Had my car towed to this location after a popped tire. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to get me back on the road quickly. Javier was especially friendly and made the experience a lot less stressful. Overall, great place. New tire and TPMS sensor took less than 45 minutes!

Made an appointment for 8:00 this morning. And got there and got right in... The man at the front explained to me the things that they could not do and why. And also gave me the option of what I wanted to proceed with. He also took into account the amount of time I had to spend, so recommended the thing that would help the most.

They did a good Job but the tire was very pricey but I didnt have any other choice than to get a new tire cause my tire from my vehicle had a big long nail and ruined my tire. They couldnt fix it so it was ruined lol. So yeah! 😁☺️🤨🤔

Very friendly, honest & professional staff. I called to check on the price for replacing the front brake pads and rotors on a 2013 BMW. I made an appointment for 7 am the next day when they opened. Arrived at my appointment time & my vehicle was immediately being worked on since the parts were ordered the day before. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Large screen TV, kid’s table & chairs, usb charging area, free coffee and bottled water. The price was the same as quoted the day before. They didn’t try to pressure me to get any add on services. I saved more than 50% by having my brakes and rotors replaced here versus the BMW dealership. I will definitely bring my vehicles here for maintenance. I do recommend an appointment if you want prompt service.

The employees helped us as much as they could but we had a 4 day wait until our vehicle could be serviced, so went to a different shop.

Customer service from Greg Roberts was great. Another auto shop could not fix my car and made it appear that what I was experiencing was only relevant to me. But I took my vehicle to Goodyear and explained the best way I could my issue and after they test drove and looked at my car they found the problem. They explained everything to me and had patience re explaining, and fixed it! They didnt take advantage of me and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. Im driving my car and its totally fixed! I will always use Goodyear for my auto needs.

I called at 3 PM on a Saturday looking for a replacement battery on my wifes late model Chrysler sedan. The call was answered in short order, and I was told yes we can do that. I arrived at the store about 25 minutes later, was greeted promptly at the shop bay by the manager. An hour later I left with a new battery. No issues with customer service. Highly recommended.

Went in today at 1130 to get my front end aligned. They said I needed a rack and pinion, tires etc. Quote was over $1,000. I told them no way. Called around took my car to Tires to You, at 530 and $99 later cruising like nothing was ever wrong. I cant believe how companies try to take advantage of people.

Dont trust them to do what youre paying for! I brought my car in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. I marked the tires with chalk before I brought it in. I was in a hurry when I picked up my car and felt optimistic that they actually completed the work they said they did (and that I paid for) so I didnt bother checking the tires. When I got back home however, I looked and the tires and the markings were all in the same places. My car is a plug-in hybrid, and they also managed to drain the whole battery while it was there --about 19 miles worth of electricity. Take your money elsewhere.

Inconveniently got a flat tire on a Saturday evening. Towed to the Belton Goodyear an hour before they closed. Marc stayed after close to get me set up with new tires and a necessary alignment. One of THE nicest Goodyear locations I have ever been to. It is a huge relief to have your mobility in the hands of people who know what they are doing. Highly recommend this location, thanks Marc!

We paid for a valve stem to be fixed, but we had to have two valve stems fixed instead. They checked all tires and made sure everything was working okay. Marc was really helpful and I’m glad we were able to get in and out pretty quick

I have been a loyal customer of this business for 4 years. I have bought two sets of tires for my vehicle and tires for my wife’s Volvo. I took my truck in for an oil and filter change and when the truck was returned, I noticed scratches on the finder. It was apparent that the technician did not use a fender cover. When I asked the manager about the problem,he directed me to a body shop in Temple. The body shop was not able to get the scratches out as they were to deep and would have to be painted. This business did not approve the work that they were responsible for. Now I will pay out of my pocket for the paint work to repair my truck. They have lost my business for good. I always go to this location for my oil changes because I know these guys are going to take care of me and my car. They let you know what other issues they found and how much it would cost for them to make the repairs, but they never intimidate or try to force you to say yes as some of these other Google reviews say. These guys are all honest and fair. They do good work and they are friendly.

