The overall experience was positive. The owner worked closely with us and took the time to follow up with us after the installation. I was building a custom outdoor kitchen and I knew I didnt want to mess with a granite countertop on my own. These guys did a great job with the measurements and install. My measurements werent always plumb, but they got the proper outline and shape so everything fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

I was thrilled with Artelye. I noticed their location while visiting IKEA and stopped in to take a look. Kris helped me identify a stone that was exactly what we wanted for our project at an excellent price. The measurement and installation went smoothly. The team even navigated my condo building without disturbing the neighbors. I became a bit disappointed after the installation - almost immediately we regretted not adding backsplashes to a desk area and the small portion of our countertop that wasnt being tiled. I emailed Kris to order this addition in late October, was given a reasonable price, and approved the work in writing. I knew it would not be a priority since it was such a small addition, but patiently waited for my order to be completed. When I reached out again in early December, Kris had moved on to a different position. UPDATE on April 12: While the new salesperson initially indicated they were unable to honor the original quote for the extra work, as it was below their minimum, the owner stepped in and has promised to make sure we finish off a wonderful install with the extra backsplash we wanted. Excellent service recovery from a company that seems dedicated to doing a great job at a fair price.

We contacted quite a few countertop installers to get a quote for our kitchen. We narrowed it down. We thought we were going with Artelye for sure based on great price and their quick/detailed email correspondence. That is until we went into their office…. We got there and the certainty slipped away rather quickly. No one was friendly or welcoming, and it felt like we were just interrupting the day. It was the most awkward meeting at a stone business that we’ve had. Maybe our kitchen project was too small for them and not enough $ to be made? But then why invite us in? The price at Artelye would have been cheaper than other businesses we had met with, but the customer service wasn’t there and I wasn’t willing to pay less for questionable service. I will pay more to another company who acts like they want us as customers.

We cant say enough about Artelye Marble & Granite and their excellent level of consultation support, selection of material, pricing and final installation process. They were always prompt in communication and follow-up in the whole process. A favourable complement is also necessary for his installation crew. It is not necessary to mention all the positives in our process but to suggest that anyone considering a kitchen countertop reno should check out Artelye Marble & Granite and their staff to give them an experienced consultation.

Artelye Marble and Granite Don’t stand being their work. I bought a new house from DR Horton and Artelye Marble and Granite did the countertops but ground down the edges in front of the sink and destroyed the edge. They also did a bad job with the seam. When contacted they blamed everyone else and refused to fix it. After a year fighting about it Dr Horton hired A new granite company and the new company replaced it. Artelye Marble and Granite Is a terrible experience a day don’t stand by their work, this is my experience!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Our first impression was great and the salesman assured us that it would be done quicker than going through a 3rd party like Home Depot. 5 weeks and four rescheduled deliveries and mis-cut slabs later we finally got our countertops in. I sent a long email detailing all of our problems throughout and how their customer service has been lacking but SURPRISE, no one responded.They are just interested in taking your money and providing no customer service except a giant stress headache when multiple things went wrong. We paid for the countertops as well as a separate contractor to fix the gap they left after it was just slapped on and not fitted correctly AND they cracked our cabinet base placing it on.Using this company removed the joy of remodeling our kitchen. Not worth it.

We worked with Andy in selecting granite slabs for our new kitchen countertops. He got us a great deal on closeout Level 4 Persa Pearl for a Level 1 price! Measurement was fast and accurate. Installation was scheduled one week later and took four hours! It was the highlight of out kitchen upgrade that enabled us to get a list price offer on our home in a day!

