While I generally believe everyone has a bad day and should be given grace, this was such a bad experience, it almost felt personal.I wear a mask because I work in a hospital around covid patients. I was told more than five times that Its okay to take it off. I took it off, feeling uncomfortable, to avoid further pushing (Im vaccinated).I have spent a year growing my hair out, but absolutely could not take the short hairs near my neck. I wanted an undercut that ended in a point with a 2 or 3 blade. Not hard or complicated. I explained this multiple times and had multiple pictures. First thing she does, goes straight across. She shows me. I clarify it was not what I wanted. She apologized. I said it was fine, just clean up and well be done.Then she tells me she can cut a point in to the under cut to make it look like a point. I said if she felt comfortable and had done it before, that would be really cool. She does it. It feels...off. I point out it does not feel even. She says it is. I go home...and my husband lets me get a closer look and it is butchered. Lines are off, different thicknesses everywhere, undercut is uneven. Just terrible. I cried. Literally. I was so angry and upset. All that hair, all that time, ruined.My husband helps me fix it at home. I called to complain. Another woman answered. I tried to tell her that the woman who cut my hair shouldnt perform the undercut service until she gets more practice maybe? Im trying to talk over the background noise of a hair dryer. At this point, Im over trying not to sound irritated, and I finally say, Im sorry, are you busy? She responds with, Yeah actually. And shes the manager so... I gave up. I gave her my number to call back. Nothing. I filled out the survey online. No response after two months.Do not go here. Find a salon. Pay the money. Go anywhere else but here.

Worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life. Lady wasn’t professional and was very rude from the start. Stay away from this place.

Very professionally ran and kept very clean. My sons only haircut destination. ☺️ They really have a great working model in the set up of the stores. Self check in, online check in - both very convenient options. They have a profile if youve been there before so at least you have a starting point.

Theres a line, if youre going to pick people at random because theyre from the same country as you that is unprofessional.

This last visit was great... other visits no so great... always a good cut but I hate getting sales pitch every 2 to 3 min in the chair for products and extra services. No means No and repeating the sales pitch will not get a yes from me... but it will annoying me... going to try them again in a few weeks hope for great experience again

The people in there seemed nice enough, but what really matters (the haircut) was very poorly done. The blending was very good towards the front of my head and then was taken all the way up to the very center of my head in the back? I have no idea how they thought this was good or correct, one side of my head looks like I have two different hair styles. They seemed like a really nice person, but what does that matter if the service theyre providing is sub-par?

Absolutely Wonderful, especially Atrina. (Spelling?). My 9yr old is Nonverbal and on the Autism Spectrum. Haircuts typically end up with an intense, aggressive, and LOUD Meltdown as soon as we are in the door.Initially when I called to schedule and explain the situation they were very welcoming him coming and very inviting. Never seemed at all worried or concerned. The ladies were very professional when we arrived and didnt seem at all bothered with having to wait at my request for other clients to be gone. The lady who did the haircut after seeing the struggle said we will cut right where he is (middle of lobby,) and followed him wherever he went. She had her hair pulled and cut his hair while he fought the entire time. She stayed calm, soft spoken and never Seemed Anxious or was at all unprofessional. Managed to cut his thick head of ALOT off hair in about 5 mins. I was beyond Grateful especially when I saw how receiving she was when My Son Hugged her and then his smile looking in the mirror. Bottom Line is its The BEST Experience weve had with this in 9 years.Thank you Sports Clip for such a pleasant experience!

Probably the worst place to get a haircut. They never do a good job. They for one always have long lines and normally you have to wait over 45 minutes and when you get the haircut it honestly isn’t that good especially for the price they always leave it choppy. The most they do is rub your neck and I think that’s why people come here but if you are going for a good haircut it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice honestly I probably would rather let my hair grow out then come here. If I could leave no stars I would!

These girls always do a great job on both of my boys who get high and tights! Been going there for years and have never had a problem! Their products are awesome too, especially with the tea tree oil, which helps keep all the bugs away in the summer and even lice away when school starts! Great place, worth the expense!

Great place great people but they do not operate as an actual barbershop. They cannot use straight blades which is to no fault of the individuals working here. It’s a company issue. But a very friendly place, clean, and in a good location you can get a haircut while your loved ones can go shopping as you wait or are getting a haircut.

I get my weekly cut here, they are always on point 👌🏽I mostly go to Michelle and Atrina but the few other times I went with someone else I went home happy with a nice cut.

Been going for a few years now but the service and staff had just gone way down hill. Most of the staff act like a bunch of high schoolers with their gossiping and petty differences and treat the customers like an annoyance to their fun. They have favorite clients and give them preferred treatment over others. I never tipped bad or had any complicated requests so Im not sure why I was ignored for 15 mins today when there was no wait. Probably best to take your money elsewhere but they still cut hair from time to time so there is that. Place is clean which is a plus.

Hayley is very nice and does a good job - I would have given 5 stars, but the cost of a haircut for 12 yr old - with or without the shampoo, massage, etc., is the same price as an adult. Thats a bit expensive, in my opinion.

My name is jose almanza my first visit was really good it was a guy man he cut it perfect one of the best cuts I ever got but my second visit with Michelle was a horrific experience she messed my hair up bad and like if she had something against me short on my left side and longer on the right the front looks like a weed eater got me and the sides have deeper cuts everywhere I told her a least 6-7 times how but she just did it worse every time such a bad experience my hair looks terrible bluesprings said they would fix it for me so Im going there but I will NEVER GO BACK THERE TO BELTON LOCATION AGAIN sorry dude that cut my hair first wish you would have been there today WHERE WERE YOU man!!

UPDATE 05/2021Kind person stayed a bit late to resolve issues with a haircut received same day from the LSMO Sport Clips. We left Belton Sport Clips relieved and happy. Thank you so much for the prom miracle haircut!PAST REVIEWUsually not a horrible wait. Ladies here are nice.That being said, here in summer of 2017 and its during the day on a Friday, sorta slow. Entire staff is arguing over why the till was/is off.. the fella here checked his fancy smart watch a bunch while haircut took place, and turned around to complain about this till issue. App to check in isnt working on the big screen tv. I really hope they get this tip/till issue resolved! It appears to me, from a bystander POV, that one of the gals has stolen from the till the night prior and is using a misunderstanding of the tipping system to defend herself.. Clearly math & honesty is hard for these people. Good to know. The dark haired lady just alerted the entire store shes not claiming her tips properly; because thats stupid.. Nope, in actuality, thats actually called tax fraud!! The tipping system is in place for a reason, so that accurate income is reported to the irs.Warning: Fella that cuts hair here has incredibly long fake nails. Its disgusting on a female, let alone a fella. They were outgrown and yellowed. Made my son uncomfortable.
