I have thought about reviewing English Maids for the past month.We moved out of our home in Temple into a new home in Temple.We were not 100% moved out but close to it when we paid $300 for a four hour move out clean of our 1350 sq foot home. I was apprehensive about paying so much but I thought if this would save me time itd be worth it. We had not yet cleaned out our fridge and there was a small area where we had swept up dirt and trash already in the middle of the home (this area was consolidated and I understood that they may not want to bag up that trash).The quality of the clean was so poor. I could tell they cleaned the floors and most of the surfaces but it definitely was not anywhere near deep clean quality. I still had to spend hours upon hours myself cleaning after them. The baseboards were not touched and there was still dust on surfaces and multiple windows to be cleaned. I am not sure what they did for four hours in my small home. I am very disappointed in the quality of this clean. I have since hired another company for my new home which is almost three times the size and for the same price they did an AMAZING job.I want to save other people money and the inconvenience of hiring this company. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.In response to their response, I was not told glass was extra. There were not dishes left in cabinets and the items left behind were for staging. Very few homes are listed on the market completely bare and any items left behind were purely for staging. If they had so much less to clean due to those reasons, then it shouldn’t have taken as long, yet I was still fully billed for four hours labor and $300. If my review helps anyone make a decision to get services from elsewhere then my time spent writing this is worth it.

FANTASTIC that’s what my house is after Maribel and Carmen finished. I can’t say enough about the way they cleaned it is spotless. Besides being good at what they do they were friendly and polite. Trustworthy absolutely if anyone is considering having their house cleaned look no further. I would have given them 10 stars if I could.

I called Maids and Moore to have a move out clean on the house we sold. They were quick to get back to me, quick to give me an awesome quote and were willing to work with me on the time frame. They quoted me around 69 an hour and we agreed on a 3 hour cleaning window. The woman who was coming to clean called me and gave me a heads up on her eta, she came at the time she had quoted me and explained that she was training two women and it would take a while, but I would still pay what I was quoted. That was fine with me. They took most of the day, which told me she was truly training them and they were being thorough. They did an amazing job and they were so kind! I was shocked at how clean they got the fridge. Never have I been able to get it that clean. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’m truly sad I moved because I wish I had had them do monthly cleanings at my house they are so good. If you’re thinking of having some one come once a week or once a month, give them a call! If you’re moving and need a deep move out clean, they will do an outstanding job! Great customer services, very nice and hardworking employees. Give them a try!!!

This is my first time using a cleaning service and I LOVE IT! In the past, I had always used recommended individual cleaning people. I like using Maids and Moore because it is more businesslike. They are in and out very quickly and do a superb job on the cleaning. They bring all supplies and Betty heads up the team that cleans our home and she is wonderful. I would highly recommend Maids and Moore for your cleaning needs.

This company is AMAZING. I get a regular cleaning with them and without fail I always come home to an exceptionally cleaned home. They also always do their best to accommodate me if I need a last minute cleaning or date change. They are kind and courteous and I’ve never had a problem with them. You really need look no further fora cleaning company.