Andy and Hien are like the dynamic duo. They are true professionals, they are patient, honest, willing to give you a suggestion, and overall they are good at their job. They under promise and over preform. From day one, I knew that we had come to the right place. They displayed a very high level of professionalism. Their slab warehouse is vast. They are willing to move around slabs and show you each one from a particular stone to pick out the one you like the best. Their production facility is modern. Once you pick out your slab, if you have rough measurements, they can input those into their computer, pull up an image of the slab and do a layout right then and there. Once you have put down a deposit, they schedule an appointment to take final measurements. Once that is done they prepare a cad drawing for your approval. You get the final say on everything including how they finish the edge. If you want, you can then come back in and do a taped out layout on the slab. Next you schedule installation. The crew was very courteous and got the installation done quickly. Artelye even arranged for the plumber to hook up the faucet (other companies didnt provide this service). They will also provide the sink. Artelye stands by their work. The first part of our renovation was getting the counters. Once installed, we did the tile work, and finally appliances. When it came time to install the appliances, there was about an 1/8 of an inch issue which prohibited us from installing the refrigerator and the range. After calling them, they promptly dispatched the installation crew who fixed the issue with no additional charges. It is true that I can be difficult and hard to deal with, but Andy and Hien and the rest of the crew at Artelye put up with us. The results speak for themself.

We came across Artelye just by walk in and I am glad we did. the sales team and installation team were very professional. Hien helped us a lot and encourage us to select BULE ROMA. that was a very bold decision but we are glad we did. our 12 feet long island in our open floor plan is the focal point of our first floor and we get lots of compliments of our countertop colors, layout and texture. there were some small minor issues through installation which finally got fix. we highly recommend ARTELEY for your projects.

We are so pleased with how our kitchen turned out. The Artelye Team turned our poorly-lit kitchen into an enormous, glowing masterpiece. Its hard to believe its actually part of the same house. Weve done another major renovation in the past and we hardly ever heard from that project manager, so our expectations were not high in this regard. Great service, they were very patient and helped us immensely about our decisions for the material we used as well as how the slab should be best cut to meet our expectations. We live in NOVA and there are probably a hundred places to get counter tops. We went to at least a dozen, and every time we felt like we were at a used car lot, UNTIL we went to Artelye in MD and it was worth the drive!We worked with Hien and he is fantastic! He is super knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. We picked quartz for the kitchen and could have gone with a few different brands ie silestone, cambria, caesar, etc and he gave us the different prices which helped make our decision (we ended up going with silestones calacatta gold). We also got some remnant pieces from their warehouse for bathrooms. And their warehouse is amazing! Its huge, well organized, and with super friendly and helpful employees everywhere.Finally, the measurements and installation were perfect. The whole process was seamless. I cant recommend them highly enough. Definitely the best (and least nerve wracking) experience I had while building my home.

We just got a full granite back splash installed to match the counter tops Artelye installed about 1.5 yrs ago. Hien Tram pulled our original drawings and provided a fast quote and expedited a sample from the current lot to be sure it would be a match. He also coordinated the repair of a couple of chips and resealing of all surfaces. Once approved, the measuring person came out within a couple of days and the installation was scheduled just a few days after that. The crew called when on their way and actually arrived early. They were courteous, professional and maintained a clean job site from start to finish. When repairing the chips they noticed a scratch and took upon themselves to fix that too. Everything looks fantastic and the fit and finish is excellent. A GREAT job...

I needed to renovate my kitchen and Artelye gave excellent service at a reasonable price. I came to the Artelye showroom with no appointment and got welcomed by Hien who was lovely to deal with. She was patient and willing to listen to what I needed instead of just rattling off tons of information. She gave some excellent recommendations and also showed me what my new kitchen would look like on the computer. They had a lot of nice samples that I could look at and even take home to see it in the actual lighting in the kitchen. This is a small team of professionals who know what they are talking about. Really happy with the end result.

I purchased approximately 70 sq. ft. of Colonial White granite from Artelye in early February. I looked at slabs at a few other companies however the prices at Artelye and the slab selection cannot be beat. They have 4-5x as many slabs available on site than other companies I visited. I was also impressed that they have their own line of quartz that is significantly cheaper than the big brands (Cambria, Silestone) and just as beautiful. I didnt end up going with quartz but if youre into the white marble quartz look, they definitely have it at a great price. You do have to put down 50% prior to your official measure which bothered me a bit but it all worked out fine since I measured pretty accurately. The free kitchen sink they offer is pretty dinky so I bought my own. Overall, the installation went great, my granite looks AMAZING (highly recommend colonial white - white and gray with sea blue accents and cranberry specks). Very happy with the experience - I was very weary of working with them after reading the google reviews but I would definitely recommend them. I bought directly through Artelye, not Home Depot.

