I walked in without an appointment for an ID/OD inspection. They were very polite and accommodating and I was on my way in 10 min. While waiting the short time, one of the owners was helping call shops for a family near their vacation destination they were headed to. They go the extra mile here!

We are passing through town and having an exhaust system issue. We called and they are doing everything they can to help us, even calling shops in the area we are headed AND looking for parts to see if they can help us. So friendly and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful! They are AH-MAZING! AH-MAZING!Small town, personal feel, big city place. Give them your business!

Called a couple shops and no one could get me in...called this shop and the level of care and concern that I not be stranded and make my weekend plans was unparalleled. They promptly diagnosed my problem, order the parts needed, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road within a couple hours. So appreciative for this service center and team. Thanks, Again!!

Bernadette and her crew were professional and thorough. We had to have quite a bit of work done to our van. They were honest and transparent about the work they did. Most importantly--THE VAN RUNS GREAT!

Bernadette does not seem to know anything about cars or customer satisfaction. She throws out prices and quotes for things before she finds out what they really are. On all my work she quoted me an amount and then turns around and changes the amount later. The mechanic does not seem to be to knowledgeable on things. Not sure if it’s just my experience or what but I left that place with an unsure feeling about the work. I hope my money was well spent, but I will not be coming back to that shop ever again. This is not a rant, just an unsatisfied customer.

Mrs. B is awesome. She really cares that you are satisfied with all the services. She never stops going. Lol

What was a $2500 ticket elsewhere, Miss Bernadette quoted me $1200. When I came to pick up my vehicle, my charge was ZERO! She replaced 3 hoses on the house and called it a good day. I WILL BE calling her for all of my mechanical issues!
