My car battery died while I was shopping. I contacted Geico, they dispatched H & H Towing immediately. I was given an eta of 1 hour, however the technician, Ravi, arrived approximately 20 minutes later! He was excellent, provided great customer service and even advised me on how to best upkeep with my new battery! I highly recommend this company and especially Ravi for service! Ladies- he’s great to look at on the eye too🙃

My driver was professional and courteous. The only issue is that I requested to use the bathroom and the guy in the office took me to the bathroom the drivers use. I cannot describe the disgust. I cannot believe that this company has people that clean yet the bathroom for the employees look worst that a trucker stop bathroom in the most remote town. Take care of your employees by having basic necessities as clean for them as the one in the office for the employees who use the phone. Thats how you build loyalty and your brand.

Needless to say, I was very shocked by their response as most tow companies, would have left.The two gentlemen who towed my car to the Mercedes Dealership in Bethesda, introduced themselves and I noticed that they were very polite and presented themselves as professionals. They carefully secured my car as I watched them and before leaving, they did a 360-degree security check to ensure the car was secure. They also informed me that dealership would contact me the next morning to let me know, they had my car; and they did. Thanks H & H Towing for the courteous, professional and awesome service your company provided to me.

I wanted to take my time and write this. My car which is my pride and joy...my dream car...got me stranded at the local gym parking lot. After calling around, my insurance company put me in touch with H&H towing. The first driver called me and was very helpful and professional! He realized what kind of car I was driving and we came to the conclusion that a flatbed was not ideal. He recommended I call back H&H and they will arrange to have a different truck with a rear dolly come tow me. I am so happy with this recommendation! My car is a low with an all wheel drive system (it’s a GTR)...the drivers didn’t want to risk damage to the transmission. I then got a call from Devon, who is probably the best driver I have ever experienced! He was warm hearted and very understanding. He took his time with my car, and was very very attentive and careful! His expertise and his energetic personality lightened my day! Especially after being stranded in the cold!!! When he came it was like a friend coming to help me out! He continues to reassure me and my car’s safety. He explained the dash cameras and GPS he has on the truck to make sure that nothing will happen to my car during the tow. He gave me his car, and proudly represented the H&H company. He told me how long it would approximately take to arrive to the dealer drop off. He even went as far as face timing me as soon as he got to the dealer and showed me the successfully car/key drop off!!! If that is not excellent customer service...I don’t know what is!!! I thanked him a million times, and I even called the H&H company to talk to someone about how satisfied I was. I called and spoke with AJ, who also was very courteous and knowledgeable! This guy KNOWS cars!!! We had a great conversation. Honestly, if I ever needed a tow or a hand again, I couldn’t see myself using anyone else besides H&H and Devon for the service. They will treat you like family!

Rahman Khalid showed up quickly with the right equipment and expertise to tow my 2018 VW Golf R safely and correctly. He brought some wooden planks to place under the tires to raise the car in order not to scrape the bumper lip or diffuser against the flatbed and guided me as I drove the car up the bed. The first driver that was called (from another company) was inexperienced and unable to do the job right so I had to leave the car overnight in the parking lot of Autozone. For Rahman, it was no problem and I was relieved to have someone like him handle my tow.

I cant recommend to hire this company at all. I called them asking them for their service, I work for an apartment complex and I wanted to hire them to work for us, and when I told the owner where we were located, his expression was … I dont like that area... and he sounded very arrogant and not professional at all. Then when I told him he should be more professional and not act so rude, he said have a nice day.. in a rude expression, and hanged up the phone on me, I think it was unacceptable, and if they will act like that, I dont want to do any business with them. For his information, our property is a very nice one, beautiful and any company would like to work for us. He missed a good one.

My Car fob got disconnected from my car so it wouldn’t start. Wally cane to the rescue and saved me a lot of money and time. He was very knowledgeable and able to connect the fob back to the car. He offered to help if I had any additional problems. If I do, I will be reaching out to him again!

I had an excellent experience with Waleed from H&H Towing. When my motorcycle broke down, my insurance company contacted two towing companies and after waiting for a while for each, they called to cancel. H&H Towing showed up quickly and towed me home.