I have to highly recommend Josh and everyone at Artelye Marble & Granite. We had a small job, installation only and I felt like we were treated as well as someone who would spend thousands of dollars on renovating an entire kitchen. The whole process was easy and the work was reasonably priced.

Reyna was the absolute best and provided me stellar customer service from beginning to end. She answered all my questions, provided me recommendations I took in to account, and made the overall process easy. The installation was seamless and the workers were very professional and knowledgeable of their work. The salesperson I worked with via email was friendly and made the transaction very quick and smooth, however, it turns out that it went a little too quickly, as nothing was properly explained to me. The installers arrived within the time window as promised, but were surprised that my laminate countertops and sink were still installed. I explained that I had no idea that these things needed to be removed/disconnected beforehand and I assumed they were included in the installation price, since it was never mentioned. After calling the main office, I agreed to have them remove the old tops for $250 (didnt really have any other choice.) The installers did a good job and everything looks good.... Except that they said they couldnt reconnect my faucet and garbage disposal because thats not included and that I needed to call a plumber. I couldnt understand why they couldnt reinstall what they uninstalled?! Well, I called two different plumbers to take a look and it is costing me another $600 to get the disposal hooked back up because the placement changed sue to the new sink. They said its common for these countertop companies to install and run away without telling you how difficult it will be to reconnect when the sink has changed. I was told none of this. Extremely unprofessional!! So what I thought was a decent price for my new countertops ended up being way overpriced.

Love Artelye!! We were very pleased from the moment we walked in the door. The service was far-and-above what we got at any other counter store. Nam did a great job asking questions to get a good idea of what we needed. Then he took us for a tour and showed us the actual slabs. We fell in love with White Ice and they put together a great package for us. They were patient as we studied several different slabs before choosing the two we wanted. Installation was great, and they returned promptly to finish-up a few odds and ends. Price was great. Dont hesitate - they are the best!!

We first used Artelye for our master bath project several years ago. We loved the process and outcome so much that we didnt hesitate to use them again on our full kitchen remodel. From start to finish every person on the Artelye team that we came in to contact with was nothing short of professional!! I have never seen more product to choose from and loved that I could walk through the warehouse to hand pick each slab! I love my bathroom but especially LOVE my kitchen!! I can honestly say the granite is my favorite part!! Next project on our list is the laundry room...Artelye will definitely be a part of this process as well!! We recently decided to add an outdoor kitchen. When researching granite installers we came across the Artelye website. I decided to contact three different companies. When we reached out to Artelye we were put in touch with Penny. She was very responsive and professional, Penny walked us through the process. They provided an initial estimate with options based on our measurements. When we visited the showroom and couldnt find the granite color we were looking for they referred us to several suppliers that greatly expanded our selection options. Once we found the granite the process was easy. We got an updated estimate and once we knew we were in the right ballpark we had someone come out and take the actual measurements. Edward came out to measure and was very helpful. He walked through our options for our specific application and we came to a final plan. We got to meet with Penny to inspect the granite when it arrived and were promptly scheduled for install. The final price was so close to the estimate because it is based on the actual sf installed. The process took about ten days from the time we selected the granite to a very professional installation. I would definitely recommend Artelye and would use them again.

Dont bother going to this company. I put a 50% deposit on a piece of remnant with the understanding that I could call and schedule my measurements. They specifically said they wanted some additional reinforcing of my cabinets that would require me to order more material and have my contractor return and install before they were even willing to come measure. I call after a few weeks of ordering materials and getting back on my contractors schedule only to be told that they resold my piece of granite to another. They didnt even give me a courtesy call nor have they refunded my credit card deposit. I only found out that it was sold because I called. Last time I checked, once you put a deposit of that level with a signed contract, it should be yours. No explanation that they made a mistake. They just said that I had only 5-10 days to schedule my measurements or it would be up for sale-something they never told me of when I purchased the stone. Well I dont see a refund on my credit card so is that theft or credit card fraud? Dont know. They dont even deserve 1 star!

