Nice place and area been here a couple years never had a problem now these people are rude my heat haven’t been working right for a week and they half stepping tell me I don’t know nothing

My application was rejected because the wrong extension was mailed out to me so i wasnt able to contact the proper person for questions I was contacting the wrong person..The requested information also wasnt due until the 14th however my application was dropped on the 12th. When asked why no reasonable answer was given just a run around of excuses. I dont think they want brown people..

One of the women who works there attacked me. The police put her on probation for a year. My oven has never worked and after that they refuse to fix it.

I like the customer service...They are very polite and helpful in telling you what you need. I just felt welcome.
