an attitude when I came through to wash again which is not the first time this individual has gone out of his way to make remarks when Im on location. Wish I could find a better wash closer to home to spend my $60 bucks a month (2 vehicles) at. And unfortunately the company probably wont take any action to correctly train or reprimand their employees.

To start the area to turn into the wash itself is to small. I have to turn and back up to get straight. The last tweak on the equipment messed it up. The word that comes to mind is aggressive. Its WAY to powerful. It snapped my side view mirror completely off. You could tell they have damaged vehicles before because they all had the same auto response. I ended up cancelling my long standing fast pass because my local wash isnt one I will be visiting again. I will visit the Clifford location and just pay cash from now on.

Went to the Benbrook location today and my car came out of the wash dirtier then when it entered. No soap was dispensed and the water was extremely dirty. The attendant didnt even put a cover on my back windshield wiper. I have been a speed pass member for numerous years but I believe I am going to end this relationship. When you call and talk to someone you cant even leave a message. Horrible customer service for a monthly paying customer. So disappointed.

Stopped here for a wash after traveling from Tennessee to Dallas. Paid for the best wash and I could have spit and cleaned my truck better. And the kid running the wash almost caused an accident by not allowing enough space between vehicles. So the vehicle ahead of me was in the dryer area and I was right behind him. I had to hit my brakes and allow the guider to roll under my tires to prevent hitting the car ahead of me. Waste of time and small amount of money. DO NOT COME HERE!

I have tried this car wash 3 times now and it never get my car totally clean. The back is still dirty each time. I have a suv 2007 Hyundai Veracruz

Thought I was going to a decent car wash. But it broke my truck mirrors. Didn’t get the bugs off, which I paid for that especially. Glad I didn’t get the monthly plan.

Q Speedwash - BenbrookHad a car wash here today, I am a long time customer since they opened. Noticed that the back windshield wiper on my SUV was broken off when I went around the back of my vehicle. I walk over to the guy standing in the breezeway and ask if perhaps my windshield wiper is in the tunnel. He goes down and looks, comes back and hands the pieces to a girl and sends her over to me. She hands them to me and says “this is what I can give you”. I ask why no one put a plastic cover over my wiper since they have always done this in the past. She said “oh, he didn’t cover it?” gesturing to the kid running the tunnel. I say no. She walks over to him and asks him if he covered my wiper. He replies “oh snap I forgot”. She comes back over to me and says sorry he didn’t do it. I ask if they plan to replace it since he didn’t put the cover on it that keeps the blue washer cloth from getting stuck in it and ripping it off. She replies “no, we don’t do that, we have a sign up”. I say that I’m aware there is a sign but that employee admittedly did not do his job to prevent the damage and ask to speak to a manager. She tells me there is no manager here, they leave early on the weekends. I ask to have management contact me about getting this replaced and she says “they will tell you the same thing”. I ask if they would rather lose my business and get bad reviews on social media than to fix something that was employee error and she says “do what you need to do, that’s what this company does”. So here it is. Beware.

The vacuums were not very strong today. I tried several hoses, but they were all weak. Frustrating.

Poor customer service. I went to get my brand new car washed (paper tags and all) on the Saturday before Memorial Day, the attendant forgot to put a plastic bag and tape over the rear windshield wiper. I spoke to Derrick and he wrote a report telling me I should here from someone in 48 hours. Never got a call so I called several times and no one has returned my call. You would think someone might return a call, but no! This has always been my go to car wash , but not any longer!Once they responded to my complaint here. I emailed same day and still have not heard anything back! So much for customer service!

Always had great service there. The only complaint is that I tried calling multiple times about an issue and left an email and I havent heard back from the company. Our card on file had expired and when I went they took my card and I was able to go through the car wash. They didnt say tell me if they used my card to put on file or if I just paid $30 for one car wash. I tried calling to figure out whats going on but havent heard anything. If someone can contact me back that will be great!

I love this place. So worth the money. I have a big truck and its pretty hard to wash it. I have the supreme package and it does an amazing job. Not to mention all the vacuum and air nozzle stations that come free with the service. Management is friendly and quick to give friendly customer service. I have been through this wash over 100 times without issue. Last time I went through my rear windshield wiper was broken off my 2017 Ford. I know they are not responsible for damages but I left my contact info saying I wanted the owner to call me. I wasnt expecting to be reimbursed just wanted a call so I could feel comfortable bringing my car back. I never received a call and I wont be going back.

Their machines are a little aggressive they put scratches in my new vehicle and tore off my license plate but other than that the stuff they use really does a good job the staff is super friendly and understanding and is willing to fix everything. They also have handicap assisted bathroom and great vacuums

The claim that your car will dry spot free is a scam. My car looks worse after the wash from all of the water spots than it did when I took it in. I now have to spend more money to go to a different car wash to fix what this one has done to my car. Big rip off

Tried to go to this car wash. I was in a truck and it was dirty. They responded by saying we couldn’t use the car wash because of the truck being too dirty. Went down the road to another car wash and they had no issues. I guess you can only use this car wash if your vehicle is already clean.

Machines too aggressive. It bent my license plate in half and caused scratches on car. Would not be going back. And dont bother replying that you apologize for my experience and I should have let management know or the Q speed customer service cuz obviously no one else is getting their issue addressed.

Simply the best and most efficient car wash in Benbrook, TX! I love that I can come here, pay a nominal fee with plenty of choices, and have my car looking great each and every time. Great quality vacuums as well, and makes cleaning out the car a snap! Would highly suggest to anyone in the area, or people just passing through. I love that I can get a simple wash for $3, or added services for a bit more. Prices go as high as $14 for a top-notch job. Most of the time, I get the $7 wash because it cleans the wheels in my care and shines my tires. Such a great bargain!! People there are courteous and friendly as well.

Update. I won’t go here again. It’s scratched my truck and this time I know for sure it was because of the car wash. Never gets the middle of the tailgate and this time it somehow sprayed a bunch of soapy water on it at the very end. I guess it’s just best to hand wash your vehicle if you don’t want it getting scratched. Never again.

However, I wish they would stop placing attendants at the payment screen.I try to go to the ones they aren’t at, thinking they will leave me alone but they run over and when I tell them “no thank you”, they get an attitude.I would love if you had an antisocial lane.

They have great service and their car wash is awesome, but Im knocking off one star because theyve started having employees stand at the machine where you pay. It feels very uncomfortable having someone stand there watching you make a purchase and I can work the machine myself, I dont need help.

Went to this carwash on 3/25/19. Discovered the whole middle part of the car was not clean. The center brush was not working and apparently had been broken for several weeks. They continued to take peoples money and not mention only half the car would be washed at full price. I went inside to discuss with General Manager. He was very rude and tried to dismiss me. When I kept questioning him He said the brush would be fixed soon with no offer of a refund. When I wouldnt leave he finally asked for my receipt. He signed it and said I could come back. Why would anyone do business with a company like this? You have lost my business.

A little too pricy for what you get.Staff seemed insistent on having us all rear end each other. Was unhappy when I refused to pull closer than a foot from the car ahead of me until it moved. Then almost had a big truck come through my rear window because the staff didnt seem to be paying attention when guiding him in. Car still has dirt and bug spots all over it in random places which seems odd considering how hard the brushes were hitting my car. Hopefully didnt sustain any paint damage from this...