We have had both our kitchen counters and laundry room counters done by Artelye and are very pleased with the work done both times. I was especially pleased with the crew who did the laundry room because there were unforeseen complications having to do with a pipe that needed to be worked around. The installer in charge of the job, Sodo Gochoo, handled it beautifully. It looks great. We highly recommend Artelye.

Disclaimer: Im a part-time employee. But still a picky customer. Artelye did a beautiful job on my two bathroom granite counter tops. I chose Giallo Ornamental for both (one white cabinet; one medium dark wood). The installers were great and did a terrific job. I am extremely pleased with the results.

I am thrilled with the quality and affordability of the Quartz counters I purchased and had installed. I got quotes from several from other places and was beginning to get discouraged that I would be able to afford new counters at the time. Luckily my Uncle recommended Arteyle and had me visit the showroom.He had been helped by Hien before. Hien was fantastic and made the process easy. They responded to my emails in a timely manner with any questions I had.I highly recommend Arteyle. They have a fantastic selection that will cost you a fraction of the price of other places but same quality.

HORRIBLE!My husband and I drove 300 miles to Artelye because our cheap builder, KHovnanian, deals with them. We had an appointment to look at the granite and the sink. When we arrived the Salesman who helped us said he was not able to show us the granite because there were other pieces of granite in front of it. We were only able to look at a slab of granite that was already tagged with someone else’s name on it. We upgraded our granite ($6,000) and our sink and was unable to look at either one. This has been the worst experience we have ever had. I had top of the line granite installed in my other homes by different companies with no problems. This granite has cracks not fissures and the edge of the granite is not smooth it’s warped. A good installer would be able to install the granite perfectly, even if a wall is a bit off. After several cancellations by Martin he has come to my home and he is an arrogant man that is scripted what to say. Also, after several calls they did try to fix the granite; which actually made in worse. My sink pops with hot water, coffee, etc. The managers, sales people do not stand behind their products. Would the CEO of Artelye accept granite and a sink in his home if it wasn’t 100 percent? The only way this issue will be resolved is with a lawyer. I didn’t spend $6,000.00 to get a piece of cheap garbage. Artelye doesn’t deserve one star. But it wouldn’t allow me to give no stars.

Worked with Nam and it couldnt have gone any better. Only a week from choosing granite to install date. Installation was on time even though it was on a very rainy Saturday. Fit and finish were excellent. Im a contractor so I know what to expect. They exceed my expectations.

Others have judged too harshly as I have experienced some of the same thing. But here is an overview. I took a tour of their facility and saw many varieties of granite options in various price ranges. This was a pleasant, unrushed and educational experience.I came with a drawing they had an estimate on the spot. I got a terrific price of $1199 after tax for 30 sf. The measurer was scheduled. He called in advance and used a laser and sensors to input into a CAD program. Very accurate. The installers called and arrived a little late 10 days later. They were courteous and professional, which took about 3 hours to perform the install.The end product looks amazing and there was good communications along the way.Great price, great product, A1 service.I would highly recommend Artelye despite the funny name.

We just installed new granite countertops in our kitchen thanks to Nam and his professional team. I was nervous about the project having heard nightmare stories from friends who had problems during the process. From the beginning, choosing the right granite for our space, to the measurement; and finally the installation, everything ran smoothly and easily. Artelye was flexible working with our timeline to fit in the other renovation projects.We would definitely recommend Artelye. Save yourself the headache!

Home Depot customer here restating the horrible service that Artelye provides on the Home Depot side of their business. I thought maybe it was just me until I read the reviews just now. I spent 4 weeks of back and forth trying to get the correct dimensions for our kitchen and powder room. Even after being on the phone with their engineer painstakingly going through each dimension, it still came back incorrect. Every interaction was followed by 2-3 days of radio silence. I went personally to Home Depot to cancel the order since I had no faith that theyll actually be able to fabricate the slab even if we can get a correct drawing. Home Depot moved me to another contractor who has provided outstanding customer service. Their process is much smoother including getting finalized/approved dimensional drawings before the person measuring the template even leaves your house.

