Over the few years with Progressive, we have had a few false alarms and each time, we were called received emails, and follow ups, and calls to our secondary contacts.During the winter storm and loss of power, Justin called us to help us disarm the system and walked us through over the phone.Recently, during some construction work on the house, the false alarm and our subsequent attempt to disarm the system, but we still had the siren going off outside the house. The sound was annoying and went on for a long time. Justin was willing to come out personally to help us try to find the issue, even though it clearly was not Progressive’s alarm, since it was completely disabled. It was late at night, so we decided to turn some of the breakers off, which worked. The following day, when we turned the breaker back on, the sound continued. At a loss, I called Justin and he again tried to help solution and finally got us to agree for him to come help us isolate the issue. He was at our house within 15 min ( he happened to live close by). This was far beyond customer service; it was a kind person trying to help. When he arrived, we learned very quickly it was coming from the pool pump and nothing to do with an alarm. Although we felt a bit embarrassed that we didn’t figure hat out on our own, the great customer service experience was above and beyond any other company we’ve dealt with. I cannot recommend Progressive enough.

We had our system installed and the thing that sold me on this company, was that he didnt try to update me on things I didnt need. During the installation, a camera was not exactly where I needed it, and without hesitation, they moved it. Mason and Joseph were very helpful during the process. They went step by step with me so that my family and home could be safe and I could be worry free. The quality is amazing!!! We recently had exterior security cameras installed on our home by a nationally recognized company. Although the installation was done neatly and professionally, we were left in a state of confusion regarding the equipment, its capabilities, and how to manage it. Progressive has been taking care of our businesses security needs for going on 2 years now. They took care of our complete system including cameras/alarms and badge swipes. I have been fortunate to be a customer of Progressive Protection for over 15 years - having security services if 3 different homes. The staff is great and responsive to installs and upgrades as well as suggestions for the latest equipment might do a better job than current DVRs or cameras. I feel the monthly cost is reasonable in todays and I have never had a problem with billing or my account status. We contracted with Progressive to design and install a lockdown security system for our Church and School in Killeen. They came highly recommended by a congregational member who, being in law enforcement, had experience with numerous security companies in the area.We gave Eddie our requirements and he put together a presentation that not only answered all the prime players questions, but offered several suggestions related to our congregational security, along with the staff and students security which was our prime concern. Eddie explained that there cheaper companies out there, but none could compare with the Progressive quality of components, quality of installation, and service after the sale. He was entirely correct. Sure, weve had some failures of equipment and some glitches caused by our operators learning curve, but there was always a friendly, helpful voice at the other end of the phone-even on a Sunday morning when one of the ushers locked down the entire building and no one could get into the secure area. Eddie talked us through the remedy for the problem and services went on as scheduled.Josh and his crew have been consistently highly responsive when we needed an equipment repair/upgrade, or a complete revamping of our Internet/WiFi system.Quality of work has been excellent - utilizing high standards of work along with quality components such as wire, connectors, etc.All in all, we have been well-pleased with every facet of Progressives services. Eddie was right, theyre not the cheapest and sometimes the estimates are a little on the conservative side.
