I stopped in without an appointment waited patiently. Bryant has great customer service skills. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and different kinds of plans. He was able to wait on myself and another customer at the same time, he keeps things moving.He’s patient and friendly. I would not work with anyone else at this location. Bryant is amazing and certainly knows his stuff! Super helpful and helped us upgrade all of our phones and plan. We did prevent the poor guy from eating a hot Freddies burger since we were there for so long (we have 6 lines...takes a bit to get everything sorted), so if anyone is so inclined, take that man a hot burger! He deserves it!

I have been with AT&T for almost 5 years and this is the best store I have ever had to go into! Tue staff there are FANTASTIC!! Customer service wasnt the issue.But the cost to remove a 2nd line for a phone that was stolen/lost was just as high as the bill, thats ridiculous. And I also inquired about upgrading. But thats not going to happen. Because free phones arent free. So I would have to first pay them off.I really wish I would have just stayed with my previous carrier 🤔

My mother and I were very pleased with the help we received at this AT&T store. We had issues with our bill and a tablet that would not workand our Customer Service Rep Yazan Alfi did everything to help us. He fixed the tech issue with our tablet and provided a solution for our bill. He was patient, kind, and answered all the questions we had.This store is the only AT&T store where I have actually had issues fixed.

Donnie, the manager, went above and beyond in helping me get the best deal for my cell phone service. We have unlimited data, texts, 5G, and unlimited lots of other things at a very affordable price. Donnie made me feel so confident and good about ATT, that everything was going to be taken care of, that I even switched all of my internet service over to AT&T as well. The service was very enjoyable, informative, and helpful. Such a great experience! I am looking forward to doing business with ATT for the many years to come. Very grateful for Donnies help.

I bought a new phone yesterday after putting it off forever because I dread the process. I was SO pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service I received from Will at the ATT Store in Belton. I knew my old Blackberry phone would be a challenge to transfer from, but he was so patient and kept trying different methods and was able to successfully move everything I needed to my new phone . . . and quickly too! It was without a doubt the most painless and pleasant experience Ive ever had switching to a new phone! Thank you again Will!

I went into the AT&T store looking to make some changes to our plan after some life changes. I dreaded it like most usually do. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They stayed late to assist and didn’t say anything about it. Shortly there after I had an accident with my phone and it couldn’t be recovered. I went back in to the store in tears over it, it was horrible timing! I worked with Bryant Gregg. He helped me make some more changes to my plan, got me the best deal and set us up with their new tv service. He not only helped me start a claim but held my hand through a rather unique and difficult claims process. He helped me recover my back up and got me back up in running with a temporary old phone in the meantime. I went into the store a few times over a 2 week period and he helped me with everything, everytime. He went above and beyond to make sure my claim got submitted, approved and was done right. He was transparent about everything and always tried to make sure I had the best possible outcome. He never made us feel like a hassle or just another number. Everyone at the store was kind, helpful and willing to pitch in and help at a difficult time. I highly recommend them, ask for Bryant Gregg! You cannot go wrong!

Beware! No need to go into the store and deal with gross ignorance and general lack of customer service. I literally spent 3+ hrs in the Belton store between 3 visits with NO resolution. I called the 800 number and they were even perplexed why the store indicated contrary directions. Save your time and energy, and call att directly, but more importantly the folks online will save you the most $$.

I have been to several AT&T stores, but this store seems to be the most friendly. Tony the manager, was amazing at providing a wow customer experience, as well as Christal. They both went over several options to make sure I had the best deal with exactly what I needed. They never got frustrated with answering all my questions or making me feel like I was wasting time. I greatly appreciate this staff and the time they spent with me. Because of their help I have a new S20, on a plan that gives me what I need, plus the option to return in 14 days if I end up not liking it. I never felt pressured and actually enjoyed the conversation with staff. Thank you for making my day!!!

Each occasion that I visited this store namely to switch from a cell carrier whose service was very poor in my area and most places where I worked and travelled. But AT&T services are the very best and the store manager and staff equally are the very best. This is where my wife and myself shall remain. No issues with service anywhere and the treatment we have received at the Belton store was both professional and quality, the very best.

Just switched to AT&Tfrom Sprint/T mobile that we were with for over 16+ yrs. Repeatedly ignored our complaints of worsening service. Friendly ATT staff at this location. Always seem a little short staffed though. So far service it better out where we live.

