CCR Mower Repair is one of the best repair places I have ever dealt with.I brought in a lawn mower that was running significantly slower than normal, and a weed wacker that wouldnt start. I was told they had a 1-2 week turn-around, and my job was finished in a week. The issues with both were thoroughly explained to me, and the price was extremely reasonable. They were friendly and helpful and even gave me detailed instructions on how to replace the cutting attachment myself.Fantastic service and price.

I found CCR online and was impressed with the reviews - and with good reason.CCR handled the tuneup quickly and in a friendly, professional way.I mentioned that I’d be heading out of town I a couple days, and they had my mower ready for me to pick up the next day. I had called multiple places but from the start was impressed by CCR and their customer service. They were polite, courteous and caring whenever I talked to them. They fixed my issue and then walked me thru everything making sure I was comfortable and ensured I was happy. Antoine the owner came out himself and went over my machine and gave me tips. When I had another issue come up which was nuisance CCR again helped me big time by quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue allowing me to get back to the work I needed to do. I’m thoroughly satisfied with them and their service and really appreciate the overall customer care. I will continue to drive an hour to see them instead of going to others who talk rudely and don’t provide the personal care and attention Antoine and his team provides.

Dropped off my chainsaw. Did not hear from them 5 weeks later. Stopped by, they said they called. They wanted $140 to replace the carburetor on my chain saw. I told them no. It only cost $100. Plus was hardly used. I think I left the gas in over the winter.Watched a you tube video. Took the fuel system on the Poulen chainsaw. Cleaned it out with carburetor cleaner. Saw how to adjust the idle. It’s working great. They could of done that and charged me $50, $60 bucks. But they wanted to replace the carburetor, which they probably would have not done. They are terrible business. I decided to fix my lawnmower myself also. Never ever will go to them or recommend them ever...

CCR is awesome! Mower tune up included spark plug, filter, oil change, and blade sharpening. Pick up/delivery service is soooooo worth the money. Recommended them to neighbors and friends. Mower works like new again!

I used to take my lawn mower to Sears to get it tuned up each year; however, they closed shop without notice several years ago. Fortunately I found CCR Mower repair. While it is quite a distance for me to travel to use them (I live in Annapolis), they are well worth the trip. They treat me like a valued customer - which is hard to find from companies today - and they do quality work every time. Also their pricing is more than fair. In the end I am glad Sear closed shop because I dont know if I would have found CCR ortherwise. I am a customer for life.

This is a difficult review for me. They are friendly, courteous, and particularly adept at getting approval for warranty service. The service and repair work is also very good. The problems are communication and timeliness.

We were having start issues with our snow blower. Sears referred us to CCR Repairs in Beltsville, Md. Upon arrival I was greeted by Nancy at the front desk. She was very friendly, kind and listened to my needs. As Nancy gathered all my information, 2 other gentlemen came out of the shop, went to my truck and off loaded the snowblower for me. I explained the problem and off it went. Within a few days, I got a call saying my snow blower repairs were complete, just in time for our next weather event. As my machine was brought to me, they took the time to go over a few starting techniques, a few maintenance tips and then loaded it in the bed of my truck. All in all, CCR mowers has just earned a lifetime customer. The down home friendly attitude is not something you find everywhere, but you will here. They truly care about what they do and there customers. Great job!!! I will spread the word to anyone who needs service.

What a great find for all my power tool maintenance and repairs. A very friendly staff and an excellent, knowledgable master technician. I took a leaf blower to another repair shop and they told me if was not repairable and should be junked. So, I dropped it off with a mower and they repaired both. That sold me and the price for the repairs was very reasonable. I am having them maintain and repair a riding mower next week. You will not be disappointed, give them a call.

If you are able to drop off your equipment without a concern for when it will be ready, then this place is perfect. The technicians were great and took the time to explain everything that need to be done and happily answered any questions I had.However, when I dropped off my equipment I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to finish. I called 3 weeks later and was told they got behind and needed to order parts so it would be ready in a few days. I called 1 week later and was told they still have not worked on my equipment but they will get it done in the next day or two. Called a week later and was told they would finish in a couple of days. 1-2 weeks turned into 5 weeks and who knows how long it would have taken if I did not call in several times for updates.The frustrating part is not that things were delayed, but that I was not informed until I called in several days after I was expecting my items to be ready.

They picked up and delivered mower successfully just be prepared to call them a few times.

I took my riding mower to CCR based on the 5 Star Review. However after 2 weeks of waiting and no status update; un-returned phone calls I decided to pick the mower up and take it somewhere else.It was then I met the owner and he explained to me they were out of town and did not get the message. He wanted to make sure I did not leave unhappy and really made things right.I was beyond satisfied with the integrity and genuine willingness to have every customer a happy customer. Awesome service and turn around time for my riding mower. Its so essential that they do the pickup and drop off... other services in the area are either really overpriced and want a contract or you have to drop off and pick up yourself.

I have been using CCR for 5 year excellent Technical capability.

They repaired my mower when I thought there was no hope left for it! I did not realize the disrepair it was in until after they did some maintenance on it. There were some hiccups with scheduling pickup dates and such, but it all worked out. Would use them again and Id recommend them.

Antwon was amazing. My mower that I bought from RDC Mowing Repair just refused to work for me, even after a tune up. I brought it back and he was able to trade another mower for which starts every time. He was really understanding and responsive to my needs.