I went for a free brake inspection, I was told the brakes are fine also checked one other concern. Very honest and professional service, I find is missing at many places.these days. I love Goodyear in Belton! They have helped me loads while I was in my junker Saturn Aura and have kept helping me in my new Dodge Journey! They are eager to help and explain what is needing done and why! I absolutely dont do anywhere else unless the issue has to be dealt with by the dealer (gross) or if it is super complicated (had a severe wiring issue while I had the Saturn, they admitted they didnt have the expertise instead of over charging me and then saying that). I know they have changed staff a little bit but it overall still seems like a great and wonderful team! Thank you guys so much for the help over the years and many more to come!

Im back again for another flat repair. Only 2 service tecks working. Extremely slow. Only reason Im here is for the road warranty.I few months back I had to purchase a tire for another car because of a screw too close to the sidewall. They charged me $100.00 more than the competitors. They lost any future business of mine. Will go somewhere else to purchase the remaining 3 tires. Tired of being ripped off. Still looking for a good replicable company.

Had a low tire and was able to get in asap.. the guy was friendly. But they “ couldn’t fnd the reason behind my low tire” and set me on my way. I drive 30 miles a day for work .. I’m so lucky I didn’t have a blow out. I will not be going back to them. I feel like the didn’t try to find the source. They just spun my tire around and was done. Not happy!

Purchased tires online and was given an option for setting an appointment. Arrived at my appointment time and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Left and came back the next day. Waited 1 hour in the wait area and was then informed they only had 3 of the tires I had ordered the week before. Im picking my tires up and taking them to Walmart for the install. Hopefully you have a better experience but Im done with Goodyear. They lost a customer for life.

Needed an oil change for my truck. The people at this Goodyear were fast, courteous, efficient and it was a good price. They were able to do my truck while I waited with no appointment also got my tires rotated with no additional charge. Ill be using them again. Recommended!

I go in and asked to get my ball joints greased because of the squeaking noise it has been making.(I figure I need to get them replaced soon the grease is just a temporary fix)James says he would like to check it out to see if there other factors could be contributing to the noise. I am ok with that, figuring this would be the new shop I get all my work done at for the following years.After they do the diagnostic he (James) comes to me with a $4,600 quote. He lies to me and tell me the noise is a combination of all these parts. Stating they need to be replaced to get rid of the squeaking noise.I then state I’m probably better off getting a new vehicle. I don’t want them to do any work on it. He then comes back and tries to buy it off of me, asking me to give him an offer.Finally, he comes back and tells me they greased my ball joints, and the noise is gone.I left the shop with my ball joints greased, no parts replaced, and no more squeaking noise. Exactly what I went in for. Which makes it clearly evident that the quote was a complete lie to eliminating the noise. (Do some of those parts need to be replaced, probably however they weren’t responsible for the noise)All of Goodyear should be disappointed and ashamed of this pathetic performance of customer service. As someone who is aware that it’s a business first and sales need to be made I was still appalled by his audacity to scam into spending $4,600 on parts and labor that wasn’t necessary.The other worker I spoke to was Marc and he was helpful and honest.

My brakes were squealing so I stopped by to have it checked yesterday. After a hour of dedicated and careful work by Todd he found that it was only rust on the rotors due to my truck sitting for a few weeks. There was no charge for the work that was accomplished. I want to thank Todd and the Goodyear team for their assistance.

Current staff at the Belton location will take advantage of you if you’re not careful. (Looking at you James) Went in for two tires and an oil change, and left with some scare tactics and over $6000 in repairs that “had” to be done. But they will discount your bill to make you feel better about it. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

I have been visiting this store since they opened even though it isnt the closest location to my home. I receive excellent service and a friendly welcome each time i arrive. They know me and my vehicle which just turned 300K miles. Greg and Marc are always helpful and polite. The service guys get me in and out as quickly as possible and always stop to say hello. Vehicle repairs are never pleasant and often costly but I trust this facilty and staff and would recommend them to friends (and have many times).

I do not recommend this location. My college student niece went in for brake pads only and told them that that was all she wanted done. No other work was discussed, yet she was charged for other things that they said had needed to be done. I am extremely disappointed that Goodyear would allow one of its retailers to do business this way.