We’ve been to this store twice now and we’ve had great experiences each time. The employees are informed, helpful, and quick. There was twice the amount of customers than employees when I went in this afternoon, yet we barely waited to be helped. They made the process of getting an Apple Watch and iPhone simple and painless. For example, they removed the iPhone from the display just to show me the color I was wondering about. I didn’t ask for it, they did it just because they have great customer service. The manager on duty, Amber, was really great and even calculated two different plan options and showed us how we could change our plan to make payments lower. This is the best AT&T store I’ve been to!

I had been trying to order a fixed wireless modem online with no success, so I broke down and went in to the Belton store to buy one. Christal was amazing to work with! She went over all the options with me, looked over my plan, found a better plan for me and saved me money! My wife and I needed new cell phones. We stopped in on June 39 and spoke with the manager, Tony. He was informative and helpful, but not pushy. We returned a few days later to make our purchase. Upon our return we worked with Christal. She was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased new phones and she set them up. These stops at the AT&T Store in Belton, Missouri was the best experience we have ever had in a wireless store. They are great. When we need something else, we will definitely be going there again.

This att store is the best in the area in my opinion. They have great customer service an do everything they can to take care of the customer. Ive had alot of issues with att accounts and direct tv accounts and if it wasnt for this store I would not be a continued att customer. I have dealt with nearly every associate in the store and still receive great customer service through everyone of them. To the associates thank you for all you do and keep up the great work.

Can I give no stars? This is the 1st time I used the Belton Missouri store and will never return. I was having storage issues with my phone and had purchased an SD card to move content to as well as deleted apps, photos I didnt want and transferred photos I did want to the SD card, but the amount of storage available wasnt changing. There was something wrong with my phone that it wasnt recognizing changes and thats what I told the woman who supposedly was to help me. She began rapidly pulling up files in other to delete. I had been working on my phone enough these last few days to know there were picture/image files there and I told her to be careful as I had recent vacation photos I did not want deleted. To make a long story short my vacation photos that I had showed a co-worker a couple hours before were suddenly gone. She insisted she didnt delete and helping me was just a courtesy and that I should contact the phone manufacturer. She sure didnt say that when I came in. I left furious at her indifference. When I got home I fortunately found the trash file that holds the photos for 7 days before deleting and was able to restore my vacation photos. Ive had infinitely better service at other AT&T stores. If all they want to do is sell phones and plans they should be upfront that they dont want/able to provide troubleshooting services. My next phone and plan will not be purchased at the Belton store!

My Dad ordered new service provider ATT by phone. The phones showed up at his home and he went to the Belton MO store and they REFUSED TO help him set up his new phones and transfer this data from his old android phones. This is not cool. He is 74 yrs old and they refused to help him.!!!

It took an hour to even get waited on, and the representative couldn’t answer simple questions. I usually don’t like to post bad reviews, but this store is a nightmare. They definitely are understaffed (which isn’t the representatives’ fault) and therefore not trained correctly. Also, I have had nothing BUT problems with AT&T’s service.

I went in to ask a simple question: Does AT&T utilize GSM phones. I asked this of the greeter and she insisted that I give her my name and wait as there were two customers ahead of me.As I waited for 18 minutes she sat at a table with another sales rep and had a personal conversation for 7 minutes.When they were done the other rep called my name and I asked the question. He said yes. Thats all I needed and I left.Sad.

Customer service is great, however not enough staff for the job. Everytime I come here I spend at least an hour waiting. No matter how easy the task, you will waste at least an hour. Its more of a corporate issue than the individuals that work at this location. Even if its one person in front of you, at least an hour wait in most cases. This branch has lost several customers because of the wait. Great products, but not enough employees to successfully sell the inventory. Maybe their statistics say different 🤔.

My husband and I went there this weekend and were helped by Dyamond. I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences at any AT&T store. They helped us get some nice phones with a great deal in comparison to what AT&T was offering online. It did take a while but it was constant moving and we walked out of there with a clear understanding of our contract and some neat toys. My husband and I read the reviews before going there about the wait time. I would suggest if you are on a time crunch definitely go in the morning or as soon as they open that way they have people available to help you quickly. As the hours passed we noticed a larger influx of people and increase in wait time. It was well staffed too by the way.
