Ill be sending anyone I run across looking for tint to this company. They use 3M tint so that it comes with a lifetime warranty anywhere 3M is sold. I received service I couldve went without though initially customer service seemed on point service ended unexpectedly poor. After receiving this service I realized I possible should of chose a more reliable company. The young gentleman that came out to fix my vehicle windshield, though since he has called and tried to make it right within his own ability left my interior dirty in multiple places, as he replaced my windshield . As well as blasted music outside of my home as myself and my children were in class. After the job had been done I realized the tint she willing gave a us a small discount on was not the customized tint desire and they never asked. So now we have a tint on our vehicle that we dont even want but we have paid what THEY ASKED for. She told me we can pay the difference if we bring it in, trying to throw in our face that we were given a discount, smh you couldve kept that, but in the same breath giving my husband a different price, understanding this is the same vehicle and same situation. Also understanding the problematic experience we had with their employee. The same employee that didnt do what he was supposed to shined more empathy and wishful fixing on the situation then the manager himself. Everyone makes mistakes but your employee has not valued to uphold customer satisfaction, you have....How dare you guys.... I would not recommend this service, and quite frankly they shouldnt recommend it either. You should be ashamed at your inability to satisfy in a business that satisfaction is principle.

This auto glass business/mobile service is incredible!!! I have a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer and while trying to repair the rear glass hinges I accidentally shattered it... fearing the worse and knowing that the further back you go on a vehicle the more expensive the glass I found their information online gave them a call let them know what I needed and they set me up.. the technicians came out to my home and did a FANTASTIC job and the price was undeniably a lifesaver thank you guys so much and great job on the repair you guys are awesome... I personally recommend them to anyone needing front side or rear glass replacement theyll be my one stop shop for auto glass replacement.

Neil the owner came with another named Davin. ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) my windshield was cracked and I was desperately trying to find decent prices to get it fixed. They gave me an amazing quote canme out early were awesome to talk to and very nice. I would recommend them above any other glass company seems like they really just care about helping you out and making sure you can drive safely.

Due to not having the knowledge of how to delete my last review, Id like to reaffirm that Auto Glass Stop has made right the service asked! Also I gained knowledge in areas I was unfamiliar which could have been some of my fault as well. The manager not only hand cut out tint but allowed us to comfortably be sure it was to our liking. Staff apologized for any misunderstandings as I too felt the need to make amends for my inability to understand exactly what I needed to receive the proper service desired. They even went as far as to replacing the side panel due to the interior getting missed up during service, because they could not clean it to their liking! Thank you for making this situation better as most companies wouldnt have minded leaving a customer unhappy and moving on with their lives.... Recommended!

Cody was on time, very nice and knowledgeable! he did a great job replacing my passenger window, even though he forgot to reattach the door latch, he came back with a great attitude and got it taken care of in less than 10 minutes! I will agree with the rest of the reviews, this place has amazing rates. But that’s where it stops. They either damage the car and refuse to fix it or do a terrible installation. They screwed up my installation by not setting the mirror correctly (it has to be put on at the same time as the windshield) as well as creating a terrible seal. I waited almost an entire day to drive my car after they installed it and so this is just bad installation. They also do not take responsibility for using defective glass. This shop gives the classic excuse that the suppliers make their windshields up to DOT standards, which is true, but they absolutely do not have any kind of quality control. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude both times I talked to her and was very condescending. The first call was about setting up an appointment and she could not have acted like I was a bigger waste of her time as she rushed me and got upset when I could not do a certain time. The second time was an inquiry about the bad installation and she said they have no control over the quality of glass and cannot fix it. So I will reiterate: Great rates, but you get what you pay for.

My back slider glass on my pickup shattered. I contacted Auto Glass Stop and they had me scheduled for replacement extremely quick. They were very polite, professional and super fast. They worked with my insurance company and got me all fixed up so I could get back on the road quickly. The installer was very quick, very polite and obviously knew what he was doing. A year later my slider still works perfectly and I have no leaks. I wouldnt choose anyone else.

I priced my windshield for my 05 silverado and it was $400+ . I called the guys at auto glass stop and they gave me a amazing price for the stock window with divisor tent. They even came to my home and installed it. Great work and the guys. They even called the next day to make sure everything was ok because it was raining the next day. This is the ways Auto Glass Stop screwed up on my one windshield, not kidding, this happened May of 2017:1. They had to reschedule my appointment because they chipped my windshield in their mobile van.2. On the rescheduled date they brought the wrong windshield for the sedan version of the VW Golf, which doesnt exist...and noticed after removing my windshield and installing the new glue, so they had to come back at the end of the day 6 hours later, originally estimated return at 4 pm, they didnt show up until 6 pm.3. When he left to get the right windshield and finish his other jobs before circling back to us he left my car keys in the ignition turned to auxillary, so the battery completely drained and I had to jump start my car to get it running again! The installer didnt tell me this before he left.4. The installer got black glue all over my tan cloth pillars, which will not come off.5. They did not return my texts about how to remove the glue that is on my interior or acknowledge the issue of killing my battery.6. They dont have an operating voicemail system. Their voicemail is always full as their voicemail message states and they dont answer the phone, so they operate by text only. One of the numbers on their invoice rings to a woman who claims its the wrong number.The bright side is that I am confident that if I ever need a fall back career I can start a windshield company. Im giving them two stars because they are very cheap ($240 quote vs $420 for the other people I called).

These guys saved the day when a huge rock from a construction truck cracked my windshield. I got quoted upwards of $300 and $400 for a windshield replacement at other glass repair places. These guys were HALF the price and they were done in less than 30 minutes! They drove out to my house as well and didnt charge for mileage. The glass is good quality and its guaranteed to never leak. Called multiple times to have them come fix my windshield, spoke to an individual named neil whom said they would place me on their route and call 1 hour before. Waited throughout December with multiple reschedules however they never came. Decided to go with Safelite for a little more cost . Better idea..

So Im not gonna lie they have great prices. I had them do my Ford freestyle. When they finish look like it was a great job. Went to work after they finished one of the cowl ends flew off . When I look all the clips that hold it in place were broken looked at other side and it was hanging too and the cowl was not seated right. Call Neal he said the that they were glued on before.( how can be glued on if all pieces of the clip were there they broke them and instead of being honest saying hey the broke or we broke them they didnt) so all he can do is glue them back on.So I went to look and see if they sold new one and there discontinued go figure my luck. Ya its a older car but it was fine before they touched it. I do not recommend this place yes it cheap but they may break something on your car doing the job.
