I had to delete my review and redo it after my second visit. My first visit was a simple fix and was very informative so I gave it 5 stars. This second visit was the polar opposite. At the end of the last visit I asked the price for a transmission fluid change for which I was told $140. I went to go get the fluid and gas door latch (which I also needed) from the dealer and brought them here to done. I assumed the transmission fluid change would be cheaper since I got the fluid myself and the gas door latch change should only take about 10 minutes so I was expecting a reasonable price but I was still charged $235. Even if the $140 est was just labor charges for the transmission service the latch change should not have cost no $95. Especially when my first visit was a o2 sensor change and it only cost me $55. O2 sensor and the gas latch are super similar to replace too. Just unplug, unscrew, swap, and reconnect for both replacements. Then I get home and feel the need to test the gas latch and, low and behold, the latch is backwards so it wouldnt close back after I opened it. I ended up fixing their mistake myself and I will not be returning since something so simple was done incorrectly. Ill run now before its something more expensive that they possibly damage.

They are a great bunch of guys. Very personable. The first time I went, they solved my issue and didn’t even charge! It felt like they just wanted to help out a friend. The second time, they solved an issue I had, they were very transparent about what they were doing, gave me every option available and even just topped off my antifreeze because they had some on hand no charge. Good guys!

I took my Equinox to P-Tune for a new Catalytic converter months after I bought it used (2019); and recently needed repair of an engine injector pump (not covered by warranty), and needed a new differential (warranty covered this). I have to say- my ride feels so different now- and I am glad I used P-Tune again. I received daily updates when able, great communication regarding my warranty and any out of pocket fees. Randy and Jeff were nice, and personable!! Ill be using them again for other recommended repairs for sure!!

I did a belt switch and ever since that switched there been loud squealing when u start the vehicle.. I bought it back to fixed it , they say they did it over .. and it has gotten worse , for a brand new belt it sure squeal a lot ….. I pay for my vehicle to get fixed and it just got worse than how I brought it there

Was there a few minutes ago!! The old guy at the front desk was infuriating!!! The lack of customer service was astounding. Simply asking questions about tires was met with the most demeaning and dismissive replies. I would not advise anyone going there for service! I quickly took my business next door to Perfect Auto and Body and Luis was kind and helpful!

I usually dont leave bad reviews because I am not the type to complain about every little thing, however this is necessary. As a potential customer, I called about a week ago and scheduled a state inspection with this shop. I gave my name and phone number and was told that I probably will not be able to wait for my vehicle inside because of coronavirus restrictions. I drove approx 70 miles to get to this shop for my 1pm appointment to then be told that they couldnt do the inspection because it was raining. I had and appointment, and no one from this shop had BOTHERED to call me before the time of my appointment to tell about this. Ive gotten several vehicle inspections done in my lifetime and was not aware of this rule. The 2 people at the desk acted like it was not a problem that I was inconvenienced and didnt take responsibility for it. I will never recommend this shop to anyone because one of the rules of working with the public is to have good customer service. That concept was LOST on those people.

I went in for a wheel alignment and instead of them being up front to inform me that I should wait to get a part fix first, in order to do the alignmen properly. Instead they took my money and rip me off because the wheel is still shaking really bad. I also was quoted one price by Randy and was told by his supervisor that quote was wrong. I notice a shop next to precision tune, whom seem to be very busy unlike precision, perhaps I should have went with my gut,to the shop next to precision. If you dont wanna feel rip off go some where else. This was suppose to my neighborhood shop, but theyre not so neighborly.

So this just happened m....The guy at the counter tried to upcharge me and TELL ME THE KIND OF OIL TO PUT IN MY CAR.....THE CAR IVE BEEN DRIVING FOR A YEAR PLUS....then I told him a had a groupon for the kind of oil I’ve been putting in my car...this guy refused to work on my car....how are you going to tell me what kind of oil to put in my car when I’ve been putting the same kind of oil in my car for over a year....smh I’m at jiffy lube now....y’all gotta do better.....to many other auto repair businesses for y’all to have that bad of customer service....

