Completely unqualified to manage complex remediation.The workers were poorly trained (i.e. walking around barefoot) and disrespectful. The men entered my home repeatedly without knocking, twice walking in on me unexpectedly and often urinating on and around our toilet, not bothering to cleanup even after I pointed it out. Most importantly, the companys supervisor (frequently on-site) was one of the rudest, foulest men I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.Finally, none of the workers ever wore the necessary protective gear required for the situation. The company knowingly had workers dealing with multiple types of toxic chemicals without protective suits, masks or shoe covers. Imagine how poorly they managed the rest of the project, if they could not be bothered to take care of their own workers.

Complete waste of time! Called Jim to arrange a water damage estimate to my kitchen, he showed up and we discussed the job. I already had my insurance company approval of the claim - just needed the estimate. After several weeks and multiple calls to him, finally got an answer - he said he sent the estimate to my insurance company but needed my signature on the work forms to schedule the work. He said he would mail them. Several weeks and multiple phone calls later - no forms - finally got hold of him (he said he forgot to put a stamp on the forms) and he arranged a date to personally drop them off to me. I stayed home from work that day to accommodate him. He never showed or called. I called him several more times and left messages - never returned. I called my insurance company and they said they never received any estimate from him nor any phone calls. Had to start over again with another contractor. Wasted over a month with this guy. If he didnt want the job, all he had to do was say so at the beginning. Very frustrating experience added much more stress and work onto an already stressful situation. Steer Clear of this company!!!!
