Walked in one morning because we needed new floors for our kitchen/dining area and we were installing ourselves. When we walked in there were 3 people at the front desk, none of them on the phone, and not one of them acknowledged us as we walked in the door (which is right in front of the front desk). Then when we asked them a question they clearly weren’t interested in our business. Would not return… we took our business elsewhere. Guess they only want to work with contractors or do bigger jobs?

Highest recommendation for LWF. Not only did they save me during a flooring disaster with another company, they had the exact hardwood floor I was looking for, and delivered it promptly. Ray was responsive, honest, and super helpful. He even was able to deliver stair parts on an extremely short notice. I would be floorless right now without them! I will only be purchasing floors from LWF in the future.

We started speaking with the front desk sales person then Ray jumped in. He explained the flooring options and cost associated with each. The delivery fee is extremely reasonable. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The Owners all contradicted each other, gave us the runaround for months after an order was supposedly placed and then found out that it wasnt even submitted. We eventually caught the Owner, Ray Senior, in repeated lies. Never again.