Took my car there for a Transmission change with the recommendation of the extended warranty company, Silver Rock, 1 week and a half later got my car back, and noticed a low idle, called back, and was given the run around that they could look at my car a week later, I had to be back in New York, before then, Got my car back to NY, and the car quit running, later found out they neither put back on the under cover for the engine to protect it from elements, like rain, and debris, Most of my sensors on my car got wet, and it made the car stop running, It cost me OFP over $1000 to correct the problem, and also they didnt put the tire well cover back on it either, Thanks for nothing buds, Ill send you the bill later. DONT GO THERE!!! Originally went here off of a groupon for an alignment including windshield wipers. was charged extra, which was not included in the fine print of the groupon. I was then told i could not be serviced due to time concerns however was then serviced, seemed redundant. I then asked for a quote for front and rear rotor replacement along with rear break pads and was quoted in the $500 price range. i was told if i brought the parts, it would be around $300. i purchased all the parts needed and had to wait days for an appointment. the front desk man told me to come in a certain day then i came in and he made me make another appointment. when i finally arrived to my appointment, i was charged $450 for the services which was completely misleading. after i paid i asked how AGAIN how much it would have been if i didn’t purchase the parts and he said $600 and that they get their parts from are top quality but proceeded to say he didn’t even have the tools needed for my car then said he paid $200 for it but i feel as if it’s up to the business and i don’t know why that information was shared with me. i spoke with the same person both times so there was no miscommunication. he was slow and unprofessional asking me personal questions and misleading. The work done was subpar and timely. i dropped my car off at 9am and received it at 2pm. I’m a female and this is my first car so i did not know what i was doing but i won’t be returning and i don’t recommend. i spoke to another mechanic and he agreed that this was all excessive and unprofessional. Save yourself time/money and DONT go there. edit: the windshield wipers weren’t even put on.

Awesome. I learned about the shop through my Carmax plan. They are rated highly because they truly deserve it. I called with little notice and luckily they we able to fit my repair in amongst their other business. They diagnosed and repaired my failing water pump in two days. If you know your vehicles , replacing a water pump involves removing the timing belt as well. It is a bit of work. They did it and threw in a tune up as well. Thanks to the manager and his crew. Two days later everything is going good . No signs of any issues.

This has been my go-to spot for car maintenance since I moved to MD in 2012. In the last year the quality of service has gotten substantially worse. I used to be able to bring my car in on a Friday afternoon to leave overnight and pick up Saturday before closing for an oil change. The last time I tried that I was told they couldnt accommodate because they were booked with appointments, which Im totally fine with. I was told to call ahead next time to make an appointment.When I tried to do so, I was rudely told that I couldnt make an appointment for an oil change I just need to come in and wait. So Ive just been going to Jiffy Lube since, assuming I would rely on Precision for other car maintenance needs.Apparently not.Im trying to get my car serviced before travelling for the holidays and attempted to book an appointment online. The system is not every intuitive, and instead of selecting an open date/time I was prompted to leave days/times that would work for me. I assumed this means someone would contact me at one of the phone numbers I listed to schedule an appointment. Its been over a week an no one has contacted me. When I attempt to call Im unable to get a hold of anyone.Id really like to not go through the hassle of finding another shop, since Ive had great service on two cars over the last six years, but the customer service aspect has completely bottomed out now. Its a real disappointment.

Horrible customer service and bad serviceI always used to take my Nissan altima there for oil change and break check and i was always satisfied with the work done but never the customer service.. i used groupon and their own coupons for the oil change, maybe thats why they were rude to me..anyway i recently took a car my friend let me use after our Nissan was totaled for an oil change. The car is Honda Civic 2007 Hybrid. I used their coupon. After they were done i paid for it (with added fees always and horrible customer service from front desk as usual) and left. Less than a week later i noticed the car leaking some liquid. i take it to the closest shop near me and i am told the leak comes from the oil pan bolt not tightening, they suspect the threads on the oil pan are done for...So basically i have to change the oil pan which will cost around 700$ including labor.I am like Okay. its a borrowed car, i cant return it to my friend like that so i decide to have that shop fix it.. after they take the bolt out to drain the oil and remove the pan they find some type of silicone sealant on it. They tell me whoever did my oil change probably caused the problem by overtorquing the bolt or discovered it when trying to tighten the bolt after draining the oil but instead of telling me they used some type of sealant to stop the leak and let me go on my merry way only for the oil to eat through the sealant and start leaking a few days later.Since then i took the advice my wife gave me the first time she witnessed their customer service and took my business elsewhere.. i just liked the convenience of them being close to me.I just wish they had brought the leak to my attention.