We had our kitchen countertops replaced by Artelye Marble and Granite in 2016 and we are so happy with the results. I initially had my reservations about granite, but after shopping around it became obvious that it was the right choice for us. We never received any kind of hard sell, instead our salesman and installation crew were consummate professionals. They were always ready to answer my numerous questions and we felt valued as customers. The whole experience from initial inquiry to final sign off was stress free - which I have to say isnt always that common with home improvement. The project was on budget, on time and the countertops are gorgeous. We would highly recommend Artelye.

It was such a wonderful experience working with these guys. Josh and his whole team are professionals and know their thing. from picking the material for my kitchen to the installation, these guys made the whole process easy and hassle free. They never missed an appointment and were on time for everything. My kitchen now looks luxurious with the Bianco Antico granite which is amazing for the price!

I purchased countertops through Home Depot that were installed by Artelye. When they were installed, the corner piece that is most noticeable in my kitchen has a bevel that suddenly stops about 2 from the wall. When I reached out, I got no answer.One month later, I reached out again and was told that they could send someone out to fix it but couldnt guarantee there would be no damage to the backsplash that had been installed or the grouting. After months and months of living in a kitchen renovation, back-tracking due to damage isnt an option we were willing to take so I asked for a partial refund and have been declined.I attached photos of the piece in question and also the CAD drawing I approved to show the layman that this couldnt make sense to someone not in the business what they were planning on doing. Piece 2 is the issue. Stop edge here I would presume was because that was where the doorway was -- they could go no further. The piece in my dining room on the bar has an almost identical edge at a doorway, but the bevel goes all the way back.I am very disappointed that there is such an ugly piece of what would have been a nice job and they see no issue here.

After visiting various remodeling companies and reading reviews on web sites, we were impressed with the comments about the professionalism and quality of workmanship of the Artelye Marble and Granite team. We selected them to install a 114 inch long bathroom vanity top and a second smaller one for a dressing table. We worked closely with Andy, Sales Representative, who was knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. Andy was always patient and interested in our ideas and offered suggestions without pressure. The abundance ofslabs was huge with beautiful granite, quartz, quartzite etc. and I appreciated how timely Andy responded to emails and calls about the possible choices. Also, once we decided on a countertop design, the installation occurred the next week. TJ and Dewayne were outstanding in measuring and installing the countertop in one day. They were both pleasant, professional and really great guys. The countertops are exquisite and I am gratefful for the caring and pride this company takes in their work. We plan to work with them on future projects.

I noticed that most of the negative comments for this company are from folks who used this company via Home Depot. Since I did the same and had a bad experience maybe there is something wrong with us and NOT this glorious company or??? Anyway, the young lady who handled Home Depot Accounts called me and told me that one of the pieces (an L-shaped one) had to be in two pieces since ... I told her that would be fine. Interestingly, I tried to reach her a few times and left voice mails; however, she did not call me back ... which is ok since they are busy, etc. Anyway, after they came and installed the pieces, we noticed that: a) the granite was not sealed properly and it could be damaged/scratch out over time ... that is, they did not perform any quality control inspection before delivering/installing the piece; and b) the L-shaped counter was composed of three segments, and one of the cuts was in an active area which would make it look cheap (I guess, like myself!). So, I called them and left a message; but, again, they didnt call back. I called Home Depot. They (that would be Home Depot) apparently was able to find and talk to one of the supervisors called Kurt (as I was told) and he was going to call me to take care of any issues (again, as I was told by the gentleman at Home Depot) .... BUT, of course, he didnt called me. Thank you!

Thank you for the Crew at Artelye. The Granite Counters are Sweet, the plumber/appliance installer came thru and worked hard to install my new sink, cooktop and downdraft.

