From the kind and genuine salesman (thanks, Tom!), to their very helpful office staff, and especially the fast and detail oriented installers, it was exactly the kind of company we wanted to spend our money with. Dont let window buying intimidate you, they will make it a breeze!Fun facts:*Tom brought sample windows and it was really nice to see them in person in my own home and not have to go out to a show room.*It took our windows about 6 week from order date to install, Im not sure what current conditions are like.*Installers were very nice and thorough, even vacuumed up debris when they were done. Most installers I have dealt with leave a mess.When we replace our 6 large windows for our next project, we will absolutely be using Energy Pro again!

Great experience replacing our windows. Energy Pro allowed us to proceed in phases so we could get them replaced at our own pace. My favorite is the replacement they did in the master bath for the old fish block window that was there. Everything looks great! Highly recommended.

We love our new windows! We have only had them in for a week and I can already tell a difference in the comfort of our home. I used to keep my blinds closed and it seems like the house was never cool. Now, I leave the blinds open and the temperature stays more consistent and the house always feels cool, sometimes almost cold. I probably need to reprogram the thermostat to a few degrees higher. The price was reasonable and the warranty they offer is excellent. Everyone was very professional and punctual. The job site was left clean and the windows look gorgeous. I will definitely use Energy Pro again in the future.

I am having my windows replaced as I write. Im so happy with them! The guys doing the work are awesome. Very detailed oriented. Each window is cleaned after being completely placed and they are putting the brackets on for the blinds and will hang them again for me. Such an expensive project but so nice to see it done so well! Excellent experience working with this company. We had 10 Joyce windows installed in our house and practically everything about the experience was seamless- reasonable pricing, no-pressure sales, high quality and efficient installation with a team of 3 guys, and excellent windows. The windows were ready for install in half the time that was indicated. When two of the windows we felt needed a slight adjustment the week after the install, a guy came out and looked at everything, no problem.

After taking bids from four different window companies, I settled on EnergyPro Windows & Siding. Just got them installed today. You have to look close at all of these different manufacturers and window companies because the quality varies quite a bit. I found that the Joyce Manufacturing/Heritage line of windows looked the best considering the appearance, functionality, insulation, glass, and fit. EnergyPro is a local KC company, and one thing I favored is that their installers have been with the company for many years, and not just on contract for hire. I had 19 windows replaced by Matt, Mark, Luke, and Vern in about 6 hours from start to finish, and the craftsmanship was incredible, as well as cleanup after the job. I can already tell a difference in the outside noise reduction. Looking forward to using these windows for many years to come!

Mark and Dalton did an awesome job installing 10 new windows and a sliding patio door, all in one day!! EnergyPro employees were easy to work with and very professional from my first visit to their showroom to installation.

We worked with Duane Alridge. Instead of trying to sell us what he has to offer, as most other companies did, he listened to what we wanted and then presented what products he had to offer to meet our needs. We replaced 3 large windows with picture windows, a patio door, and a casement window. Duane was able to get us exactly what we wanted. When we put down the 20% down payment, we were told that the wait time would be about 5-6 weeks. The actual time took 13-14 weeks.Dalton, Steve, and Rick came out to install everything. They were really good at what they did! If you have new wooden floors like we do, I would recommend getting some large boxes to put down to protect them during the removal and installation process. Though they did put down some boxes around the perimeter and a tarp in the middle, we did end up getting some scratches and small dents.After everything was installed, it took another 3.5 weeks to get everything painted, exchange out the wrong window hardware, screen door painted & installed, etc. Throughout this time, I stayed in touch with Duane, Eric (the owner), and Aaron Brogan (painter). They were all very easy to work with and very accommodating, but needed to stay on top of everything. Overall, I believe we got a good value and a good quality product. I had already recommended them to two of our friends.

Completely happy with our new windows! The old ones were the original ones when the house was built in 1973. Chris, Vern, and Steve were quick, courteous and professional. I would certainly advise anyone to use this company, they would not be disappointed.

Great siding and windows and gave great pricing. Better than having my house painted. They didnt change pricing after agreement. They performed in a timely manner and when completed the job made sure all debris was picked up. Home is much warmer with their product.