Update: I finally got my service done and the actual service and its speed was pretty good which is why I am changing my review from one star to three. There was also a different person in the front desk and he was much friendlier and provided better customer service. I would not want to go again when the first person was working.Came here last Saturday for an oil change and they were busy so I made an appointment. He gave me an appointment for 11am today, Thursday, thanksgiving. I said fine, I didn’t want to since it’s thanksgiving but I wanted to get my oil change done. I get here at 11 and the place is CLOSED! Why on earth would you make an appointment on thanksgiving, and not open?!?! I can’t even rate the services yet because the customer service has been atrocious. I only came because I have a groupon that I don’t want to go to waste. But this is preposterous.

Had the Radiator replace here. Pick up the car less one miles way car leak all the transmission fluid caused the hose came lose from radiator had car towed back had to pay fluid them two weeks later stared to leak coolant cause the clamp on top hose wasn’t on at all it was just sitting there just hanging,oh yeah that not the end a month later turn ac on gets what doesn’t work no freon in the system, when back told me to come back another day don’t have time for that about a can of Freon put in Freon still in the system no leaks, They got everything cents asked for and them some so why they do ask bad job I don’t know maybe scanning people out there money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Id give no stars. Went in to get the brakes done. Found a coupon online for 69.99 brake service, with no stipulations on the coupon. Just 69.99 per axel. Guy at the desk proceeds to tell me its 140 for my 98 Jeep Cherokee, without even looking at it because it needs ceramic brakes... No No it doesnt. We left and took the jeep to our normal repair folks. Im all in for a deal. But not for a rip off. Honor your coupons or dont circulate them. They didnt appear busy at all so that makes complete sense.

I used a groupon for oil change and wiper blades. Got upcharged and the man wouldnt explain what it was for. I didnt realize that they didnt replace my wiper blades until the next day. I called, a woman said that they dont install them and that they put them in the back seat (doesnt make sense)--they werent. She said she would order mine and I could come to get them installed when I got the chance. When I came back the guy didnt know what I was talking about and had to argue to get some dern blades blades that I paid for. To this day i dont even know if they changed my oil honestly

Awesome customer service, funny, attentive and I can see he keeps team moral up! I then met Adam, handsome technician who did the work on my car, was really nice and explained a couple of additional thing I may want to get done on my next oil change. Came in from NC for hockey tournament. An Oil change place in NC messed something up with my vehicle. Brought it here and a guy with long beard (didn’t catch his name) was awesome. Took vehicle back, showed me what the other guys messed up, and had his guys fix it quick. Thought I’d be driving around all day trying to get it fixed, but was in and out in an hour, without an appointment.

I was quoted a price for brake and rotor replacement...when I got there, the Receptionist (brunnete female) quoted me a whole different price ( which was significantly higher)After some negotiations and bringing it down to an amout closer to the original quote all was fine untill I was literally ignored by the mechanics.I pulled my car up to the garage and no one said anything to me. Instead they just went back and forth like me or my car was not parked right infront of them. I ended up leaving and got my breaks replaced at another place

They do not like fact that you show up with a Groupon, and will ”claim” that you need to pay extra on top of the Groupon because your car is ”special” or that Groupon is right for your car even though its the service that you need. I know the type of oil my car takes so I bought the appropriate Groupon ( which was a synthetic blend that came with free wiper blades). They said my car doesnt take that type of oil( even though the ford dealership I got my car from has done many of my oil changes and will use 5w-20 synthetic oil for my car) he said I needed full synthetic and did not accept my Groupon.On top of him saying that its the wrong Groupon he said that I would still be paying out of pocket on top of said Groupon.On weekends they do not accept appointments, you have to be there by 7am to be in when they open at 8am; and if youre not in the door by 8:10am they will not see you. Literally lock the door and will not take anymore customers 🙃 please dont waste your time.

Untrustworthy. I went to them for thermostat car issue. First they told me diagnosis is free and they will give estimate in 1 hour. It took 6 hours ( not diagnosing but waiting) then they charge me for diagnosis around $60. Estimate is about $1000 for replacing electronic box etc. I went to other mechanic and he fixed it in $200 because there is no issue with the electronics and there was a loose wire inside. The precision auto person know about it that there is loose wire only but made it up to charge more.. not reliable.. I never went back ... I am amazed to see other 5 star reviews abd doubt if these are real one..

I go here because I get Groupon codes. I dont think they do a great job. The oil change is fine, but they never top of other fluids like they are supposed to. One time I told them why it wasnt done, guy said they had run out of the windshield washer fluid. I dont trust them ever.