Updated 6/4/19Gather all for the legend of artelye. I did no choose them Home Depot did, I was stuck with them. First I payed Home Depot half upfront, and I was told artelye would contact me to make a template, after 2 weeks of waiting I called Home Depot who was shocked artelye had not even touched base with me. HD called them and instantly I got a phone call 20 min later. The guy came out and made the template and I voiced concern about not wanting the seam over the dishwasher. 2 more weeks later HD called saying they needed my payment for the rest of the job, I told them I still did not have countertops and refused to pay until the job was completed. Artelye contacted me asking me if I had picked out a slab.....I had not heard from them since the template, so how could I had picked one out. They told me where to go and pick one out. The next day I did 7days later I still had not heard anything about scheduling, I called the granite supplier and my sheet was still sitting there waiting on artelye to release a po and they told me they could only hold it for a few more days. Once again I had to call HD to get on them. Again 20 min later artelye called to schedule a week and a half later. When I finally got them to install it 2 guys who didn’t speak english showed up to install it. I showed them my kitchen, then proceeded to search my house for my bathroom with out even asking. Once they finished installing it I noticed the seam was over the dishwasher like I had been concerned with prior. The guys just kept saying ok ok. I made the mistake of signing off. Now 1 year and 1 week the seam I was so concerned with has cracked. HD no longer deals with these idiots and I’m stuck with the choice of paying $300+ Just to have them look at it. I’ve had a contractor look at it and he has no idea why they installed the seam where it was, why they changed the template and why they didn’t support the seam.Screw this company, I’ll be calling someone else to fix it because I have no faith in these people at all. Avoid them at all costsUpdate:Artelye did end up coming back out to look at their work free of charge. They did find the seam lacking support, go figure, and did support and repair the seam. This time the guy that came out was professional and did a nice job. I gave them 2 more stars for coming back out to fix their seam for no charge, but still would not use them again if I ever had any granite I wanted installedUpdate: 6/4/19Artelye had to return to my house once again, the seam that split, it split again. I was told this never happens and they could did not know why this was happening. This time they sent out Alex, I will give him credit where credit is due, he was there a long time going over everything to try to make sure it doesn’t happen again, he was friendly and willing to talk with me about the problem. The only problem I have that I can’t fault Alex for, I believe he did everything he could. Now because my countertops have shifted to much there is a 1/8” gap at the seam that they filled with a light grey filler, my countertops are white, black and grey. The seam now sticks out like a sore thumb, it looks awful. I’m now going back to Home Depot’s corporate site to try to get my money back and compensate to try to get the job done to the expectation I was promised. I now hate the job artelye did, I wish I would have done my research and found my own granite company to do my countertops, letting Home Depot sub out artelye was the worst thing I could have done

Utterly horrible service. It honestly seems as though they may be trying to take two grand from us without ever giving us a product. I have a contract through Home Depot and Home Depot has been wonderful but this granite company should honestly be reported to the better business burea. They dont return voicemails and when you do get ahold of anyone they are incredibly rude

Happy with the price and job.We were nervous to continue our contract with Homedepot for countertops after reading the terrible reviews their subcontractor, Artelye, received when subbing for them. We decided to give them a shot since the countertop sale was so good and all the companys individual reviews seemed good. The installers were very nice and professional. There were a few minor issues such as one unfinished edge for our shelving above our sink. The staff handled it on site. The countertops look great. My only complaint would be that our additional shelf, which was made up of three pieces of granite, was seamed differently then our Homedepot drawing. We had confirmed the seams placement with the employee that came to measure as well and the expectation was that they would replicate the diagonal seams similar to the wood we had before. We were not unhappy with the work, so we did not call the staff to inquire about this mix up.

Had my measurement done on the 28th, finally on 5th i call them and they apparently had one question they didnt bother calling me to ask. They sent the measurement finally to home depot that day and HD comfirmed the next day. Ive called twice since and no call back to even schedule install of my countertops. Horrible service and follow up so far. i leave the country on the 20th for 2 weeks so lets see if theyre able to actually schedule and install this week then ill improve my review

HD customer here. Total disaster. We walked into the store in October and were now (very loosely) scheduled for a March installation. Every imaginable customer disservice technique in full view, from blaming us to each other to the third-party provider. We cant even get an update without calling and writing and chasing them around and my plywood temporary countertops are starting to look really sad. We noticed the bad reviews here and on Yelp too late. They were very efficient in getting paid, but since then its been a real Three Stooges routine. Id caution anyone else from making this mistake. You think you can keep them on task but they are immune.

