Needed parts and advice for my mower. These guys had both! Knowledge and friendly. Ill definitely use them again

Made an appointment for a dryer repair. So furious. They wrote my address down wrong, even though they asked me to confirm it, and I did. Technician said he went to an address number (that doesnt exist on my street by the way) and knocked on the door and nobody answered. So he left and wouldnt come back, even though I called him back within 10 minutes AND texted him my correct address! No clean clothes before my vacation now! AND they delivered my dyer here initially, sooooo I dont know why they have a different address now. Called customer solutions, and after explaining the whole problem, they put me on hold forever, then when they picked back up, they were having technical difficulties and we couldnt finish the conversation. They did not call me back. Next available appointment 4 days later. Looking elsewhere.

Not happy they answer there phone. Late it ring 30min. Nobody answer. I live out town in waco tx. When I got there guy was nice.

Extremely bad customer service....