They have taken care of both my vehicles and I now have a new auto shop for my references. First they gave me an accurate analysis of a problem that the dealership said would be a major expense. For almost a tenth of the price the dealer would have inaccurately charged, they correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problems. The customer service was top notch and the prices were spot on! I highly recommend their services.JDB

Our car broke down on Christmas Eve and we could not find a garage with a mechanic on duty until we stumbled onto Precision Tune in Beltsville. Our brakes had failed and need to be completely replaced. The garage was getting ready to close but Chad and Landis stayed THREE hours late to perform the repairs and saved our Christmas. Nothing short of heroic and I will be forever grateful for their generosity and compassion. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Went in to do a routine tune-up for 2011 Jeep Compass back in mid-July. I instructed the attendant when I checked in that my oil and oil filter had just been replaced in June with my routine service. I told him that he could go ahead and swap the oil if the mechanic saw fit and only if it was needed. When I came to pick up my vehicle check out, I was charged for an oil change and oil filter and now a month and half later, I come to find out that my oil was never changed even though I was charged for the service. Very disappoonting to say the least. $340 worth of services all in question now. Save yourself some trouble and go to a reputable mechanic.

5/23/17 - UPDATE: Edmund (the old mgr) has been gone for a while sadly. The last mgr was great as well. Todays mgr was NOT great. He tried to up-sell me (which was the reason I stopped going to the last place). Oh in a high mileage car you need... I have $55K miles!I had a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change... You are going to use THAT for this car?! I asked why not? He suggested moving up to the synthetic oil change and pointed to a list of 3 different price levels. I just said Id use the coupon like I do every 4K miles. I had to wait, so I left to shop. While shopping, I called to ask if the synthetic oil service hed spoken about was $5 more. He said yes. I said to go ahead and do the synthetic oil instead. When I picked up my car and got home I looked at my bill and theyd done the same thing as my coupon but charged $5 more?! When I called I asked why no synthetic oil? He said the extra $5 was to top off fluids (I do that at home and so they probably spent a dime to do that!) I wasnt happy. I explained that during the call Id asked about the synthetic oil difference and he told me $5. He said synthetic oil is $10 a quart, YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT. (Ha! I should know the price of his products?!? I wont be back.)BOTTOM LINE = The new mgr is pushy and since there is a difference in language, perhaps he didnt fully understand what I wanted. Still, I dont know if its a cultural thing, but he was rude and lied. (Synthetic oil doesnt cost that much!) Also the prices he quoted for the various flushes he insisted I needed, were VERY high. Even the nearest other precision tune cost was $20 less. AND I dont NEED to do those at this time either since Id told him that Id already done some of them.AllTune was about 40% less overall! They also had online coupons. So Ill be looking for another place to do regular maintenance. Ah well...OLD: 3/13/14 - I have been 3 times for oil changes. I went with a coupon and Edmund said No, I have a better coupon here. NICE! Always quick. I call ahead to make sure its not too busy. As long as I live nearby, I will go there for basic car maintenance every time!

This is going to seem like a strange review -- but bear with me, here. I went to Precision Tune Auto Care in Beltsville because they are RepairPal Certified. They offered me an affordable and fair price for the fix of my struts and shocks and got me in the same day I called. I drop the car off and when I come back, the manager, Nate, came up to me and explained there was a problem. In fixing my car, the mechanic Adam, accidentally chipped part of my front windshield. They showed me where it was, apologized profusely and offered me 2-3 different ways they could rectify the situation at no additional cost to me.They earned a lifetime customer yesterday. Any repair shop who takes it upon themselves to be transparent, honest, and totally committed to repairing the problem and keeping the customer satisfied is a shop I will continue to go to. I was more impressed with their professionalism and genuine honesty, as it is very hard to come by in a repair shop. I will continue to recommend this shop to anyone and everyone in the area. If youre reading these reviews wondering if you should go here...do it. I promise you, itll be worth your while.

