Horrible service. They have no idea what they are doing beyond selling equipment, but they have no idea how to set them up or keep them working. They send out people that are clearly clueless beyond how to download and install a driver - which is so basic that I dont need their help. I have a $7000 machine that doesnt work and these guys only try to offer work arounds and never fix anything. Plus they charge as if they are experts in this field however they dont know anything beyond the sale of the equipment. They now say its because I use apple computers, but they sure didnt tell me that when I spent $7000. They also didnt tell me how much they dont know about the compatibility between their equipment and Apple computers when they tried to sell me their rip-off service agreement. Do not use these guys their service after the sale is essentially nonexistent. They need to hire real knowledgable technicians and not untrained gamers from their parents basement. Seriously, nobody at this place knows how to fully operate the products they sell.

My experience with Techniserve has been very positive. We have used them for our copier/printing needs for over 20 years. A couple years ago we started to use them for all our I.T. needs. They have done a complete overhaul of our servers and workstations and it has been an excellent change. They are prompt to respond, knowledgeable in what they do, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing any I.T. assistance.
