I absolutely LOVE this place. Beautiful, good quality, energy efficient and great location. The price is hard to beat considering its about the same price as other communities that are quite a bit older and outdated. Maintenance was always quick to respond and no issue was left lingering.This would have easily been 5 stars but I deducted a star for the issues with the entry gate always malfunctioning and having to be left open allowing individuals with malicious intentions to just walk right in.

When moving here I selected a place that was a gated apartment complex for my stuff to be safe. I have lived here for more than four months now and the front gate or the back gate has been broke every single month I’ve lived here. It takes an extended period of time for the apartment complex to fix these issues because it is not a priority to them. With that being said last night my truck was broken into and they shattered the glass out of the passenger side because the gates broke and anybody can come in. Meanwhile every single month I get charge a gate fee because I live in a gated apartment complex. Don’t waste your time touring this place, they are more worried about giving you a trash can violation than fixing the gate for the safety of their residents.

Kirsten was so nice and very knowledgeable about the property. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The dog park is my favorite but the pool is a close 2nd with the amazing lounge chairs. Definitely recommend!!!! Kirsten was an amazing help on helping me find my home!

From the moment I first viewed Aura I knew I needed to call this place home. So glad to be apart of the Aura community. The staff was amazing and helpful with any questions that I needed answered. Would recommend this community to anyone. We love it here.

We had a amazing experience working Letitia and Kirsten!!! They made the process so easy quick to apply, made us feel comfortable and at home! We looked at multiple apartments and this is by far the best around. Well maintained beautiful apartment complex, from the second you enter you feel safe and like you are far from the hectic city life. Brand new everything in every house. The front office staff are extremely helpful and friendly I can NOT convey that enough!!!! If you want a safe secure home I highly recommend coming to Aura and asking for Kirsten, she is not only a joy to work with but does her job very well, she’s efficient, kind, and professional. Best choice we have made in a long time!!

Im currently searching for an apartment and i came in for a tour and was immediately greeted by vanessa.I have to say i was very impressed with her . She was a very professional young lady as well as very educated about the property! Vanessa answered any questions i had, going into detail as welI. I will definitely be checking back in just because of how comfortable i felt there and how beautiful the building is!

So far so good. Its working out really well as Im using the 2nd bedroom for storage.

The apartments were nice and the staff seemed that way initially. Unfortunately I was the victim of domestic violence and needed to leave for my own personal safety. The management and regional manager were notified through email of the situation. They were given the 72 hour notification required by the federal VAWA laws. Since then they have apparently lost the correspondence and are trying to claim I owe them almost 10k in move out fees. Even with copies of the protection order and arrest report they still dont want to comply with federal laws. So good luck with this place if you ever end up the victim of violence. All these greedy people care about is their bottom dollar even if they have to violate the law to do it.

I recently moved to from Illinois to Texas and decided to make my home at Aura! I could not be happier with my decision. I knew this was the right place for me from meeting the kind and attentive leasing agents, who answered my 1000 questions, thoroughly and quickly. Safety was one of my top priorities in finding an apartment and I loved that Aura is in a gated community. The grounds and my brand new apartment are sophisticated and modern but very homey at the same time. I truly love living here and am going to check out the 24 hour fitness center now!

I haven’t moved in just yet, but my experience thus far with the leasing team has been excellent. Vanessa has been extremely patient and supportive and the whole team has been super attentive and 100% responsive regarding any concerns or needs. The property is beautiful, customer service is amazing, and the team is A1! Highly recommended!

Very rude and disrespectful, poorly built apartments. Very over priced for the cheap materials that the apartment is made out of. Staff there is very unprofessional.

Aura is such a nice complex! the unit is brand new and modern. Vanessa was super helpful and i’m overall so excited to move in at the end of the month!

This complex is really nice with a lot of floor plan choices. The leasing agent, Kirsten, was very helpful in finding the one that would best fit my needs. The pool is 🙌🏼. Ultimately, I opted to rent a house due to Covid, but if I’d opted for an apartment it would have been at Aura.

I’m only writing this review so that hopefully Kirsten, in particular, can improve her customer service skills. When we walked into the leasing office, we were greeted poorly and felt rushed. I’m not sure if Kirsten was in a hurry to leave that day or what, but things didn’t start off well. We were interested in viewing two different floor plans but was told that in order to see more than one, we would need to come back therefore, make two trips. Also, we learned that there were fees after fees and there was even a fee for the fees. The property is very nice, however, customer service and appreciation is lacking.

I rarely leave reviews, but I went there a week ago and it was perfect. The apartment was everything I could ask for, and Vanessa.......AWESOME!!! She was the most helpful person Ive ever run into while looking for an apartment. I even saw some of the maintenance staff and they were sweeties as well.I fell in love, didnt even have to think about it, filled out everything right then and there, just waiting now for the approval from the manager (fingers crossed). I have yet to meet the manager, but if they are anything like the two ladies at the front, and the maintenance staff, Im sure shes awesome as well. Im so excited!!! Ive never been this excited about an apartment but not only was the apartment special, the people made it special.....(pray for me that I pass the test and can get in!!!!!) lol

Wow it’s so nice to have a new apartment complex in Benbrook. Toured the property and it is amazing. Super nice spacious and feels like home and I haven’t even moved in yet. The leasing agents were very nice and accommodating. I usually don’t leave reviews but this place is amazing and I am impressed.

Wonderful/Beautiful place. I can’t wait until I’m able to kick my feet up in my new home. The team in the leasing office gave me an extremely inviting experience. I love it here, I plan to lease here for many years to come.

**Public announcement**. I am putting this out there because anyone moving into this complex needs to have this information prior to executing a lease. There is a very loud gun range just a short distance from this new complex. Everyone hoped the range would move due to its proximity to living but they are not respectful neighbors. This being said, if you work at night and sleep during the day or have any health issues or conditions that would cause you or your animals problems with this loud sharp constant noise Tuesday through Sunday then this is not the property for you. If you look north from many of the windows in this property you will see the grain silos in your view, this is the gun range. We all wish Benbrook would/could have taken harder action with this noise pollution and quality of life violation, but, it’s Texas.

Apartments are extremely clean and the leasing professionals are super helpful and informative. Glad to see an amazing new complex go up in Benbrook!
