Earlier this year, snowmageddon 2021 caused some pipes to break upstairs causing ALL our downstairs offices to flood, our 1st floor was about 3-4 inches full of water. Our experience with Belfor has exceeded our expectations. Communication for this project was constant, team leads, supervisors all kept me in the loop of what to expect and when. Completion was On Time, even with the pandemic. The entire team were friendly & professional and kept their promise to make sure I was satisfied with ALL the repairs. At the end of the day, it was an unwanted issue to deal with, however, Belfor, and Rustys team, made it less painful. I would definitely use them again.

Because of Nick, Heath and Rusty, Belfor has quickly become my “go-to” for any service my property requires. The worse company with no credibility and the lack of professionalism is astounding. The sales manager made empty promises but the project was delayed multiple times and unfinished. Then they hired a lawyer to threaten you for payments for the work they didnt do. A complete disgrace to have such a company here.
