I showed up a couple of minutes after closing to pick up my reserved lawn aerator, and the associates unlocked the front door and processed my rental, even though it was technically after closing. Very much appreciated!

Bill took the extra time to locate a hammer drill, which was in North KC. However, the 3/4 bit was at the Belton store. He arranged for me to pick up both devices at the Belton store, as it was closest to me. I always appreciate the excellent customer service provided by United Rentals, and the fact employees go the extra mile to help customers. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! You can tell they are treated well by their employer. My project went smoothly to drill / install new concrete anchors for my pool cover. Thank you!

I came to exchange a mini-x on 10/20/2020 at the Belton Missouri location, the people behind the desk (employees) of un-United rentals were so happy sitting on their butts, maybe un-United rentals needs to get UN COMFORTABLE chairs for them to sit in!

Everything went as planned

Rented a 35 pull behind lift from here today and Im sure it wasnt the cheapest place around, almost $400 but it was available and unlike my other visits the equipment was in very good condition. I am fairly happy with my visit today. If the lift was $100 less I would give 5 stars... At least for this visit.

Unorganized and horribly slow. We reserved 2 trailer mounted generators and associated cabling/distribution boxes. The older gentleman at the counter was slow at processing our transaction in the computer. After that delay, I waited in the yard about 10 minutes for someone to show up, then the generator wouldn’t start due to low coolant level issue. Once that was resolved, they couldn’t located the cables but assured me they would be here when I came back for the second generator. An hour later, I returned but still no cables but the guy at the counter did not convey that information to me until I asked the yard guys where they were. I waited in the store for another hour for the cables to be delivered from another store. I could have driven to Olathe and back in that time frame. What’s the point of making a reservation if you don’t have the equipment on hand?

Be cautious of renting! Our incidents with Belton store, go elsewhere!4.11.2017 United Rental trailer accidentally detaches from our truck while in motion, causing bumper damage. Luckily no serious injuries! They did not pay for replacement bumper.4.15.2016 Wrong couplers were put on brush hog rental and we could not use the rental. Full refund.9.26.2015 Maintenance did not put gear oil in the box for brush hog rental. Needless, brush hog will never run again. Full refund.