If I could give no stars I would Will never go back to this facility again Was asked if I wanted the tires rotated asked how much would it cost knowing that I needed to get it done because tread wear was getting low was never told it wasnt performed and actually was designated on the invoice that it was completed. Mark never made an attempt to tell me industry standard state that because tread where is low we didnt do it let us to believe it was completed until we saw that the vehicle had the same tires on the front of it and they were never moved. So the real question comes in is how do I have proof that they even changed the oil if they cant even perform a simple rotation. Do not recommend anyone go here for fear of being ripped off and lied to not good customer service not good retention for customer practice.

Ive been here twice recently and received excellent service. The rep is always very thorough and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

Just went and had my oil changed Saturday. They were supposed to do an AC check for a sound. My ac was blowing cold. Yesterday my temp gauge got hot when I cut the AC on that is now blowing out hot air. They obviously didnt do something right and I will be contacting Corporate. I have a 4 year old, a 1 year old and am pregnant at that. This Texas heat and no ac do not go together!

I write reviews only when a place is awesome or after they do something shady. I have had my oil changed here many times, and bought tires from this location last year. Recently, I have noticed a decline in their service. A simple oil change takes them over two hours. They suggest overpriced services like a/c cleanings, and try to scare you with warranty sales tactics. Their warranty really doesnt cover much, and they will deny any faulty workmanship. In essence the warranty is not a great value. Beyond the snake oil sales and time issues, I also find them dishonest. At my last oil change they told me my air filter needed to be changed, and the cabin air filter as well. I was quoted a price of $18 for a standard air filter (I had changed the cabin filter three weeks prior so I didnt even ask about that). I told the employees I would change the filter myself (I figured it was getting about time anyway). I got the filter for less than half of the goodyear quoted price at NAPA same day, and the guy at NAPA agreed to help install it with his tools (metric set). While opening the air filter housing the NAPA emoloyee told me I was missing the nut required to secure the front bolt. The nut is vehicle specific (square, etc.), and required to secure the seal around the air filter. I went back to goodyear to ask about the missing nut. They said it was missing before I arrived. Knowing that wasnt true I asked why they didnt inform me about it when they wanted to change the air filter. They told me they just dont tell people about missing bolts or nuts. I asked if the missing bolt was noted on the service record, and it wasnt. They then told me replacing the nut was not possible, and that the entire air filter housing had to be replaced for $400. Seriously? Then another employee said he found a $14 one on ebay. Wow. I told them I was not satisfied with their work. They basically told me to pound sand, and then another mechanic fiddled around trying to make a bolt that was too long fit into a nut of the wrong thread type to secure the air filter gasket...he dropped both and spent another good while fishing for them with a magnet. I left the goodyear stooges, searched online, found the approximate size of the nut and bolt, and went to the Ace here in Belton. The awesome people at Ace got me the nut, bolt, and washer I needed for around $2. I told the employees at goodyear to have their manager call me about this issue. They never did. I dont plan on doing business with the Belton Goodyear again, and hope this review helps you decide if you want to risk taking your vehicle there or not. End rant.

Had a flat yesterday and came here to get it fixed. The next morning I get up and same tire flat. I bring it back and 30 min in the repair, I find out they never fixed it yesterday because they couldnt find the leak, so they just aired it up and put it back on without telling me it as well. So now I have to get a new tire. Wont be back here

Thought I was getting a deal on an oil change for the Grand Opening and while it was cheap at the time, they broke the dipstick and transmission fluid has been leaking since. If you can avoid going to Goodyear in Belton, Texas I highly recommend that you do so.

I am the organizer for an exotic car group in the centex area and we require special lifts and our vehicles are lowered and somewhat high maintenance. Most shops in the Temple-Belton area cannot cater to our needs and have ruined custom wheels and performed subpar services. On the search for a quality shop, I came by the new Goodyear in Belton on 317 and found a hidden gem! The crew there was great , the shop is beautiful and well-kept, and they treated my car like a family member. The manager Greg was accommodating and Marc was awesome and funny, and helped me pick the perfect tires. I left here feeling appreciated, and I will continue to refer people here.
