They were professional and so easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had on multiple occasions. The table cloths we rented were pressed and cleaned and individually hung and wrapped in plastic. They gave us decorating advice and helped with additional equipment that was needed for the wedding. I highly recommend Confetti Rentals. We recently used them for my daughters wedding. The selection of linens, chargers, table decorations for centerpieces, etc. is Huge. The staff was friendly and always very helpful; they offered suggestions, but were never pushy. They truly helped us make a Dream Wedding!

Our experience with confetti rentals was great. At our appointment, they helped us figure out everything we needed for the venue and decorating. It did take them a little longer than they said to get back with us with the official quote, but that wasn’t too big of a deal. Delivery arrived on time. Make sure when you get your delivery that you get an inventory sheet from them. We did not and were told we were missing items that we didn’t receive. However, correspondence after the event was prompt and they worked with us to get it all figured out. The wedding was beautiful, especially the pipe and drape. I would use their services again.

Confetti Rentals allowed us to make our wedding and reception venue look fantastic. They have a wide selection of pieces to fit any theme or color scheme. During our consultation, Chris cheerfully assisted us in picking out pieces that would help decorate every area of our venue. She even gave us tips on best placement within the venue and showed us pictures of previous events. Confetti Rentals was great!!! We came in a week before the party and they were able to supply us with tableclothes, runners and centerpieces, 3 days before the party we called and changed the colors of our linens and made adjustments to our order, and they made sure we got what we needed. This event rental company was the only one recommended in the literature provided by the venue my daughter booked for her wedding (I was told some time later that this is because the owners are friends.) When my sister-in-law and I went to have a look at what they have available, we walked in to be confronted by a long counter in a small reception area. There were no displays, nothing at all to give us any idea what they have available. A lady got up and asked us across the counter what she could do for us; we explained that wed come to have a look at what they had available for a wedding reception. She told us (rather to our surprise) that they typically dont allow customers back in the inventory area. Since the only thing you can see in the reception area is a couch and the counter and the desks behind the counter, I wonder how they expect people to choose what theyd like to rent for their event???? Anyway, she did take us back into the (forbidden) showroom (we felt as if we were intruding and were unwelcome). The lady gave us a price list but didnt offer to show us anything except the linens, which were hanging right by us. She didnt encourage us to wander around and see what they have. She really wasnt very forthcoming at all. She also couldnt tell us how much theyd charge to deliver the items to the venue (also located in Belton); it depends, she said, on how much we have to deliver and where it has to go. The owner makes that decision. Ditto for the charges to pick up the soiled linens and dishes after the event. (The event rental place located in Temple that wed first gone to that day gave us ALL that information, up front, no mystery, no guesswork, no it depends.) Overall, we felt that Confetti Rentals didnt really care whether we did business with them or not. My sister-in-law and I looked at each other as soon as wed gotten back to our car and said, Nope. No way! This place gave us a very bad vibe. We elected to do business with the company in Temple, and were VERY happy that we did.

At first I thought owner was friendly and nice. i paid way over what my deposit was supposed to be but did no go through with the wedding, when i requested the overage of deposit back which i was told i could get. I never heard from her again. i did not pursue it at the time. forward to now i contacted the company again in good faith inquiring on a baby shower i was told someone would get back to me and no one ever did going. Unprofessional and do not stick to their word. I would not recommend them at this point

Confetti Rentals has to be one of the WORST companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My friend hired Ms. Cowan for her recent wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. So I was around for much of the planning and prep. She was beyond rude and belligerent to her employees. Hearing how she talks to them in front of clients I can only imagine how she talks to them behind closed doors. It was also easy to see she played favorites in how well she treated particular employees even though, in my opinion, they all worked effictiently. Not to mention the girls that work the front were so helpful and probably the most professional aspect of the company. How a person can be so offensive with complete disregard is beyond me! DO NOT work with this company.

Called over a week ago, no answer, I left a message. Took a week for someone to return my call. Poor business practice in my opinion.

They can hook you up.. Ill recommend doing your own decor tho, just rent the ware.
