Best quality nail salon in the area. Customer service, very nice!Prices are what other salons cost or sometimes lower.

The lady who did my nails didnt pay attention to what she was doing. She cut my cuticles so badly and deep that I still have scabs a week later. I paid for ombre dip, that turned into chunky messes. She didnt do each hand evenly, nor did she sand them down evenly. They were so awful I went home and soaked them off immediately so I didnt even get a picture. This was my first time to this salon, and I will never go back.

My girls went here before school started, on Aug 22. Four days later their nails started coming off and the ones that weren’t, were chipping. Pay $90 for 1 fill ($45 for a fill is ridiculous) and 1 full set, and you can’t even get good quality nails. We will def never go back!🤬🤬

I brought my aunt here who is paralyzed on the left side. Not only was her nail tech respectful but he was so patient with the side that is not working so well. We also came 2 hours before closing which says even more about his patience as he had been going all day!!! We appreciate you!!

Nails cut to short even after asking him not so short and the gel all peeled off within a week, when I go to my regular place gel stays on for 3 to 4 weeks

Posting after the fact: I got dip powder done here bc my normal salon was too busy and I was going out of town the next day. After only a week the powder started to separate from my nail bed, get caught in my hair and 3 nails popped off which has never happened at the other salon I frequent. I only found out when I got them redone at the other place that water had gotten under the powder from normal hand washing and showering and a fungal infection set in. Im so horrified! Will never go back. I dont know what they did differently but if your dip powder separates from your nail DO NOT WAIT

Many colors for dipped nails. Plus lady does cool designs on nails if you want.

This is my 3rd visit to Access Nail Salon. I recieved pedicure and gel polish. The establishment appears clean and they practice Covid-19 safety precautions. Friendly service, but sometimes they over extend themselves with appointments and walk- ins causing long wait times.

Ken was great. Perfect really. I had just ran a 10K and hadn’t gotten a pedicure in years. I came in with my toes looking like Who Shot John and left with my feet looking beautiful. He took his time and didn’t rush. Go see Ken because he’s great!

They have always done a great job on my nails. My mom use to go to them before she started doing her own and my mom is a tough one to please when it comes to her nails. So this is why I go to them.

This salon is under new management. it is still good but I miss Lou and the techs that have been there for the past 5 years. i went 3 times, my gel manicures didnt last as long. :( If you go, ask for Lily she is very nice and understood what I was asking for.

First time going there I was very nervous and the guy that did my nails was amazing everything I asked for and he did a great job shaping them I will definitely be back thank you so much!

My friends and I went to get a pedicure, a manicure, and a full set of nails. First of all, my pedicure was not done right. She did not clean out my nails properly. The whole time she was doing my feet, she looked grossed out. My friend got a GEL manicure and the girl doing them was very rough on her cuticles and actually cut her. Nails were not even. She couldve done it at home and did a better job. For the full set, her nails were very thin and coffin shape was not good. We did not feel welcomed. We arrived at 6:00pm and got kicked out AT 7:30 while drying our nails when they close at 8:00pm. If they take their last client at 7:30 then maybe they should close then not at 8:00pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wish I could give zero stars. I normally don’t even share if I don’t have a good experience, but this was a very bad experience. My nails are not even and the gel polish is all over my skin. It took an hour to get the acrylics taken off and the nail technician disappeared for 15 minutes while I sat there. I only asked for the acrylics to be taken off and for new gel polish (which according to the sign it should be $30.00). When it was over she tried to charge me $45.00 saying that she gave me a manicure that I did not ask for and she cut into my nail bed. I explained that I’m not paying for something that I did not ask for and that I would pay for what I asked for even though she kept cutting my nail bed. After I said that she disappeared again and got an attitude when I tried to pay.

Just a typical salon. They have an odd practice of rounding off toenails which causes them to become ingrown (on me at least) I feel like they should follow the curvature of your toe It hurts pretty bad so I probably wont be back 🤷‍♂️

Had my eyebrows waxed, she ripped the skin right off my eyelid. Got my nails painted with gel, she got the polish all over my skin. Horrible place. Will NEVER go back. Good luck to those who do. I should sue for the damage done to my eyes.

Went there for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good! Very clean, nice techs and what I liked the most is that there werent talking to themselves in their own language (which I find very rude when that happens).I had a deluxe pedicure done, it was pure heaven! :) Overall It was a really good experience. Highly recommended.

To say that Im particular about my nails may be an understatement. Kim and Henry, the owners, are super detailed, and I love that. The massage pedicure chairs are wonderful, the salon is very clean, excellent quality work at reasonable prices and I enjoy chatting with Kim. All reasons that Ive been coming to her now for many many years.

