This was my first time here, I had a wonderful experience starting from a massage to a facial and ending with a pedicure! Everyone was so nice I will definitely be going back in the future!

What an amazing experience! I brought my mother-in-law here for her mothers day gift and we both loved it! Brea gave me one of the best facials I ever had 😍 and my massage therapist was wonderful and addressed all my trouble areas while still providing a relaxing experience. Not to mention quality customer service from the front end staff! I cant wait to continue to go here ❤❤❤

I received a massage as a gift at this location. This was my first time to visit Woodhouse Spa. The employees were very curtious and professional. The facility was exceptionally clean and very relaxing. Such a great place! This was my first time going to them; one of my friends recommended them. I was not disappointed. I got the hot lava rocks massage. I love the welcoming atmosphere and the professional staff. I had a great experience! I already scheduled my next appointment. This is a great way to pamper yourself even during this time in our country.

Breanna was SO fun and informative but relaxing at all the right times. She didnt pressure me but shared all of her expertise. My 80 min hydrafacial was the perfect long awaited service for my birthday. I’m addicted. Will for sure pick up more hours at work JUST to get this facial regularly.As far as the facility - it was exactly what I wanted. You get a locker with a key, I was given a comfy robe, rubber slippers, a glass of wine (or other beverage) and put in a relaxing room before my service. I was also given another glass and a hot neck pad for afterwards.

I haven’t had a massage in years and the experience was simply magical. From the moment you walk in you simply feel relaxed it smells so good your instantly calm. The quiet room was relaxing. My massage therapist she was very nice and she really know what she is doing. She made me feel really comfortable and she hit spots that I had concerns with the best 50 minutes of my life. I was very impressed most definitely will come more often.

It seems to be run by teenagers, my robe was not washed I found dirty tissues in it. I was not aware of all the services and I had expected a high end experience. This is not.high end.this is average.

I had an amazing time! The staff were courteous, and I enjoyed the quiet room and the drink before. The hot stone massage was a new experience and felt great. MJ did a wonderful job, and I will definitely be coming back in the future with my wife.

From the second you walk through the doors to the time you check out, you are treated with so much kindness and care. I did the spa classic package and it was worth every penny. I had an amazing massage, she used the perfect pressure throughout the whole massage, she was consistent and it felt very relaxing. I had a facial and she was so knowledgeable and talked me through the products and if I had questions about my skin she was happy to answer them. Lastly I had a pedicure and the attention to detail was impressive. Normally when I go get a pedicure at other facilities they miss part of my toe nail or they just go through the motions. At Woodhouse, everyone who worked with me gave me equal attention and made me feel so taken care of. It was a very special and relaxing day! Every mom should go here at least once a month!

I was gifted a spa day by my husband and I had the most amazing time here. To start, I had a locker with my name, robe and slippers ready to go for me. First I had a pedicure, then a massage, and finally a facial. All three providers were so professional and friendly and they all did a fantastic job. I had the best afternoon and I cannot wait to come back again!

It was very relaxing and the staff was awesome. The package that me and my wife purchased was the Spa day for two. I was very skeptical because of the price but after the it was done, it was worth it, especially my first facial and pedicure. The only thing that I believe is replacing the massaging chairs in the pedicure room. Me and wife didnt feel anything and it was just making loud and it was irrating. My wife stated that the stop and go spa massaging chairs were way better and quiet. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had an 80 minute massage by Alicia and it was perfect! I will definitely be back!! Loved the atmosphere and the people, so relaxing!

As a martial artist, Im pretty hard on my feet. At my wifes urging, I finally broke down and tried getting a pedicure although Id been fighting it for awhile. I couldnt have been happier with the process from the booking to the service. Their gentleman options are all tailored to men, and I noticed a night and day difference. I now go regularly, and each time has been nothing short of excellent.I have also brought my wife here for the massage, manicure, and pedicure and she was more than happy as well.

My actual visit was great, a pedicure with Marisol. I do have an issue though with the scheduling for my next appointment. I booked my next appointment in March with Marisol, as she is who I have been seeing for my last few appointments. My sister-in-law booked for the same time with another technician. However, she had an unpleasant visit on Friday and asked not to see the same person for the March appointment.She was then booked with Marisol and I was moved to someone else. My issue is that no one called to ask me if this was okay. My sister-in-law told them that would not work and she was booked with yet another person. I’m not sure if I was moved back to Marisol. Otherwise, Marisol is great and provides a nice pedicure.

The pedicure was wonderful although started 30 minutes late. I was very disappointed when I checked out and found that my Prepaid services would not apply to todays service. When I called to set the appointment they said they didnt have an opening long enough for the signature pedicure in my series but that I could get a 50 minute service for a seasonal pedicure. When I checked out they would not apply the balance in my account to the service saying they couldnt; downgrade the prepaid series I had paid in advance. Ive been a patron for over 5 years and this is the first time Ive ever been told that. The receptionist said the reason Id been allowed to do it in the past was because other employees were doing it wrong! I suggest they make people aware of this at the time of the appointment. It was only by chance that I had another form of payment available. VERY POOR way to treat a long time patron.

Wow! This place is wonderful! Staff is welcoming from the second you walk in. Bathrooms are immaculate and stocked with anything you might need robes and slippers are soft and comfy. Deffinatly try one of their teas in the quiet room they are very delicious. Massage rooms are relaxing, clean and private. Spa offers a lot of amazing treatments to try out.