I cant speak for the work but customer service was pretty bad. My car broke down late on a Wednesday evening. They told me they wouldnt be able to look at it until the next day which was fine, I could see they were busy. After they looked at it the next day they told me the clutch needed to be replaced and they would have it done Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. They also told me they would call me that Monday with an update. Fast forward to Monday, I wait til about an hour before their closing time and still no call. I decide to call them. They said they just received the parts but will still have it done Tuesday or Wednesday. I dont hear from them all day Tuesday and again Wednesday up to almost closing. I call them again and they then tell me that one of the mechanics didnt come in due to illness and they were looking to have it done Thursday evening. I had to be back to New Jersey by 6pm and asked to have it done by 3pm. They called 2pm on the Thursday, for personal reasons I couldnt get in until 4 pm to get the car. As soon as I walk in the guy gives me attitude about having the car done by 3pm. I just feel like they would benefit by having a receptionist to keep customers updated. I had to call for every update. Which was difficult for me since I dont live in the area and was looking to get back to jersey. I would have been upset with the car needing til Thursday to be done. But would have been more accepting with a phone call instead of having to call to find out for myself.

Not ONE call was answered so I promptly canceled the groupon and purchased one for another location (Annapolis), which answered on the first call! I went to get an oil change this morning , I simply asked Chad how long for an oil change and he replied in a nasty manner I can not do it. I was taken aback because the business specializes in oil changes. I asked my husband to come inside the business and Chad then stated that he can not do it today but could do it later in the week with an appointment. When I asked Chad why that information was not provided to me he began saying I was disrespecting his business and mentioned that he had cameras. My husband then stepped in. I exited the business. Chad has no customer service or respect for women.

The only redeeming factor here is the comfy chairs in the waiting room. However:-The waiting room smelled like dirty metal, like really old gross keys.-I got an oil change through groupon and was charged an extra $20 for a filter. I dont care what your policy, its very bad business to charge extra for a filter when someone is getting an oil change. Never in my life have I had to pay extra for a filter.-On the sticker on the inside of my windshield they wrote that Im due for another change after 2000 miles. 2000 miles? Did you just spit in the reservoir? I paid for full synthetic, that should get me 7000 miles. This means that at worst, these people are liars by putting low quality oil in my car and scammers trying to get me to come back before Im actually due. At best they are simply idiots who dont know what theyre doing.Certainly will never be back. For your own sake, find somewhere else to go. Its located terribly as well, the parking lot is 100% full of junker cars so there is no parking. Save the headache, find another place.Edit: they called me and assured me that they did in fact use full synthetic oil, Im believe them so heres a +1

I live out of state and was in MD for the weekend, so I purchased tires from Tire Rack to have them installed here. I was already aware of the work hours for Saturdays (8a-4p) so I arrived a little after 9a. The attendant at the desk advised me it was going to be a long wait as it was just himself and 1 other person working. After entering my information and printing an invoice I enquired why I was being charged, as I was of the understanding that the price I paid online already included all the charges. He proceeded to tell me no that cannot be correct as they dont do work for free. Even after explaining to him I mustve misunderstood the charges I already paid online, he again told me they do not do work for free. Of course I was more than willing to pay for any service not covered by the amount I already paid, which I stated to him, but due to the manner in which he dealt with the issue, I decided to take the tires and have them installed elsewhere.

Never going there again. I went in for an oil change. I guess I look naive because they told me some long story about how my steering rod was broken and how they would give me the best deal to fix it. Their faces fell when I told them Id have to get a second opinion.Six months later, my steering arm has never garnered any complaints from the dealer or any other auto shop for that matter.Thanks for trying to scam me out of $500+ dollars, guys. Awesome service.

This place is a bunch of thieves! Do yourself a favor and dont go there. I went there a few months ago for a brake light problem that has been recurring constantly. On the second time, they said it just needed some cleaning and adjustment and that I would be fine. This has been the third time now and they are trying to charge me another large some of money for what sounds like a repair that should have been made in the first place! When I brought this up to them, the manager said Oh, I dont know why it wasnt discussed in the first place Not even so much as a sorry about the piss poor performance, let us make it up to you. Not to mention the older bald manager there is just downright rude. Do not go there. Youll be sorry if you do.

