Want to thank Dee Dee and the gang. Big thumbs up. Its been a pleasure storing my boat there. Easy access, never had issue one. I stored outside and was able to pull through my spot. Made it easy load and unload the boat and trailer. Couldnt ask for more.

I’m in the process of moving from a large house to a townhome and realized last minute that I have more stuff than I can fit in my new place. I reached out to Public Storage (store #24214) and got a quick call back from Dee Dee. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her! She was kind and patient with me, and at the end of the process it was like we were old friends. I’m not computer savvy (although, you can reserve online if you are!) so she was kind enough to walk me through that. It was quick and easy and how I don’t have to throw out my extra stuff!

I had lots of options for Storage Units in Kansas City to choose from when I moved to Kansas City 6 months ago. Investigated numerous storage facilities and chose Public Storage in Belton/Grandview. Grounds are well maintained, clean, secure and well lighted at night. Mobile app is very functional and convenient for payments, email, changes and opening the gate without getting out of your vehicle. DeeDee in the office is helpful, knowledgeable, caring and obvisouly takes great pride in both the physical property as well as her rental customers satisfaction.

The Manager, Dee Dee, was amazing. Having just moved into town, we needed storage fast and we needed a good price because we were low of funds. Dee Dee got us set up quickly and easily. Definitely recommended for your storage needs.

Dee Dee was very helpful, processing my contract paperwork quickly and telling me about the units so I was sure to get the right size, she showed me the units and I was able to pick the right one for my needs. She was very organized, pleasant and fast in processing everything. She was thorough and gave me good instructions. The facility was very nice, net, in good order and the unit I rented was well taken care of and in good shape. The property itself is easy to access, in good shape and easy to navigate with a trailer or truck.

I was very impressed with Public Storage in Belton Missouri. Dee Dee answered the phone right away and helped me find the exact unit I needed. Upon arrival, she quickly processed my paperwork and within 15 minutes I had my vehicle inside a unit. It was clean and the lock worked well. Afterward, I was even given a ride to my house by another employee. I highly recommend this Public Storage location. Dee Dee was so professional and helpful. She is a credit to the business!