Employees were not speaking with me or my daughter, Only to each other in Chinese. No interaction what so ever. The woman who did my pedicure acted like she hated her job. We DID NOT feel welcome there. We were the only customers there the whole time for almost 2 hours. I see why it was dead. My 1st and last time spending my money here...

I like this salon a lot because i can get a pedicure for $25 and it looks great and lasts a long time. they need to update the inside though, its getting kind of old. everything has been really clean every time i have gone though.

I had a 12:30 appointment, waited 40 minutes and ended up walking out. Why make appointments if you’re not going to honor them! They’re terrible!!! You can’t understand any of them either. Don’t go here!

I usually love going to Access to get my nails done. However, the last time I went in to get a new set, I told the woman I wanted gel and she handed me the color wheels and told me to pick a color. After my nails were done (which they looked great) I was told my total was $55!!! No designs, or tips, just solid color!!! When I asked why when the board say $35 for a gel set, I was told that the gel polish is $20 additional!!! I was not aware they charged extra for gel polish. I was under the impression that it was part of the gel set since the price was not indicated on the wall!!! I was furious!!!

Took my daughter with me to get out nails done and we were both very pleased not only with the results but also with the guys who did them. They took very good care of us and I will definitely be going back.

Went here for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure that I had ever gotten in my life. I had a younger guy and he kept looking over at the lady next to him acting like he had never given a pedicure before. Didnt rub my feet ONCE and when I asked him to he totally ignored me and continued doing what he was doing. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not organized waited 20 minutes another person comes in they ask how long wait is.they are told 30 minutes. both getting pedicures.that guest gets serviced before me. I try to get worker attn she pays me no mind so I left will never rtn!

First time customer. I loved the experience. Received both a Manicure and Pedicure for only $36. Plus the massage chairs were marvelous. I highly recommend to anyone wanting pampering.

I rarely get my nails done. On may 17th I went here because that night I was graduating from College! They were nice and the nails looked good. I sat there a long time to let them dry. Within 5 hrs of leaving almost all my nails were chipped. And the thing is I had done absolutely nothing! I called and they said I could come in and they would fix it, after accusing me of being rough on my nails. I didnt have time to come in and get them fixed and I would go back to work 2 days later, where we arent allowed to have our nails painted.

I wish i could add a picture. Male purposely messed design up. Then proceeded to act like a three year old. Honest to goodness i took a picture of the design and one side was perfect when i asked him to correct the other side he got angry and erased the perfect side. This man harrased me and yelled at me for asking him to fix his mistake. Never take your chidren here. Hope this guy doesnt creep on my name. Also, when i threatened to call the cops he stated go ahead they know what kind of business i do here! not sure what that means...

Worst place I have ever been to if I could go lower than one star I would. Me and about 5 other of my friends got our nails done for 26$ and it took FOREVER not only that they wouldnt dry and after 20 min he had to leave and they still wasnt dry then they started chipping and the people at the place were not even polite when doing them.

I came in to get a new full set about a week ago and my nails look absolutely horrid. They are bumpy & not the same length. I do not recommend going here.

Very slow and unprofessional. Don’t recommend if you can avoid it. I’ll personally go anywhere else. They don’t follow regular procedures so I revived the weakest gel pedicure I’ve received in Belton/Raymore area. I even brought a few ladies with me and we’re not going to touch on their services. I came back the next day to see if someone could make it right and it was a completely half hearted attempt by the older gentleman to get me to just leave.

They are reasonably priced!! It’s a hit or miss though with the techs. Some are amazing, but others hardly know what they’re doing.

Last year about this time I would go often to access to get acrylic nails. And they were great. But I started going again this summer and after 2 days, half of one nail chipped off; another split in the middle (which hurt a lot) then several of them got chopped and started snagging on clothes and hair and then my pinkie nail started lifting from the top of the nail. I went back to get it fixed and then the same problem happened like 5 days later. Im just not going back to save myself yet ANOTHER trip.

Do not get your eyebrows done here. Removed skin and got infected.

Will take advantage of your money and over charge if youre not paying attention. Do not recommend

Horrible experience!!! I took my 14 yr old daughter for dip nails, the man cut her cuticles up on almost every finger til she bled!!! Her fingers are so sore, red and now scab covered!!!NEVER USE THIS SALON!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSANITARY!!!

The staff was nice but thats the only possitive, the manicure and pedicure subpar...from start to finish, I was there no more than 20 minutes (the tech didnt even clean under my nails). I will never return to thus spa.

I went in for a full set, the back side looked terrible. And my nails weren’t even. Looks like my nails were done by a 5 year old. Will not be coming back. Surprised they are still open and get business
