I have been using Haydn hauling for 12 years. They have always been great and very timely. They even will make a special trip to my house when I forget to set up my garbage on the day that they normally pick up. I recommend them highly!

Hyden was excellent during my 10 years. But they sold their Grandview clients to KC Disposal. I am very unhappy with my approx 12 months with KC Disposal. (Not blaming Hyden).

Been Using Hyden for a while now. They take about anything you through at them. We pay yearly and they continue to pick up even when your no longer paid. I think we get good cheap service because they dont staff an office. We had to track them down after many attempts to try and renew. No complaints though. Theyll keep my business, and if they wanna call me back they can even get paid for it :)

At one time, they were a great company. We left Deffenbaugh and joined Hyden because Deffenbaugh doesnt seem to care about its customers. Im guessing the father turned the business over to the son, because they then sold the company to KC Disposal and it is over 2 weeks of no service for us. If this is an indication of how things will be with Hyden/KC Disposal, I am interested in other options.

I have been using Hyden Hauling for several years and do not have any complaints with them. I am able to pay my bill over the phone with my debit card. I call the office and leave a message and they call me back, sometimes after normal working hours, but they do call back.

We have used Hyden Hauling for several years. In the past 4-6 weeks they have not picked up our trash twice. We may start looking for a more reliable trash service.

Good luck getting a call back from Hyden. Once you get the service setup they will pick up your trash, but if you have any quesitosn about bulk pick up or anything else, they likely WILL NOT return your call even after several attempts. The only time I got them to return my call was when I threatened to cancel my service.

They keep getting worse and worse about not picking up the trash on the day they are supposed to be here. It is Wednesday and the trash is still sitting in front of my house and it was supposed to have been picked up Monday. Additionally, they never answer the phone or return a phone call if you leave a message. Very poor/non existent customer service.
