They did great work on my tint for my mustang. Guy at the counter offered great advice for what percentage to go and it looks awesome. It’s super nice to have a lifetime warranty, the tint has no bubbles, fading or wrinkles, and was by far the best priced. I dropped it off for the day and they had it back to me by the promised time. Great experience all the way around!

They were very friendly and easy to communicate with! I came in on a Tuesday to order my tires, got a call Wednesday that the tires had came in, and got my tires put on Thursday morning! No appointment needed! A payment plan was set up online and during the transition of getting my tires put on, the guys told me exactly what was going on. Definitely recommend this place! Will 100% be coming here again the next time I need tires!

Awesome place. I run 37 inch tires on my truck and finding tires that dont cost a small fortune can be difficult. Most places were going to take a week or more to get tires in. After an absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with Walmart that involved having to order online, wait a week for the tires only to have the Walmart tire center refuse to mount them because their machine was on its last legand the tires were too big, and to have them mounted elsewhere which would void the warranty and finally having to return the tires and wait several days for a refund. KC rim priced several options for me, we ordered tires Friday evening and they had them delivered and installed them on Saturday the next day so I didnt have to lose another day of work. Ill definitely be back for future tire purchases.

Absolutely Hands Down the worst experience I have ever had with a business!!! Paid $2000 to have wheels and tires put on my Brand New car that they recommend and stated would work for my vehicle. Immediately started having vibration problems. Found out that the tires that they placed on the car where the worst rated tires, so I had to pay another $900 to replace the new tires. Still have the vibration. Have taken the car back to the dealership where factory tires and wheels where placed on my vehicle and the problem was fixed. The common denominator in this problem are the wheels and they dont want to accept it or do anything about the problem besides charge me more money to replace all my rotors and brake pads. DONE! Contacting an Attorney.

Went to the store to look for some 16 rims for my Buick LeSabre and I found some rims In a catalog that I liked. They had them in stock, the order was placed and the rims were delivered the next day. These particular rims looks good on my car and I would do business with them again in the future.

Excellent customer service the owner is real and talks to you like a friend what will work and what will not work..I had lights put in under my jeep..Even through winter still works good..If you ever need a vehicle lifted, leveled,rims, or some booming new speakers this is the only place to go!!!

Been going to this shop for years now. Ive had rims installed three times and bought spare tires for cars that needed them. Very honest shop, quick, always answer the phone. I came in to find a pair of wheels for my baby Honda in August; the selection instore was great and also an option to order from a catalog from what I remember. I selected my rim and tire and it was installed the same day! They also held on to my old set of tires for a week. Do not hesitate to stop by here for audio/rims.

Besides of the people up front.. Their is no professionalism.. In the manner of dress code (employees come as you are) the matter of time(1 customer in front of me 2 employees changing one tire the other on a smoke break). Waited 1hr 20mins to change my tire..enough said..

Our family dealership uses KC Rim Shop because they have great products and great prices. I recently had my Gen 5 Toyota 4Runner Limited lifted and fitted with Fuel rims on Nitto 33’s. It looks like a completely different 4Runner and the vehicle looks absolutely beautiful. KC Rim Shop did a great job helping me find the right look for my ride. They got the order In and installed fast. Quicker than other shops I called. A couple days later my tire pressure light came on and returned to the shop. They fixed it with no questions asked. I highly recommend KC Rim Shop because these folks did an awesome job!

They put in a new radio for me. On my old radio no matter how loud I turned it up I didn’t hear any static but this one they installed for me I’m hearing static which bothers me but other than that the sound is nice. Price not too bad.

I trusted their knowledge and experience to help me to choose the correct tire and wheel combination for my newly restored 1950 Ford F3 pickup. After the installation I drove to my mechanic for some work. Once the truck was raised on the rack it was clear that a horrible mistake was made and the rear tires had rubbed the inner wheel wells and caused extensive damage to the paint and sheet metal. When I explained the issue to them, their response was “it was my fault and they were not responsible.” I have now retained legal help to resolve this problem. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CUSTOM WHEEL SHOP TO ANYBODY!!!!! They are 0 star rating but I had to give them 1 star to be allowed to wright a review.

Got four speakers replaced. Pricing was fair. Had to bring back the vehicle for a couple of minor issues that needed fixed (that weren’t a problem before). Staff was apologetic and made it right. Had to wait around about 30 mins to drop off, which wasn’t great. But, there’s not many of these shops around.

Great place and great people. Very knowledgeable. Went up two sizes on tires after they said they wouldnt rub, and they were correct. Plus picked up a pedal commander to fix the lag on my ram eco diesel

Fast, Friendly and Quality Service. Ive had a set of tires and rims installed (no issues) along with a recent purchase of Air Lift Suspension bags installed. Shopped around on both purchases and they met or smoked the other bids I received. On the tires, they were cheaper than the big boys in KC and could get the rims in sooner (and did) by a week. On the Air Bags, the system they installed was upgraded to the wireless feature and still beat another local shops standard kit by over $450. Dont believe Ill be going anywhere else, unless they happen to move! Thank you!

The tires are great and the people working there were super friendly. My only drawback was that when I picked up my truck, they had left black grease all over my chrome wheels and I had to go pay for a cleaning to make sure it was all cleaned off.

I am VERY pleased with my experience. I needed a tire replaced immediately and every tire shop in Lees Summit didnt have my tire size in stock. KC Rim shop had my tire size in stock AND different brands to choose from. The moment I stepped in the store they were ready to help. The gentleman replacing my tire explained exactly what he was doing with my car. I was in and out in no time. GREAT customer service and GREAT prices. I will definitely be back again!

Incredibly poor practices used when installing wheels. You are definitely not supposed to use an electric impact to tighten lugs nuts or bolts down! I called back and asked for them to loosen them for me since i couldnt, they said it wouldnt be an issues and to swing by. Once i was there the owner came out yelling at me and calling me profanities for leaving a bad review and then refused to fix what they had done wrong. Never take a vehicle here unless youd like terrible customer service and your vehicle to be potentially damaged!!! Just stay as far away as you can.
