I scheduled a cleaning with this company for 26 August however, they didn’t show up after confirming the appointment a day prior. After they didn’t show up, I tried reaching out to have some type of communication between us, but they didn’t answer or return any of my calls.. This is very unprofessional behavior for a supposed business and I 100% do not recommend. If you need professional services choose another company.

They were scheduled to come on a Friday he said he was on his way but never showed up. I called several times I even text and I got no response. Finally Monday morning he text and said he believed he showed up but didnt get an answer which of course is a lie. Do not recommend.

I called Xtreme Steam and got an appointment right away and 2 days later I received a call before my appointment to confirm and when arrived, everything went great.We had 2 rooms (Living room and kidsroom) plus a sectional to get cleaned and the outcome was like every time we had Xtreme Steam.Big difference in our carpet, rooms smell fresh and the sectional looked like new.We recommend Xtreme Steam company.

Reasonably priced and professional! I couldnt figure out where one of my dogs had gone in 2 of my rooms. A blacklight was used to discover the spots and my carpet looked and smelled amazing afterward. I will definitely utilize them again in the future for regular upkeep of my new carpet in the bedrooms!

I was referred to Xtreme Steam by A friend who also uses his services. The day I called he answered promptly, also put me on the books a few days later. Was early to his appointment and even let me know when he was a few minutes out. The appointment was for cleaning my carpets and tile and while he was here I asked if he would have time to clean my mattresses and an area rug and he was able to get that done as well. Everything looks new and smells great I will definitely be using his services again.

Excellent service! Ive used Xtreme Steam several times over the years. Ive had my white carpets steam cleaned and scrubbed with amazing results. There were random stains, coffee stains, and pet stains to clean up and they are all gone. Im in a rental house and some of it is tile, of which the grout looked like its never been cleaned. They did a tile & grout scrub and it looks like new! Ive never seen tile grout come that clean before. They have steam cleaned my large sectional couch, getting rid of the pet smell and stains. He provided protection devices for the corners in my home and on my furniture. Prompt, professional service at a fair price. They did a great job cleaning our carpets and treated them all for pet stains due to our new puppy. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm and let us know they were on their way. As I sat in my living room waiting for these guys to arrive for the appointment we set o was suddenly overwhelmed by the presence of something great, as I opened my front door there in my driveway sat the xtreme steam van and around it was a glowing golden aura that was absolutely breathtaking and it was in that moment that I knew i was in the presence of such knowledge and professionalism and I knew without a doubt that the dirt and stench demons that had possession of my carpet were about to be slain in a most victorious way, the team gathered their tools and equipment and ascended my steps like a team of Norse gods heading into battle, they attacked my carpet demons with such precision and skill that in no time the enemy was vanquished, after the epic battle had come to an end and the team packed up and drove off into the sunset I could hear a symphony of angelic voices singing and as I turned to walk inside I was succumbed to the most wondrous smells the took me back to my childhood and fragrances of lavenders and wildflowers were brought to mind... great work, very professional and affordable will continue to use these guys 👍🤘

This company was great! They used corner protectors to make sure the hose didnt ding the walls, he moved furniture so that he could ensure the whole floor was clean, and the floors look and smell great. Highly recommend.

First, I booked but did not actually “use” Daniel Ralston because when he FINALLY showed up the experience was so awful I told him “I think we are done” before he even pulled his hoses inside.I requested a quote on a Saturday from his website contact form to which he didn’t reply, so the next day I emailed him to let him know a request had been sent. Again, no reply. Because he was recommended by my very good go-to referral friend, I PHONED Ralston (not my choice of contact during my own busy workday), and he answered from a job site and said he doesn’t work by web or email. I asked if he needs to visit to estimate, and he said no. I told him we have a vacation property with 2 carpeted bedrooms and a garage conversion room with some pet stains, and he said “that counts as 4 rooms with stains...$90 + $30 + $30.” At that point I said I was less worried about price than results and having it prescheduled due to being in a different town. I asked for 8/17 or 8/24, and he said I could choose either and pick my time because he was fully open. Then he instructed “just TEXT your address and day/time and I’ll put it in my book..I work by text.” I did...no further acknowledgment. 2 biz days before my booking I texted a reminder that I was taking off Monday 8/17 and would see him between 8 & 9. No response.Today when he didn’t show as expected, I called at 9:30 asking if he was coming, and I agreed against my gut to wait until afternoon because he had two jobs ahead of me (!!!) Then he had the gall to tell me when he did show at 3:15 that “even when you call me and I tell you to text me back directions and the preferred time it’s not an appointment until I put it in my book.” Well! WHO KNEW there was a magic formula to be accepted as a customer??? Never mind that I had done exactly as asked after we TALKED and sent the reminder.So he comes at 3:15 with NO MASK, no apology... just says “show me what you have.” I show him 3 rooms with nothing in them but one bed each (we moved EVERYTHING else out of the rooms and closets ourselves this weekend) and he said “I don’t move furniture. For that, it would be considerably more.” I’d already moved the 3 beds (2Q/1F) out from the wall by myself so he could do those areas first and then place them back to do the rest of each room. Ralston’s website FAQ says the best way to prepare for cleaning is a thorough vacuuming and to remove small breakable items. I’m incredulous that he doesn’t move furniture, and he starts saying moving or placing furniture on wet carpet could result in a rust or other stain. I mentioned we’ve had this done before and other companies put foam or plastic pieces under the bed casters (which, for the record, mine are hard plastic.) And to think when I saw he came alone that I was even resigned to help him move the beds back. I’m a 64 year old woman and he’s probably in his 30s.SO, if you have a 100% empty home and plenty of time on your hands, call or text this guy... but don’t hold your breath it will have a happy ending.

Service speaks for itself, I didn’t realize just how bad my couches and mattress were! The cleaning made a HUGE difference. He was super professional and took his time. He listened to my needs. It’s a huge difference between my hand held bissel, I rather pay for the good quality service than try to do it myself—because the two just don’t compare. So happy with the odor that’s finally out of my couch from kids and pets! Defiantly will be having him come back in a few months to do it again.

Xtreme Steam will definitely be getting all my business in the future. They were very professional: showed up on time, called 30 minutes prior to arriving, were polite and courteous and did the job very efficiently but also very thoroughly. They did a phenomenal job on my carpets and were also very personable. I am always a huge advocate of using local businesses and these gentlemen right here are why. I wasn’t just a dollar sign. They actually care about the work they are doing, the service they are providing and the satisfaction of the customers. I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend them!

We had our A/C ducts cleaned by Xtreme Steam and are satisfied with the results. I do believe they gave us the best solution to remove the smoke/nicotine smell from our ducts. The sanitizing spray does still smell strongly a day later but should dissipate. Ironically, we discovered dirt/mud stains on our brand new carpet below the air vents in each bedroom, presumably from their duct cleaning machine...a small inconvenience which Daniel offered to rectify with professional cleaning. I certainly appreciate a business that will reach out to correct any mistakes, but cant rightly give 5 stars to a carpet cleaning company that left our carpets dirty...Overall great price and communication, satisfied with the results.

Had them clean three rooms for move out and one room for my new house! Very quick and easy to work with. Had some issues at first but they were really willing to fix things. We’re on time for both appointments and very accommodating!

Still waiting on my invoices/receipts from a month and half ago. I’ve contacted the owner multiple times by phone and text and when I finally reached him I was told he would send me the invoices immediately (was told this over the phone twice). Never got them. I tried to email him via the email listed on their website under contact info. The email was returned to sender. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous. I need my invoices for services I paid for and it’s been 7 WEEKS. I am more than happy to delete this review once I receive my invoices.