These guys are a joke, they said they would be between 12-2.no calls, 3pm, still no call, still not here.phone people were clueless.Make sure to let home depot know that you will not use these losers.

Everything went as planned - Granite installed on schedule and looks great. The only difficult part was selecting the color for the counter tops from the large selection.

A family friend begged my boyfriend and me to go see this granite company and promised that Artelyte would give a good discount. I have experience renovating kitchens and bathrooms on a basic level, I do understand trends in design and whatnot.I am a very friendly and polite person. but not a pushover.When we went to Artelye and put on helmets to go view the granite slabs, the older woman with bleached blonde hair was incredibly snotty towards me. It made looking at the granite rushed and a headache.Everything I pointed out she would argue with me about. And I am very practical, I was trying to look at mid range prices. But she kept insulting or disagreeing with my choices. If I had been alone I would have told her her demeanor was off putting and she lost a sale.She kept trying to push Uba Tuba and Baltic Brown on us and I silently screamed inside that those have been outdated for about a decade.Umm, I dont know how she thought that was a great way to make a sale. Reading these other experiences on people being treated poorly made me want to finally share this experience.

Stay away from these people. I was told countertop would need support but when I asked what type of support I was told to Google a support brace. Then I was told that the countertop at the island would have joints that you would see and feel. Nice for the main part and show piece of a 80,000 dollar renovation. There is no other countertop company out there that would install a top at an island with joints like that. The woman on the phone acted like she was doing us a favor taking the time to do our work. I cant believe that management lets her anywere near customers. Save yourself some heat ache and use another company. There are too many good countertop companies out there to put up with the indifference and just plain ignorance of this place.

Hermer and Evans did an incredable job installing our countertops today. Both men were polite, professional, extremely knowledgable and crazy strong. Prior to having the countertops installed we were very concerned about having a seam down the middle of our rather large island. I can honestly say the seam is virtually invisable. Thank you Artelye for being so patient with us. Our countertops look amazing. Thank you Hermer and Evans - your perfection and attention to every detail payed off.

Called 30 minutes ahead, showed up on time. Entered my home without knocking. Parked on my paver sidewalk, only installed 2 sink supports. They decided to cut the granite inside my home with 2 very young children present. No warning that granite dust is harmful to breathe. They did NOT cover one thing up with plastic. We had large amount of dust inside all our cabinets, fish tank, furniture and thru out entire duct system. After complaining were told by Ryan and Kurt that cutting granite inside the home is standard and we should expect dust inside home. We hired home depot to do this project and this is what we got. We are now currently in talks with home depot to settle this. Artelye is refusing to give us the license information to there subcontractor. We are contacting BBB and osha to help us. This company is very large and dont care about complaints.

Alls well that ends well. My experience with Artelye started off great, hit a snag, and ended with me being a happy, satisfied customer. 5 years ago, I had a kitchen installed by Artelye. They did a wonderful job, and when I needed granite countertops for another project, I choose them again. This time around, we hit a snag in the installation. The color of the granite was different than the sample provided (I learned that even if you are not explicitly asked, make sure you insist on picking out the actual slab of granite that will be installed in your kitchen!). Also the install team was not quite as detail oriented and friendly as with my original install. I met with Josh (the owner), who made it clear that he wanted to make it right. He personally escorted my mother and me through his warehouse, where we picked out new granite for our job. One week later, I had brand new granite countertops installed (perfect color, and perfect install)! I was very impressed with Joshs willingness to make sure that we left satisfied customers. I was also impressed with the level of communication that we received. Artelyes SOP is to email you the day before to remind you of your installation appointment (standard 3 hour window), and then call you the day of when the installation team is 30 minutes away. On top of this, Josh personally called me the day after the installation of make sure that I was happy with the final product. I would definitely use Artelye again, and would recommend them to others as well.

They do not return calls.

Just sent back the counters for a second time because they are cut wrong..again. I am so frustrated. No one is answering their phones.