Note: After installing EnergyPro gave me a sheet saying they would send me $25 for posting a review on How I am liking my new windows. This may be the case with all the other reviews on here. And so I am posting for this.Everyone one there was very nice, punctual, courteous, and seemed to be knowledgeable.We chose the basic level windows because we had chosen this a company with a good reputation and figured anything would be better than out 18 year old construction grade windows which were leaking into the siding--- which was why we needed to replace. And we figured the base level windows at this company would be better than a mid grade at a cheaper place.AFTER completely installing 6 new windows they gave me a full page information on condensation which talked about how condensation was showing how the windows were working and that it was because most likely the house had too much humidity. Attached are the pictures of the condensation which forms in the morning and takes a bit of time in the morning to burn off. Ive waited a few weeks before posting this to see how things will be. They had me convinced that this is normal and fine... but after thinking, I dont know any other new windows in other peoples houses that do this. My husband did say they mentioned these base level windows would have a more of a chance of condensation than the next level up. But he didnt mention that to me and if I would have known, I would have spent more to get the better windows if I had known. I am sad that I spent a good deal of money and you know, cant look out the windows in the morning. I guess I dont get to watch the sunrise for the next 30 years. :(I had asked what were the downsides of the basic windows at which point they did tell me that there was a small chance that since the edges werent insulated as well as the upper grades there is a chance that condensation might form on the INSIDE but we havent seen that yet. But it is a winter occurrence so I will check then.With these base level windows, I can feel some warmth come in from the sun, which I understood wed have some because we didnt go with the higher rated ones but maybe we should have because we get a lot of sun in out east facing windows in the morning. Im hoping that will be beneficial in the winter and negligible in the summer. But I dont think well put the leather couch in front of them like I was excited to do as Im afraid it might discolor.WINDOW Take away message: I wish I would have known about the extent of the condensation issue BEFORE getting them completely installed. I probably should have gone with the next grade up.They also replaced some siding because a section had been rotted from the leak. It came primed and I was going to paint it. When I went to paint I found a very large gap in one of the seams. I called and texted a picture and I was instructed to put an extra nail at a certain point, which I did, but it didnt close the gap. They were very responsive and sent a guy out, who looked at it and caulked it. But Im wondering if I need to caulk it further as that section seems to collect water and not run down the house like other sections of the house. They did make effort to remedy this by sending someone out quickly.I try to be positive about things and usually like to give positive reviews, but I also try to be honest. And Im honestly a bit disappointed. I do want to reiterate that all the employees were very friendly, nice and very responsive when I called and asked anything. During the day, the windows look and work nicely. We have had them for about 3 weeks.Positives: Knowledgeable: they sent someone who has worked with windows, not a salesman.They stuck to their quote and there were no surprise costs.Did not try to pressure or up-sell.Very nice.Cleaned up and washed the windows after instillation which was nice. Worked quickly on a hot day.

We had four windows very close to each other and had them replaced with two large bay windows. The windows had a custom trim between them witch they removed without no damage to remaining trim. They also saved me over $ 2000.00 less than other good companys, quotes.

We just had seven windows replaced by EnergyPro. The windows were ordered in the fall but did not come in ‘til after the first of the year. The windows were delayed and we would have preferred better communication about this fact. Installation was further delayed three weeks because of sub zero temperature, no fault of theirs. Matt and Luke installed the windows and did an excellent job including replacement of rotten sill supports and cleanup afterwards. The windows are far superior to the ones they replaced.

Our home is 14 years old with drafty, cheap, hard to use construction-grade windows. We had Energy Pro Windows installed and LOVE them.All the winows tilt to the inside and are so easy to clean. Our cats would lay in the East facing windows every morning and roast in the Sun. Not now, its cool to the touch. It feels like the new glass blocks all the radiant heat. Our original sliding patio door faces the East and our black cat was basking the other morning six feet from the glass. WOW, I laid my hand on him and he was red hot. Called to get an estimate on having 10 basement windows replaced. They were able to schedule me an appointment within a couple days. They were here on Friday. From our perspective, the sales man didn’t try to BS us on anything. He took the time to explain things, was able to provide pictures of similar windows that had been completed, etc. All around very kind and personable. We had multiple other bids done. We took the weekend to think about everything. I called Monday and advised we wanted to move forward with getting new windows by Energy Pro. The guy sounded shocked that I was calling? He said he was pretty busy but that he would be in touch by Friday to come out and get a deposit and Measure for the windows. Friday came and went... heard nothing. On Wednesday, 10 days after my initial phone call I emailed the guy to inquire about the windows and check to make sure I was still on his list to come out. Again, No response...I recommended Energy Pro to a friend based on the positive experience we had with the sales man. I also explained to her why we had chosen Energy Pro over other companies that provided bids even though they were cheaper. However, I quickly retracted my statement to her and advised that your company never responded.I’m an understanding person. If your company doesn’t want to do a job, SAY SOMETHING! Don’t string somebody along! Still to this day, I haven’t heard anything back.Alas, a silver lining. Luckily your company failing to respond, gave us time to think about things a little longer, and ultimately we’ve already started replacing the windows ourselves.

Great overall experience! We had received quotes from other companies and really felt that Energy Pro was the best value for the money. Although production of the windows took awhile due to COVID, Energy Pro had us installed the week after they were ready. They started the install at 9 am and had the entire house completed by 2 pm! Well worth the wait (Covid)! Whole house windows and patio door installed in 1.5 days. Noticed a difference right away with little outside noise. We had wooden windows from 1990...they were so heavy and would fall from the top or we couldnt get them to close to lock them. The new ones are light but solid. You couldnt even tell they were here, by putting the blinds back up and hauling the old windows and door away. Great customer service, too!

In addition the windows are such a huge improvement I am sorry we didnt replace the builder grade windows in our home, by Energy Pro, much much sooner.

We just got new windows on Friday and could not be happier. We love how they look. Steve and Mark were very friendly and did a wonderful job! We are very pleased as well because we had our heat only come on a few times the next two days and it was off within a minute. We cant wait to see our utility bills as well!
