Well as far as auto zone goes this one is on par with the others with what they offer. The real difference is in the people working at this one specifically. Ive been here several times and its always been a good experience for me. I can recommend this place to you because I will keep going there with my own money.

Battery in my 2015 Hyundai sonata sport 2.0 went out on my way back from Austin to Dallas....... John the service person at AutoZone was great got me a new battery and had me in and out of there within 20 minutes thank you so much John I was panicked and stressed but you stayed calm collective and got me fixed and got me back on the road I really appreciate it thank you so much

I get 95% of my parts here due to prices, availability, friendliness and knowledge of staff. The only time that I go elsewhere is when they just dont have or carry what I need.

My wife and I were in town for the day, and had suffered a battery failure on our old BMW. After a jump start, we hobbled down to the Auto Zone and met Quincy. We were concerned that it could be a big problem, but Quincy quickly checked the battery and confirmed it was likely the only issue. We paid a fair price for a great battery, and despite the battery harness on my car being relatively complicated, Auto Zone provided tools and Quincy provided assurance while he walked us through the entire process. 20 minutes later, our car is driving smooth again. Thank you to Auto Zone for being there, and thank you to Quincy for the truly exceptional service.

I just came from OReillys almost next door to AutoZone. Only one of the employees actually bothered wearing a mask. They completely ignored me while I was in the store, so I left again. I had to complete opposite experience at AutoZone. Very friendly and they helped me with installing my windshield wiper. Thank you!

I would really like to thank David and Ramon for helping my son last night. These two gentlemen went pass the call of duty to help my son when he had a tire blow out on the interstate. Once they closed for the evening they took a lugnut wrench out to him (That I had purchased over the phone) on the side of the road and assisted him with changing the tire and getting him back on his way. These two men are the example of what a great employee should be, they went the extra mile to help a loyal customer and they did it not looking for any type of praise or reward. I had a great experience at auto zone. The employee that helped me took at least an hour to help me with what I needed. He was very patient and very helpful. I recommend this auto zone. Great customer service. I will be going back for sure.

My check engine light came on so I decided to stop by. They were able to help me very quickly and they print it off a paper so I could take the codes to my technician. AutoZone has always been very reasonably priced, its always my go-to for any initial car troubles!

The staff at this location went above and beyond. I drove from Waco this morning to do a quick trip and my battery was dead. The staff even put the new battery on. They made sure my truck started before they sent me on my way. What a blessing it was to come here and have such a great experience.

The staff was kind and assisted me quickly so that I could be on my way without worry of getting the wrong item necessary to service my vehicle.Unfortunately can not turn in a core without purchasing a new part, even though its being sent off to be refurbished for profit anyway. I just wanted to exchange steering pump for a steering hose. Cant do that even if it is bigger profit for company..

Great experience! They were extremely helpful! the weather outside was 35 degrees and rainy and the guy helping had no problem going out to my car to test my battery and replace it!

They have great customer service! I told the guy that I didnt know how to check my oil he came out with a smile on his face and checked it for me. He even provided education on how to check the oil and how to tell the difference in when the oil is really bad. He even suggested that I not make my trip back home without getting my oil changed...I wish I paid closer attention to his name, I would call his supervisor myself...

Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me get my truck running and on the road. Cant say enough about them. Awesome job guys.

2 months ago I was driving to Corpus Christi and then my check engine light went on. I dont know much about cars and I had to go somewhere to get that checked out. Im glad I went to this store because the manager really helped me out with my car and I was able to continue my trip.

Employees not helpful at all, came to buy a battery which they advertise they will install for u, was told they could not do it bcoz my cable had a little corrosion on the outside bcoz the man at the garage that sent me here cleaned all the other off even from the post on the battery.

Stopped in here to have the code checked on my car. It was raining and they were busy. The gentleman who helped me didnt give me any trouble or attitude just grabbed the equipment and did his thing.They gave me a free diagnosis print out that I was able to take to the dealership and it helped them resolve my issues. Guess what, the next week when I needed something for the car, this is where I went. This is my go-to place now.They know what theyre doing and theyre friendly. Enough said.

I went in to get a new battery for my GNC Denali. Benjamin LaRue waited on me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. In about 15 minutes I left with my new battery and wiper blades. I highly recommend Auto Zone in Belton for all of your automotive needs.