WARNING: Uber drivers seeking free md inspections BEWARE! Read the reviews! Desk clerk/owner has no customer service skills and is shady. I was turned away for a free inspection via Uber. After pausing for a while and thinking up some excuse to give me he said (in a rude condescending tone) Everyone wants to drive for uber nowadays, Im backed up, I only have one person to do inspections and I dont have an opening for months! What kind of tomfoolery is that? So youve partnered with uber to perform inspections but youre not properly staffed to the point where you cant take an inspection for 60 days or more???!! No no no, there is something more to that shady story. There was no appointment book he was looking at and he never offered me an appointment date. A woman came in right after me asking for an oil change and he turned her down as well saying he didnt have the time to do it. I dont know if he did that to keep the lie alive or not. Meanwhile it was only 10am in the morning and they closed at 4pm. I will never go near this establishment again and I urge others not to as well. I dont know if he has an issue with young African American women or not but I do know that his lackluster customer relations does not align with Ubers standards. J k Auto in Lanham did an amazing job with my free uber state inspection. J k Auto only had one inspector who was super busy but managed to be very pleasant and customer service oriented. I told them about my awful experience with Precision Auto and they made sure to take extra good care of me.6.11.18. In response to the reply below.... You were not busy that day. And your attendant said you were booked for Months ! That is ridiculous. I encourage you not to try to conceal what went on that day as if was out of concern for me, because it wasnt. It was a horrible experience and totally unprofessional. Your attendant is very rude to say the least. I stood at the desk for two minutes before he even acknowledged my presence even though he was standing right in front of me casually talking to another patron about something totally nonwork related. Many other reviewers have experienced similar situations at your establishment. After my experience, I would never come near this place let alone allow you to work on my vehicle. Good day.

Came in for a oil change Wednesday and my car started over heating when I pop the hood the damn cap was not put back on. This is ridiculous how does someone forget something like that? Extremely unhappy about this and hope it does not cause extra problems. I had oil everywhere and theres no oil left Im sure its in the engine. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I at first went to this location to get fuel injection service done and it was pleasant. The second time I came into this location this rude old man at the desk told me come back at 3. I came back at 3 and he said come back tomorrow so I went somewhere else. I decided against my better judgement to go for the 20 dollar oil change, but I was mistaken. The same old rude man had me wait at the counter for 20 mins without saying a old to me. Then after I when I spoken to him I said, Can I have an oil change? His response, No, come back Monday morning! He was rude and disrespectful so they will never get a cent of my money. Please dont support this rude man at the desk!!! He has no home training!!!!

Purchased a Groupon for this bs shop. First off the Groupon price is the same price as the oil change when I got to the shop. Second off before I purchased i called and asked if this would work with my car...gave him year, make and model and he said yes. As soon as go into shop he says I need an additional quart for an additional charge. I said just give me the 5 quarts that I paid for he said legally he cant do that...lol this is an change not brain surgery. Totally scam not a real deal. Groupon buyers beware.....

Received good service. I was in and out in an hour and while I was waiting; I enjoyed hot coffee and watched tv. Just make sure to make an appointment to receive the service in time. Offers free wifi as well. User id and password for the free wifi could be found on the wall near the keurig coffee machine or just ask the store representative. Limited waiting chiars but thats fine as an appointment is expected here.About the price; good priced oil and filter change and other services for which the store offers coupons. Without coupons, it could be little expensive compared to other auto services around the area.

I am deaf, and had the worse experiences with this auto service. He wanted me to pay diagnosis fee 89 dollars and wanted me to pay more about 300 dollars for taking parts off my car to find problems. I rejected but I had to pay 89 dollars. And I went to NTB auto services and this man checked my car and just turn off signal to work well, just took 2 mins!!! He said I did not need me to pay because it was very very small problem!!!! Precision Tune Auto Care was cheating us for money!!!!

I am absolutely infuriated with this location. I had my camry with only 40 K miles in to get an oil change and alignment with a Groupon. When they were done I got in my car and my tire inflation light came on. I was in a hurry so I figured I would just come back when I didnt have an appointment I was late for. When I came back, the guy behind the counter... Wow what an experience. I told him the situation and that my tire pressure light had been on, he said well that light is on because your tire pressure is off. Well no kidding buddy. I told him I checked the pressure myself and that it was fine. The light was blinking which I know means there is a sensor issue. Hes like well that cant be us, Ill look but it must be a coincidence. He looks at the pressure, says its fine and that there is an issue w the sensor and that hes sorry but its not his guys that could have caused the problem and that he couldnt even fix it bc the guy that has the machine to test it wasnt there. Oh how convenient! I went to ntb and they are fixing it as we speak. The lack of empathy and blowing off an issue that most certainly was not a coincidence is absolutely revolting to me. When I spoke to a friend that was a Toyota mechanic for 7 years he even told me that it is rare that the sensors go bad especially in a vehicle with 43k miles. BE WARNED! DO NOT GO TO THIS PRECISION AUTO LOCATION!