I received a Mother’s Day package from my boys. I was very excited and couldn’t wait until my spa day!When I arrived at the Woodhouse Day spa, I told the ladies in the front I was here for my spa day and needed to fill out paperwork, they immediately walked me over to the “quite room”. After a few minutes the nail technician came and sat me in the pedicure chair. The massage chair didn’t work properly but I shrugged that off. The nail polish selection was outdated ( no summer colors), whatever, I was there for my spa day. I sat there for 2 hours with a wood tray over my legs so I couldn’t move at all, not comfortable!! The pedicure was horrible, my polish looked like I did it. :(After my manicure and pedicure the technician realized I was suppose to be in a robe but the computers were down so she rushed me over to change. The massage therapist gave me my paperwork (she discovered I was never given paperwork), I was rushed to fill it out, which I didn’t even fill it out all the way. My massage was good, however, the whole spa day experience was terrible! I will not go there ever again. I gave 2 stars because of my massage but that’s it!

I received THE BEST pedicure of My life this weekend. The lady was courteous, professional, and very personable. She took her time and made the experience a pleasant one. I could never see myself going back to a regular nail shop for a pedicure. They just dont compare.

So cozy & just a total sense of relaxation the moment you walk in! I got my eyelashes tinted & Jessica was amazing! Ive had it fine before and she used a rinsing that was so soothing to the eye! The results are great!!! No mascara just eye shadow (I have my eyeliner tattooed also)

Nice experience. I would have loved to have some type of scent burning while I was getting my massage. The massage therapist was nice and did a good job. The only negative thing is....please dont talk to me while Im getting a massage...I came to relax and escape. 😏😊

I went in to have a manicure and pedicure for a retirement party I have on Saturday, they were kind and it was clean, on a personal level I was happy. I went in on wed and my nails were peeling by Friday. The way they handled it was horrible. I had to go out of my way to go to them to get it fixed before the event. No mention of any credit for next time or anything. I don’t think the customer service or product quality lived up to the hype for the level of service woodhouse is supposed to deliver.

I went for my first time yesterday at 31 weeks pregnant and it was everything I never even knew I needed!! Everyone there was so helpful and nice! I will absolutely be going back here again!

I loved my experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. The rooms are clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional. They are top notch! I highly recommend them for a totally relaxing experience at a fair price.

The space is beautiful, robes are comfy, everyone was very nice. Having said that - I went in to have an age spot reduced the way I had done before at this location. I discussed on the phone what I wanted, and discussed with the clinician what I wanted. The clinician even said that I would get better results from the hydrofacial, and I asked how much that was. She said she would tell me later. Apparently what I wanted and what they had me booked for were two different things. I spent $45 and did not get anywhere near the same result I had last time. In order to get the result I want, I will have to go back and spend another $100.

I was referred here three years ago and have enjoyed every treatment Ive tried. I always leave refreshed and relaxed. I tried a facial and got some great advice on what cleansers to switch to as my skin needs change. You can have your nails done in a relaxing setting, but the girls are so much fun I prefer to talk and laugh with them :-). I recommend Woodhouse to all my friends.

My mother in law, sister in law and I had a spa date at the wood house and it was very nice. There were some things here and there that we could have went without and some things that we loved. The receptionist ladies were super nice, the robes were comfy and heavy, the facility was super clean and cute, the drink options were kind of Im pressive if you drank alcohol. The staff was kind and helpful. The quiet room was small and cozy. The pedicure room was prerty nice. My mother in law got a masseuse who was rather talkative when she would have rather had a massage in some what of a silent setting. My pedicure lady seemed like she was new which is fine but my water was super hot I felt like my skin was going to blister. I wasnt sure if it was just me so I left it alone. Turned out that it wasnt just me. Also it would have been nice to have more options for non alcohol drinkers. Like sparkling water would have been cool. But over all nice experience. 😊

I like this spa. They have very good therapists. I like you can sit and have a glass of wine if you want before your massage. The only reason I rated a 4 star was because I like to go straight to the room and change in the room versus having to put on a robe. And it is sometimes difficult to get in compared to other spas in the area. But staff and therapists are always friendly!

Kayli is amazing!! I came here for the first time and she did my Brazilian, and even though it had been 8-9 weeks since my last wax AND I was pregnant, I barely felt a thing!! Every wax Ive ever had before leaves me cringing and never wanting to go back, and I was expecting it to be worse now that Im pregnant and more sensitive down there. Not at all! This was the best waxing experience Ive every had. Ill definitely be coming back to Kayli!

I arrived a few mins late, I was told by the front receptionists that they had to reschedule me because they attempted to call and I didnt answer...for those who have sprint, there is no signal in several areas in belton! I answered their call but they couldnt hear me. Thank you Woodhouse for ruining my day! Never again

I have had positive and negative experiences at woodhouse. My most recent visit was not a good one. I dont go on a regular basis or have a usual masseuse which may be part of the problem.Pros are: nice ambience, pleasant staff, reasonable prices, good location.Cons are: massage quality varies with masseuse. It sucks to pay 80+ bucks for a mediocre massage. Also, their quiet room is not really quiet at alll and it’s too small for how many clients they have waiting at one time. It defeats the purpose of trying to relax before your service if staff and other clients talk at full volume in the room.
